“Visits with Florene are my dog’s favorite thing. I have a very shy medium sized dog that has gone from hiding in the corner to playing along with the pack. Florene has helped her learn how to play gently with kittens and also how to play with dogs much bigger then her. Florene’s home is not just a daycare but a place where my dog is able to learn and gain confidence. We all need someone like Florene!!”

“Anessa did a great job looking after our gentle giant. He had a safe, secure area to run around in and he was excited when he came for his second visit. We will definitely be using Anessa next time we’re in the area and need a dog sitter.”

“Marvin and Oanh were very good to my girl! They accepted a request last minute, and gave me piece of mind by sending me updates and photos throughout the day. They're very friendly and understanding. I highly recommend them!”

About: I have extensive experience in animal care, including wildlife rehabilitation through the Sacramento Wildlife Association and years of professional pet sitting and dog walking services. My hands-on experience includes caring for a wide range of animals such as dogs, raccoons, deer, and squirrels—each requiring unique attention and handling. I’ve bottle-fed orphaned fawns, rehabilitated injured raccoons, provided enrichment for squirrels, and ensured the physical and emotional well-being of dogs of all breeds and temperaments. This diverse background has given me a deep understanding of animal behavior, medical needs, and compassionate care across both domestic and wild species. As a full-time stay-at-home caregiver, pet care is a natural and rewarding part of my daily routine. With my background in wildlife rehabilitation through the Sacramento Wildlife Association and years of experience in pet sitting and dog walking, I’m able to dedicate focused time and attention to each animal's unique needs. I am a lifelong animal lover who take pride in creating a safe, loving environment for every pet in our care. I provide personalized, attentive care based on each pet’s specific needs and routine, whether in my home or the client’s. In my home, pets enjoy a quiet, secure environment with a large, fully fenced backyard—perfect for safe playtime and exercise. I offer regular potty breaks, enrichment, and plenty of affection. Cleanliness, safety, and communication are my top priorities, and I always keep pet parents updated with photos and messages to ensure peace of mind while they’re away.
About: Hi! With over 50 years of hands-on pet care experience and more than three decades as a foster—including caring for fragile bottle babies—I bring a lifetime of knowledge, patience, and genuine love for animals. My background has given me the ability to nurture pets of all ages and needs, from newborns to seniors, and to provide a safe, calm, and caring environment. I am homebody and currently watch my 22 month old grandson at my house M-F 8-4. He has been raised around my resident animals and numerous fosters, as well as he has 3 dogs of his own at his house. I have baby/pet gates to allow both to have breaks from the other. I love my time with my visiting animals, whether it’s a day or an extended visit. I have a fence yard with a pool. I always accompany any non resident dogs when they go outback. I have 2 small resident dogs and 2 indoor cats. They are all used to other animals coming into our home.

“My dog had such a great time with Debra! I can tell my girl was very calm and happy when I picked her up. Debra even waited outside in the rain to make sure I could find her house when I dropped her off. It was good to know I had someone experienced to watch my dog.”

“I can never express enough how awesome Keith and Jackie are. They always take the best care of my pup Layla. Side note, thanks to them Layla is much much more sociable with other dogs. She’s always so happy for her visits ♥️”

“Amanda is fantastic! My boy, Dickson, absolutely loves going to her house for daycare. He has so much fun and is always pooped when he gets home. Amanda takes great care of him and sends lots of pictures and updates throughout his stays. I will definitely keep using Amanda for my dog sitting and boarding needs.”

“June is the best! Bella spent the day with June and her dog Ceaser. Bella is a special needs dog and June knew just how to work with her to make her feel comfortable. June made sure to keep me posted and updated on Bella throughout her stay. She sent lots of pictures so I could see how she was doing. Her dog Ceaser was great with Bella too. Bella has become very attached to June. She also loves Ceaser, her new gentle giant friend. I strongly recommend June if you’re looking for a very responsible caring sitter for your pup. I know Bella is in good hands with June, and will be using her as our sitter in the future.”
