“I cannot say enough good things about Catherine and Ernie and the care they provided for my English Labrador, Luna. Luna stayed with them for six days and nights, and the difference in her behavior has been remarkable. It's now been three days since she came home, and I am still noticing positive changes in her temperament and obedience. They provided the perfect balance of structure, consistency, and what I would call "tough love," which is exactly what Luna needed. Before her stay, Luna could be difficult on walks, would pull on the leash, react aggressively toward other dogs, and even try to bite her collar when I put it on. Catherine and Ernie not only worked with Luna during her stay, but they also took the time to teach me techniques that I could continue using at home. The results were almost immediate. Luna no longer tries to bite her collar, walks much more calmly, and is significantly easier to handle on a leash. One of the biggest improvements came from introducing a prong collar and teaching me how to use it correctly. Walking Luna is now much more enjoyable, and she is far less reactive toward other dogs. Catherine also recommended training videos and resources to help me continue Luna's progress. There are countless dog-training videos on YouTube, but it was incredibly valuable to have someone show me techniques that were specifically effective for my dog. Another thing I truly appreciated was the communication. Catherine kept me updated throughout Luna's stay with regular texts, photos, and videos, which gave me peace of mind and allowed me to see Luna's progress firsthand. If you are looking for dog sitters who genuinely care about your dog's well-being and are willing to go above and beyond to help improve behavior and training, I highly recommend Catherine and Ernie. Luna came home happier, calmer, and more obedient, and I am extremely grateful for everything they did for her.”

About: Hi! My name is Rebecca, I have worked with a variety of animals my whole life and have worked as a veterinary assistant and receptionist for the last 10+ years. Working with animals is my passion and I would love to help out as much as I can with you and your families. I do have 3 wonderful children. Ages 3, 6, and 8. All of which love being around pets just as much I do! We have 2 Labrador retrievers, both are spayed and neutered, fully vaccinated, and on monthly flea prevention. About: I had a dog for 15 years who I took for walks, well-trained, and cared for. Our home has a large backyard with a maintained lawn where your pet can play and enjoy some quiet time. We live near a park which is walking distance where your pet can meet and play with other dogs. We do not have cats. I am a retired schoolteacher, occasionally do volunteer work in the Sacramento community, enjoy traveling, and stay active. I can spend one on one time with your pet. Our home is single story with a large fenced backyard and a raised bed where we grow our own vegetables. A public park is walking distance from our home where your pet can play and meet other dogs. We don't have cats and our neighborhood is relatively quiet. We also have a radio flyer wagon which can be used for older dogs.

About: Taking care of animals is passion of mine, so I would love to provide dog walking or drop ins! I started my first dog walking business when I was 10 and currently own 3 cats and 1 dog. I am an online student, so my schedule is very flexible! I accept last minute bookings and am available during the week and on weekends. About: It has been said to me that my first words as a child were ... barking! While I don't remember that, I do remember always having a connection with all furry companions. I grew up with dogs and cats and on occasion would visit my great grandparents' ranch, with horses, goats and more. I loved giving the animals snacks. More recently, I moved onto a small farm. About: I am 19 years old doing this so I can make some extra money on the side and currently take care of my older brother, who has autism, which has taught me how to remain composed, aware, and reliable in all situations. Those skills are easily applied to pet care, particularly with nervous, timid, or sensitive animals. For example, my own dog has depression anxiety which I make sure to tend to quickly! I can easily fit time with your lovely pets into my daily schedule. I'm free any time after 11AM because I get my brother on the bus at around nine in the morning. Since I'm still learning how to drive, I typically take the bus, train, or Uber to get around. The only thing I know is that I might have to wait until about 5 PM for my mom to return if she works overtime on a Friday, but that rarely ever happens. About: I've taken care of dogs and cats of every kind since I was 11, Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe their pets. Im available on weekdays with a flexible schedule. On weekends, I’m available all day Saturday and on Sundays before 5:30 PM. I’m reliable and do my best to be available when needed. I make sure that they are safe and has plenty of food and water, I make sure they get plenty of play time or potty brakes when needed. I currently have 3 adorable fur babies; one is almost a year old, one will be 3 in August and the other (my oldest) turns 14 in May. I just recently graduated from San Francisco State University, so I’ve been doing Uber for the past couple of years I live on 1 acre full of grass right outside of Elk Grove in the Vineyard area near Wildhawk Golf Course so there is plenty of room for any animal to roam and play around; especially fetch and frisbee which my dogs LOVE. I directly send photos and videos to your phone via text message rather than the Rover app because I’ve found several times during stays that photos I thought I sent would show as “failed to send,” so I prefer to send messages via iMessage since it shows if the message was delivered almost instantly. That is why my profile shows only 70% of photos sent to owners even though I basically spam your phone with photos and videos of your pet throughout the day. If you prefer me to use the Rover app, please let me know and I will do just that. I also don’t mind if you want to FaceTime with your pet at any time.
About: Since I was in elementary school, I have always had a family dog or cat. Animals are a man’s best friend and I see my animals as my babies. I treat all animals with love, and make sure give the best care possible. I am a recent St. Mary’s college graduate. During my search for full time work, I have plenty of time to care for your fur babies! When you need me I’ll be there! I currently have an indoor cat who is dog friendly! “We couldn't be any happier with the care that Naiomie gave to our very spoiled fur baby, Colby Jaxx. This was the first time we've left him with someone other than family members. We were a hesitant about leaving him with someone we... or he... didn't know but after meeting Naiomie at drop off made us feel completely relaxed. We got daily pictures and videos of Colby Jaxx which were so awesome to see him interacting with her and the "friends" Colby Jaxx got to meet and play with. Along with the pics and videos, Naiomie would tell specifics about Colby... for example, he would cry a little at bedtime when he couldn't physically see her and she would let me know the different things she was doing to try to help him settle. Even as far as making it so that he could see into her room to know he wasn't alone. I would HIGHLY recommend using Naiomie. I know when we have a need again, she will be the first person we call. “I cannot say enough good things about Catherine and Ernie and the care they provided for my English Labrador, Luna. Luna stayed with them for six days and nights, and the difference in her behavior has been remarkable. It's now been three days since she came home, and I am still noticing positive changes in her temperament and obedience. They provided the perfect balance of structure, consistency, and what I would call "tough love," which is exactly what Luna needed. Before her stay, Luna could be difficult on walks, would pull on the leash, react aggressively toward other dogs, and even try to bite her collar when I put it on. Catherine and Ernie not only worked with Luna during her stay, but they also took the time to teach me techniques that I could continue using at home. The results were almost immediate. Luna no longer tries to bite her collar, walks much more calmly, and is significantly easier to handle on a leash. One of the biggest improvements came from introducing a prong collar and teaching me how to use it correctly. Walking Luna is now much more enjoyable, and she is far less reactive toward other dogs. Catherine also recommended training videos and resources to help me continue Luna's progress. There are countless dog-training videos on YouTube, but it was incredibly valuable to have someone show me techniques that were specifically effective for my dog. Another thing I truly appreciated was the communication. Catherine kept me updated throughout Luna's stay with regular texts, photos, and videos, which gave me peace of mind and allowed me to see Luna's progress firsthand. If you are looking for dog sitters who genuinely care about your dog's well-being and are willing to go above and beyond to help improve behavior and training, I highly recommend Catherine and Ernie. Luna came home happier, calmer, and more obedient, and I am extremely grateful for everything they did for her.”
