We got daily pictures and videos of Colby Jaxx which were so awesome to see him interacting with her and the "friends" Colby Jaxx got to meet and play with. Along with the pics and videos, Naiomie would tell specifics about Colby... for example, he would cry a little at bedtime when he couldn't physically see her and she would let me know the different things she was doing to try to help him settle. Even as far as making it so that he could see into her room to know he wasn't alone. I would HIGHLY recommend using Naiomie. I know when we have a need again, she will be the first person we call. “I cannot say enough good things about Catherine and Ernie and the care they provided for my English Labrador, Luna. Luna stayed with them for six days and nights, and the difference in her behavior has been remarkable. It's now been three days since she came home, and I am still noticing positive changes in her temperament and obedience. They provided the perfect balance of structure, consistency, and what I would call "tough love," which is exactly what Luna needed. Before her stay, Luna could be difficult on walks, would pull on the leash, react aggressively toward other dogs, and even try to bite her collar when I put it on. Catherine and Ernie not only worked with Luna during her stay, but they also took the time to teach me techniques that I could continue using at home. The results were almost immediate. Luna no longer tries to bite her collar, walks much more calmly, and is significantly easier to handle on a leash. One of the biggest improvements came from introducing a prong collar and teaching me how to use it correctly. Walking Luna is now much more enjoyable, and she is far less reactive toward other dogs. Catherine also recommended training videos and resources to help me continue Luna's progress. There are countless dog-training videos on YouTube, but it was incredibly valuable to have someone show me techniques that were specifically effective for my dog. Another thing I truly appreciated was the communication. Catherine kept me updated throughout Luna's stay with regular texts, photos, and videos, which gave me peace of mind and allowed me to see Luna's progress firsthand. If you are looking for dog sitters who genuinely care about your dog's well-being and are willing to go above and beyond to help improve behavior and training, I highly recommend Catherine and Ernie. Luna came home happier, calmer, and more obedient, and I am extremely grateful for everything they did for her.”

I also had a dog walking business in high school that gave me a lot more experience with other dogs! In high school I was also in FFA, giving me even more experience with dogs and even bunnies. About: I had a dog for 15 years who I took for walks, well-trained, and cared for. Our home has a large backyard with a maintained lawn where your pet can play and enjoy some quiet time. We live near a park which is walking distance where your pet can meet and play with other dogs. We do not have cats. I am a retired schoolteacher, occasionally do volunteer work in the Sacramento community, enjoy traveling, and stay active. I can spend one on one time with your pet. Our home is single story with a large fenced backyard and a raised bed where we grow our own vegetables. A public park is walking distance from our home where your pet can play and meet other dogs. We don't have cats and our neighborhood is relatively quiet. We also have a radio flyer wagon which can be used for older dogs.

I have experience with dogs from very small (miniature dachshund) to very large (great Pyrenees Anatolian Shepard) During my at-home work weeks, I am available 24 hours each day to support your animals. About: Taking care of animals is passion of mine, so I would love to provide dog walking or drop ins! I started my first dog walking business when I was 10 and currently own 3 cats and 1 dog. I am an online student, so my schedule is very flexible! I accept last minute bookings and am available during the week and on weekends. About: I am 19 years old doing this so I can make some extra money on the side and currently take care of my older brother, who has autism, which has taught me how to remain composed, aware, and reliable in all situations. By feeding them on time, taking them for walks or play, and making sure they receive lots of attention and are comfortable, I try to keep things as simple as possible. About: I had a dog for 15 years who I took for walks, well-trained, and cared for. Our home has a large backyard with a maintained lawn where your pet can play and enjoy some quiet time. We live near a park which is walking distance where your pet can meet and play with other dogs. We do not have cats. I am a retired schoolteacher, occasionally do volunteer work in the Sacramento community, enjoy traveling, and stay active. I can spend one on one time with your pet. Our home is single story with a large fenced backyard and a raised bed where we grow our own vegetables. A public park is walking distance from our home where your pet can play and meet other dogs. About: My pet care experience began when I started living with my uncle as a teenager. Back in the Philippines, he would rescue puppies and keep them in the house until he could find them a foster home. After school, I would go straight home and take care of the rescues. I strongly believed that training is an essential part of their growth. When I moved here, I adopted Astrid as a puppy and she has been with me for 3 years now. On my days off, I usually stay at home either on my computer or take my dog to play outside. I have a lot of leisure time on these days, and I believe that pet sitting will fulfill these times and keep me busy. In my home, I ensure that my dog sleeps and naps comfortably when tired. I make sure that there’s food for her and water always refilled. I keep my dog active by walking around the neighborhood and going to the playground. I also play the guitar and sing songs to her when there is nothing else to do. When she wants to go outside, I let her run free in the backyard surrounded with fences and have a shaded area for her when it gets too hot. I would also leave the door open in case she wants a colder environment which is inside the house. In a client’s home, I would ensure that their pets are well fed and hydrated. If there is an accident, I would willingly be responsible for that and take care of it. I would make sure that their pets are also being engaged in activities so that they would feel less bored when the parents aren’t home.
About: I have always loved animals growing up (sometimes more than people at times) and I continue to surround myself around animals whenever I can. “We couldn't be any happier with the care that Naiomie gave to our very spoiled fur baby, Colby Jaxx. This was the first time we've left him with someone other than family members. We were a hesitant about leaving him with someone we... or he... didn't know but after meeting Naiomie at drop off made us feel completely relaxed. We got daily pictures and videos of Colby Jaxx which were so awesome to see him interacting with her and the "friends" Colby Jaxx got to meet and play with. Along with the pics and videos, Naiomie would tell specifics about Colby... for example, he would cry a little at bedtime when he couldn't physically see her and she would let me know the different things she was doing to try to help him settle. Even as far as making it so that he could see into her room to know he wasn't alone. I would HIGHLY recommend using Naiomie. I know when we have a need again, she will be the first person we call. “I cannot say enough good things about Catherine and Ernie and the care they provided for my English Labrador, Luna. Luna stayed with them for six days and nights, and the difference in her behavior has been remarkable. It's now been three days since she came home, and I am still noticing positive changes in her temperament and obedience. They provided the perfect balance of structure, consistency, and what I would call "tough love," which is exactly what Luna needed. Before her stay, Luna could be difficult on walks, would pull on the leash, react aggressively toward other dogs, and even try to bite her collar when I put it on. Catherine and Ernie not only worked with Luna during her stay, but they also took the time to teach me techniques that I could continue using at home. The results were almost immediate. Luna no longer tries to bite her collar, walks much more calmly, and is significantly easier to handle on a leash. One of the biggest improvements came from introducing a prong collar and teaching me how to use it correctly. Walking Luna is now much more enjoyable, and she is far less reactive toward other dogs. Catherine also recommended training videos and resources to help me continue Luna's progress. There are countless dog-training videos on YouTube, but it was incredibly valuable to have someone show me techniques that were specifically effective for my dog. Another thing I truly appreciated was the communication. Catherine kept me updated throughout Luna's stay with regular texts, photos, and videos, which gave me peace of mind and allowed me to see Luna's progress firsthand. If you are looking for dog sitters who genuinely care about your dog's well-being and are willing to go above and beyond to help improve behavior and training, I highly recommend Catherine and Ernie. Luna came home happier, calmer, and more obedient, and I am extremely grateful for everything they did for her.”
