About: In our previous home in Missouri my husband and I frequently pet sat for friends, family, and neighbors. We moved to Washington January of 2025 and have missed the furry friends we cared for there. I have experience with large and small dogs including some elderly and some very high energy. I’ve also looked after cats, individuals and larger groups including groups with various feeding needs. I work virtually and can be available most week days for daytime pet sitting in homes that have consistent internet access or drop ins a few times a day. On weekends my availability varies but I can typically plan for drop in and overnight care with at least 1 week notice. I am married and may request my spouse be allowed to stay with me or drop by in longer term sitting situations. While we are not certified trainers ourselves, we do work with them regularly and have learned a lot from watching them. Our primary goal is making every walk a joyful and enriching experience for every dog in our care 💜 We are a relatively new business, so have lots of availability currently, but we are growing quickly and that won't be true forever. I work 5 days a week at a wonderful dog daycare with my business partner, and we have very different schedules so we can accommodate morning, midday, or afternoon walks, no matter the day. We have enough regular business that we have experienced just about anything a walk around the neighborhood can throw at us. For most walks and drop-in visits, we want to maximize the time your dog spends outside. We are pretty quick to get harnesses and jackets on so we can get out the door. Locking the door behind us is part of the routine so you know your home is safe even when we are out on a walk. We like to know where cleaning supplies are located, so we can get accidents or spills cleaned up. We are happy to refresh your pet's water bowl after the walk, feed them a quick lunch/treat, or get in some play time or snuggles on the couch! We do not enter rooms without permission and are always respectful of your things.
About: I have been caring for pets my entire life. When I was young, I started a dog walking service with my friend, that lasted years. I started rover to earn extra income when I had my son, now 7. I would love the opportunity to make your pet a part time family member in our home and give you the reassurance your pet is happy and safe while you are away! I have a 12 year old, neutered male husky that would love a part time buddy, and a neutered male cat. If your little one doesnt like other pets, I can keep them separated, no problem! Your pup is only allowed on the furniture if YOU allow them to be! They are both great with cats and dogs. This gives me the opportunity to work on getting up and active through out the days I dont work. I look forward to meeting your furry family member! My child is in school for most of the day and I usually work a few days out of the week due to my online education needs, so I have the entire day to fit your care into my schedule. I allow animals to get comfortable on their own terms and am not pushy with them getting used to my presence. I enjoy playing and ensuring a clean, calm environment.
About: 2026 update. My lap is nearly always occupied by an 11 year old black cat named Darth Vader. He is bold and social with people, cats, and dogs. Then theres our oldest, Mimi, a 13 year old black cat who is much more timid. Thumbs, our polydactyl calico floof is 6 years old now. Thumbs also hides out often. Both girls have come out of their hidden spots once used to guests. I’ve been around animals as long as I can remember. For many years I had large dogs, pitbulls and mixes. Most of my pets have started off as rescues, but all became loved family members. Our dogs have all crossed the rainbow bridge, but that didn’t remove my talent, passion and care with canines. I currently work part time in Mukilteo. My profession will take priority for roughly 6 hours a week. I do not work overtime, nor on weekends. This seems like a strange question. I care for my pets by feeding them, making sure they have water, cuddling and loving them, walks, and sometimes just naps together.

I also provide him with tailored supplements and healthy vegetable treats to keep him happy and thriving. In my home or my client’s home, I prioritize creating a safe, comfortable, and stress-free environment tailored to each pet’s needs. I follow their regular routines closely—including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special care like medications or grooming. I also keep pet areas clean, offer lots of affection and attention, and provide updates to ensure peace of mind for the pet parent. Whether it’s cuddles on the couch or outdoor adventures, I treat every pet like part of the family.

“My dogs mean everything to me and it can be difficult to find a dog sitter who understands the assignment. Allison understood the assignment. My girls are 10 years apart in age are different in temperament and personality. To me, it doesn’t take a lot to care for them but I never know if that is different in the eyes of the sitter. Allison welcomed them both into her home and cared for them just as I would. She provided updates and photos throughout the stay. She was also flexible in drop off time as I had a brain fart when initially booking the stay. I will definitely choose Allison again for future stays!”

“Tammy was great! This was our first time leaving our new puppy with a sitter. We were nervous as she timid, reactive and has not had a lot of exposure to the world. On top of that she has a very sensitive stomach. It takes very little ( new treats, food, or stress) to cause her to have diarrhea. Tammy knew how to introduce Chelsea to her dogs with minimal reactions and drama. Chelsea got to spend a week playing with other dogs and adapted well to the pack. Best of all no diarrhea!
