“Anita is a very wonderful sitter, took care of my doggo like her own, played with her when he did not want to walk, gave him home made food and took him on long walks. She shared lots of updates too.”

“I had a great experience with Katie, who was able to watch my dog for a 5 day trip on fairly short notice. I request special accommodations for my dog, who has separation anxiety, is dog reactive, takes medications and has many food allergies. Katie was willing to meet all of these needs and was reassuring that each would be handled with care. Katie is additionally a great communicator and sent frequent updates. It was comforting to know my dog was in great hands, and Katie seems to genuinely enjoy being around and caring for animals. I’d highly recommend her for your pet sitting needs, and I hope to book her again in future!”

“Jenny was amazing with our Ellie! She sent me photos and messages about how Ellie was doing and what they did every day. I felt completely confident that Ellie was being well cared for while we were out of town. Jenny was always quick to reply to messages and a very kind hearted person. I will definitely request Jenny again and recommend her to all of our friends and family.”

“Marlene is wonderful! We left our dog Ryker with her for a week and she kept him busy the entire time. We got lots of photo updates too. I won’t leave Ryker with anyone else.”

“Izzy had a wonderful time with Mary. She hadn’t seen Mary for awhile but obviously remembered her because she was jumping and super excited to see her and go into the house.”

“Really appreciate Stephanie’s care and attention to our dog she communicated the entire time we were gone. I felt at ease the entire time our dog was away from us. She sent pictures and kept us updated on how he was doing. I trust her 100% to watch our dog. She is great.”

“Our maltipoo, Boba, just came back home with us and he seemed happy. Shalini was very accommodating to Boba's needs. I would definitely recommend Shalini and I will definitely use her service again. Thank you, Shalini and family! You guys are awesome!”

“Our Willow was well cared for and had a great time. I looked forward to the pictures and videos. Genevieve and her pack welcomed our dog and she looked like she had a great time. Willow was tired and happy. Well done for a herding breed!”

“I was a last minute booking and Chelsea made it happen! My cat was a little stressed from the transition into a new space, but Chelsea was patient and updated me with photos. Would book again!”

“Kristen and Brian were so accommodating and kind. Our dog went happily into their place and quickly felt at home. They sent lots of pictures and updates. We definitely will use them again and highly recommend to anyone.”

“This was our first time using Rover to find a sitter for our dog, Apollo. Tyler was the best person we could have asked for. He was super communicative ahead of time, was sending us plenty of updates while we were gone, and sent lots of photos. He also took Apollo on plenty of walks in some nice areas in Bothell. Apollo looked like he had the best time. We'd love to have him stay with Tyler again the next time we need a dog sitter.”

“Mary is Toni's (and our) favorite sitter! She sends the most adorable photos of Toni and her dog, Obie, playing together. It is such a relief when travelling to know that Toni is in such goods hands with Mary :)”

“Swati was great with Poco during his 4-night stay! She kept us posted with updates, followed all our specific care instructions, and made sure he was happy and comfortable. We felt really good leaving him with her and would totally book with her again 😊”

“Elena was very responsive and genuinely nice. We got regular photo updates and messages to let us know Queenie was doing well. It is obvious she loves dogs and the fact they are free to roam around the house with them is a big plus for pampered furry family members like ours.”

“Definitely recommend Teri and her home! Great communication, sent multiple pictures and updates per day. I truly felt my old pups, who I worry about often, were in GOOD loving hands. They ? were clean and well kept along with beds/blankets and looking so good after a long stay. Also fenced large yard was very nice! Will definitely use for future needs!”
“It was so lovely knowing our fur babies were so well loved and cared for while we were away for the weekend getting married! The updates with pictures were extra cute! The dogs are pooped from all the play time and walks. We joked that they were at doggy sleep away camp. Thank you thank you! I highly recommend Brian and Chelsea!”

“I highly recommend Julia as an experienced pet sitter! She was really great for drop-ins with my cat, giving him lots of play time and helping him practice his cat tricks. Her schedule was very flexible. We came home to a healthy and happy cat!”

“Alex was awesome! Scheduling was easy, the visit went seamless, and most importantly Marla was given care and love while we were gone for the night. We’ll definitely choose to book with her next time!”

“Amanda is really easy to work with, prompt and professional, and we will definitely book her time/care again. She was flexible when we adjusted our booking last minute, and we came home to a happy cat. What more could we ask for!”

“I left Cedric lots of detailed instructions (I’m crazy lol). I was anxious because my kitty isn’t very used to other people, so I was pretty stressed. He followed all of my instructions and reassured me every time I asked him something. By the final days, my cat started showing his personality, playing, and asking Cedric for love and pets. I’m very happy I found him and will definitely be using his services again. He even brought a package inside when I asked and cleaned around my cat’s automatic litter box. I really appreciate the care he gave my kitty.”

“Penny was awesome and made us feel so much safer about leaving our kitties home alone when we went out of town. She is very responsive and communicative, very organized, and did a great job of providing pictures and details about her visit. We will definitely be booking with her again next time we take a vacation! :)”

“Kaitlyn did a great job with my girls! One of my kitties has diabetes and she was very attentive and reliable with administering the insulin shots. I appreciated her daily updates and photos as well. I would use Kaitlyn again!”

“Just absolutely amazing. She is so flexible and kept me up to date with everything going on. She was able to start last second due to an emergency. Jennifer was so helpful!!!!!”

“Just got back home last night to a very peaceful, happy, calm boy kitten. House was lit for an easy arrival home: Thanks Nathan! I hired Nathan to stay at the house here for the week I was gone. I felt that was the best arrangement for this young male kitten I adopted only a few months ago. Nathan provided a "top of the charts" kitten sitting service and the two of them kept each other busy with play time and plenty of company. Paolo is a pretty energetic, busy kitten and quite social too. Nathan sent me a couple of pictures each day and a couple of play time videos showed up over the week too. I really did appreciate and enjoy Nathan's professional approach to the care taking of my young cat and I highly recommend his services. I'll be scheduling with Nathan on my next out of town trip. Thanks again, very much Nathan!”

“Allison is terrific all around. She is a great communicator, very reliable, and was so attentive to our Jerry and Olive. We were nervous to travel after being home with our kitties for 15 months solid during the pandemic, but Allison eased our worries. We all look forward to having her back!”

“We’ve had Michelle watching our babies for several years now. I feel so comfortable leaving my girls in her care. I truly don’t know what we would do without her!”

“Jodie, as always, took fantastic care of our kitty and plants. She really went above and beyond though, lifting a 70+lbs pound package with huge stickers that said “HEAVY, TWO PERSON LIFT” by herself up a flight of stairs!! Also, no matter where our cat pukes, she always gets the stain out and it’s not even noticeable when we get back. Jodie is the Rover GOAT!!”

“Joan is an incredible cat sitter. I’m so glad to found her as she took care of my cat while I was gone and my cat definitely loves her. She’s very thorough with her updates and always make sure to be on top of everything. She is the best.”

“Heather did a great job taking care of our crazy cats. We asked for her help only a week before we were leaving town and she had no problem with it. When we got home, nothing felt out of place and our cats were laying around like usual. I'd definitely recommend her for your pet sitting needs.”

“Deyaneira was great with communication and sending photos of my cat! She took great care of our cat and our cat was very happy when we were gone! We would recommend her to anyone needing care for their pet!”

“Kathryn has been the best sitter! My cats don’t need much but she still goes out of her way to give them attention and spend time with them! She is always really attentive and I can always trust her with the care of my babies <3”

“Excellent! First time Rover user and couldn't be more pleased! Marlene melted my worries away while out of town, providing pictures of my shy senior kitty. Thank you!”

“Anita took great care of my puppy Kaia. She provided maybe updates throughout the day. She was very accommodating to my drop off time and my schedule. She has a very nice place for the dog and a great sized fenced backyard. The best part about my puppy going with Anita is that she even did some training with her. I highly recommend her for all her services on rover. I look forward to booking more daycare appointments in the future.”

About: Over the past 10 years, I've poured my heart into the care and training of my beloved Lulo. Imagine the joy of watching this furry friend grow, teaching them the tricks of the trade, and sharing a bond that words can't describe. It's been a journey filled with Lulo's wagging tail, late-night cuddles, and a deep connection built on trust and love. From Lulo's puppyhood to adulthood, I've been there every step of the way, nurturing their physical and emotional needs. It's not just a duty; it's a privilege and a passion that's shaped my life. This experience has shown me the incredible power of the human-canine connection, and I wouldn't trade it for anything. Pet care is woven into my daily life, especially since I work from home. My mornings kick off with a leisurely walk for my pups, and I make sure they're fed and content. Throughout the day, I take breaks to play and check on them. With this flexible routine, I'm not only looking after my own dogs but also helping out with others when required. It's a laid-back, enjoyable part of my day, and it feels great to be there for my furry friends and their owners. In my home, where I have the luxury of a big yard, pet care revolves around creating a fun and safe environment. Lulo, my dog, absolutely adores playing with other dogs, so that's a big part of it. We have playdates, outdoor adventures, and cozy indoor moments. For clients who prefer their pets to stay at my place, it's all about making them feel at home, too. The big yard is a hit, and I ensure their comfort, feeding, and exercise routines are maintained. In their homes, I bring the same level of love and care, adapting to their familiar surroundings while keeping routines consistent. Whether here or there, it's all about tail-wagging happiness!
“My dog Finn absolutely loves Viktoriya. She kept me updated throughout the day with LOTS of pictures and videos. He came back a happy and calm pooch after his daycare with her. ❤️ Thank you for taking such good care of my baby.”

About: I've been a dog handler for about eight years. I started at Meg's Dog House as my first job out of high school and learned everything I know about dogs in my 7 years working there. When Covid hit, Meg and her husband retired and I moved to Seattle where I have spent the last year working as a live in caregiver until recently moving into my own place. I just moved to Arizona after a decade of wanting to make the switch (grew up in Washington and hate the weather) and would love to pick up some side jobs here and there. While Rover cannot be my fulltime job due to the inconsistencies of bookings, I do maintain a main job but I do dedicate most my available free time to the dogs I'm watching when I am off work and schedules would be thoroughly discussed before booking. I have two dogs and two kittens, so I'm used to having animals and catering to them around my schedule. Currently I have open availability but this will change when I get a job so it just depends on my new hours but generally speaking I like a minimum of 3 walks daily, with at least one of them being to an area where they can safely run off leash or on a long line to stretch their legs. However the client prefers. I am adaptable and willing to learn. I have worked with special needs dogs, older dogs, and have a lot of experience with puppies. I am a novice trainer and groomer as well so my whole world is centered around animals!
“Sarah has that perfect calm with dogs. Our doggo has separation anxiety and she was so patient with him, accepting his process. I appreciated her calm, honest caring. So nice to have someone for our dog in a place we visit often.”

“Frankie loved spending time with Aein and Felfel. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Aein gave updates everyday with videos and photos. I could tell Frankie was completely comfortable and was having a great time. I had no worries and know that with Aein, Frankie is well taken care of. I highly recommend Aein to anyone looking for a reliable and loving sitter.”

“We have sent our dog Happy to day care at Swathi’s. He really had a blast there, he has a bit of separation anxiety and struggles to leave us, but with Swati and her dog Ollie he really felt home. Swati kept him very comfortable and sent me regular updates of how he is doing. She has been very kind and sweet with him and I am looking forward to send Happy to Swati’s weekly, so that he can have fun with Ollie and other dogs.”

About: I've had experience taking care of both dogs and cats. My friends and family have often trusted me with taking care of their pets, which included feeding and walking them. With my former dog, I did basic training in commands (i.e. sit, stay, come) and know how to be firm when necessary. As a recent cat owner, I've learned the reins on taking care of a cat and how to live with one as well. Currently I'm freelancing, so I'm pretty flexible on availability with enough notice! Walking and playing with your pets is a fun activity I'm always down for. I can take care of cats and small dogs within my living space. I do not have a fenced backyard for dogs, however I am able to provide frequent walks and play time when needed due to my freelance schedule. I also have separate rooms if needed to cool off for stimulated pets.
About: Hi, my name is marissa, i have always grown up taking care of dogs, we have fostered a lot of dogs and we absolutely adore each and every one of them! i do have 3 children under 4 in home as well as 2 dogs of my own so they need to be dog and children friendly! i am a stay at home mama to 3 beautiful children and it’s driving me nuts to not be able to work so i am hoping rover is going to be able to help me with that! we have a fully fenced in back yard with a 2 story house for them to roam and play! i have lots of toys so no need for those! we have 3 boys under 4 so no aggressive dogs! “Frank loves playing at Ian and Rachel's house. He has time to socialize with their dog and others, in a small group setting. This is perfect for Frank, who has some anxiety and reactivity. This has been the perfect fit for him, and allows him to socialize and maintain good behaviors, without being overwhelmed. He is so well taken care of, and always very happy and tired when he comes home. They clearly love dogs, and taking care of them. They are perfect communicators, and super helpful and easy to work with.”

“Nadine made my dog and me feel so welcome. She is very kind and my nervous little dog warmed up to her in no time. She texted me soon after I left to let me know how things were going, which I really appreciated.”

“Buddy is getting to bond with Jenny. She is amazing. Loving, caring and all day she was keeping me informed about buddy. I am glad Buddy finally love someone that loves him. Thanks Jenny. See you soon.”

“Mishie has been absolutely amazing with Bella! She is always on time, communicates incredibly well, and keeps me updated after every visit. It’s clear she truly cares about the dogs she works with. She pays close attention to Bella’s needs, even adjusting their routine when the weather is too hot to safely walk. Instead of just skipping the outing, she made sure Bella still had enrichment and attention. She has even incorporated some training into their time together, which I really appreciate, and surprised Bella with a few new toys out of her own kindness. Knowing Bella is with someone who is reliable, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in her well-being gives me so much peace of mind. Mishie goes above and beyond, and I couldn’t ask for a better dog walker. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who will treat their dog like family!”

About: I have taken care of animals since I was a pre-teen, but fell in love with animal care fully in my junior year of high school, after I began volunteering at the Everett Animal Shelter. Since then, I have changed positions and worked as a post-surgery volunteer with PAWS, transporting and handling anesthetized animals after they underwent surgeries. This summer I am also interning at PAWS again, this time as a Foster Care Intern, where I manage the entire foster care system behind the scenes. Additionally, I have worked with large animals such as horses while volunteering, managed and milked dairy cattle, and took care of pigs as my job on the side. I will continue to grow my portfolio, as I am a Pre-Vet Animal Science major at Washington State University with the goal of becoming a veterinarian one day. I am currently on summer break in my hometown (Everett) and have pretty open availability. I intern at paws from 8am-12pm on Sundays & Mondays, and 12-5pm on Thursdays, but other than that, I am free for walks, house sitting, or drop ins! Safety is extremely important during both house sitting & walks! For walks, I like to make sure dogs stay on the side of the sidewalk away from the road, as well as being properly harnessed and equipped with essential needs like poop bags and water incase of an emergency. I also keep a sharp eye out for other dogs to steer clear from unwanted interactions. Additionally, during house sitting, outside doors stay locked at all times, and your pet is watched 24/7. No escapes will happen on my watch! I am open to following any other rules, expectations or suggestions you have regarding your pet & house’s safety!
“We really appreciate Cedric! He is so reliable and always leaves us detailed notes. I have never had to worry if my pup will be cared for. Thank you, Cedric!”

“Meaghan did a wonderful job taking care of our dog. She was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and answered any questions I had. She was very prompt for the requested walk times and provided daily updates of their walks. I highly recommend her services for your pets and would book with her again in a heartbeat.”

“Tony is great with our 2 dogs. We used her for our first puppy consistently for a couple of years and she helped with training. Tony also was a big help with our second puppy. She is super reliable and her report cards are always entertaining.”
About: I have nearly a decade of pet care experience with all kinds of animals of all ages, sociability levels, and abilities. I can exercise pets however they prefer, administer medications, follow special feeding/diet instructions, bathe pets, and provide specialized care for senior or disabled pets. I have a part-time remote job with no set hours, so my schedule is incredibly flexible. I am happy to accommodate any schedule preferences or last minute changes. Because I live in an apartment, I can only provide pet-sitting service in clients’ homes at this time. I have cared for pets in several homes, and I highly prioritize trust and care of my clients’ homes. I am also more than happy to do light housekeeping tasks while caring for your pet to ensure you come back to a clean home, like vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, watering plants, etc.
“My regular walker was out of town for a month so needed short term coverage, who could be flexible. Joan was able to come during this time and was eager to provide excellent service, rolling with the changing weeks and giving Jake the long walks needed to tire him out. Jake looked forward to seeing Joan and she provided lots of pets and praise to both my dogs! I appreciated her ability to help me out, always cheerful and providing any updates I needed to know!”

“Chanchrisna is a welcoming person and great with dogs. She was great with my dog Banana Bread 🍞. I highly recommend her and look forward to using her dog walking services in the very near future.”

“She took great care of our dog and when he had an accident before she got there to walk in, she was diligent. Let us know and cleaned it up. I would definitely have her come anytime we have an option.”
About: I'm a cat parent of two lovely fur babies. I have 3+ years of experience with cats. Though I have more experience with cats, I'm excited to meet some dogs! Only doing walks for smaller dogs and drop-in service at the moment. Feel free to reach out. I will be pretty much available after 9 AM on weekdays and weekends. Currently focusing on the Lynnwood/Everett area, but willing to go a little more south if needed. Please share any specific instructions regarding your pet's food and feeding schedule. This includes dietary restrictions, portion sizes, and any special feeding techniques. I'd love to know if your fur babies have special needs.
“Thank you Mayra for the intelligent and patient way you handled the recent difficult walk with our 2 girls. I'm so glad you were there and so alert to the menace of the neighborhood dog running loose. You're the best!”

About: I've taken all kinds of dogs since I was 18. I love dogs more than cats. Love to walk with them, play, and board. I am very detail oriented. Know when dog wants to go mind there own business.. I am available all week except Sunday. I'll be happy to watch your dog. Or go for a walk with your family member! Play is another thing I don't mind doing it while boarding.. I have a big, fully fenced yard. I do have a dog of my own. He is 4, Belgian Shepherd. Very smart, calm, and happy dog. He gets along well. No kids. Smoke free home!
“Penny is amazing with Dusty. We just moved to the area for work and my pup is experiencing difficulty with this change. After her one hour walk with Penny, I noticed Dusty returning to her normal self. I increased the walks to twice a week and thank Penny for helping me with this transition.”

“Knox loves Hallie! I was looking for a sitter and interviewing folks, but Knox was not having it or picking anybody until Hallie came along. He gets really excited when she pulls up and comes home a happy hound. She’s on time, responsive and even walked in the pouring rain for an hour without a coat. Will definitely keep Hallie around for walks, and can rest easy knowing he’ll be in good hands when I am on vacay. Thanks Hallie!”

“Jennifer is the best. She is very personable and professional. At our meet and greet our pup took to her right away. She answered all our questions, and wanted to know all she could about our dog. She now walks our dog several times a week and has just been wonderful. I highly recommend her.”

He got plenty of walks, played fetch, and was treated like part of the family. What really impressed us was how thoughtful Mounica was. On the night of the fireworks, she checked in to ask what would help keep Teddy calm. She also sent us lots of updates, photos, and videos every day, more than any sitter we've ever used. It gave us so much peace of mind. We came home to a happy, relaxed Teddy. We wouldn't hesitate to book with Mounica again and highly recommend her!”
