About: Reliability!! I dog sat for many families back in Florida while earning my bachelors/masters. While I don’t have a dog of my own I will treat yours like my own. I work Monday-Friday so I would be able to check-in/walk dogs in the evening. Most of my weekends are free so I would love to fill my time by spending it with pets! I will not be able to care for pets in my own home. However, I have dog sat for several families in their own home.

She is a very young grandmother herself and uses rover to get some extra pet loving time in. Great with cats and dogs although she personally watched my cat for a number of days. Due to a snowstorm she wasn't able to come part of the time and she went out of her way to contact rover and get me a refund.”

About: Hello animal lovers! I grew up with dogs. First was a Golden Retriever then several Old English Mastiffs to follow. I adore big dogs and know they are gentle giants. I also adore "smaller dogs" too, those under 125lbs (ha!) I have been dog sitting on and off for about 15 years. About me, I'm responsible, mature, reliable and fun, your dog will love me. I'm happy to play fetch or snuggle your pooch, whatever is best for them. I am a care taker by trade so your pup will be in good hands. About: I’ve grown up with animals of every kind and have always loved being surrounded by them. Cats, dogs, hamsters, horses…you name it, I’ve probably had it! With a large extended family, many of my high school weekend jobs included taking care of family cats and dogs while they were out of town. I have cats of my own and am adamant that they receive the best care, so I want the best care for your fur baby too! I am very punctual, responsible, and reliable and would love the opportunity to help out when you’re out of town or short on time. I currently work full-time, but am available weekday evenings and on the weekends. Weekdays I am available after 4 pm and I am highly flexible on the weekends and could make any time work for drop in care or walks. Regarding walks, I always make sure to double check leashes, collars and harnesses to ensure they are secure before going outside. I am very mindful of other dogs and their potential behaviors, so I often cross to the other sidewalk if I see another dog. Loud noises & traffic are also things I try to avoid if possible. Entering and exiting your home is also something I am careful about, making sure to keep the doorway blocked to prevent any escapees. For drop ins, I immediately look for your pet to ensure their wellbeing and check to make sure the environment is secured and in good condition. Before leaving, I also double check to make sure that everything is locked and your pet is well taken care of.

She followed directions, was super communicative, and allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation without worrying about our cat the whole time. About: I've been responsible for pets since age 10. Cleaning litter boxes, walking dogs, playing fetch, refilling food dishes, and being a patient, gentle, attentive owner who reciprocates unconditionally love. Now, at age 30, I've gained a deep understanding of cats and dogs, raised many from kittens and puppies, and have parented them through full, happy lives. I work a part time job as a home designer in Seattle, only about three days a week, 15-20 hours, usually mornings. I have plenty of time for pet care most evenings and my weekends are always free. Please give me a few days notice for weekday pet care so we can work around my schedule. I live in a spacious apartment with one roommate who is also very gentle and loving toward animals. We keep our areas tidy and our food secured in high up cupboards and in the fridge. I live in the master bedroom and keep my door open and my floor clean as well. There are comfy couches and a queen bed if you'd like your pet to have free reign on furniture. There is also a large, open grass field just a five minute walk from my apartment for dogs to run around and play.

“Xiuqi was excellent. Oreo is shy and doesn’t warm up to strangers. Recently we had a trip planned and our regular sitter was unavailable. This was cause for concern as Oreo has never had another sitter. We met with Xiuqi and thought she would be a good fit. Well over 6 days Oreo fell in love. We probably have a new sitter. We received updates and pictures and videos. Very reassuring.”
