About: Reliability!! I dog sat for many families back in Florida while earning my bachelors/masters. While I don’t have a dog of my own I will treat yours like my own. I work Monday-Friday so I would be able to check-in/walk dogs in the evening. Most of my weekends are free so I would love to fill my time by spending it with pets! I will not be able to care for pets in my own home. However, I have dog sat for several families in their own home.

About: Hi! My name is Celestine, and caring for animals has always been a huge part of my life. I have experience looking after both dogs and cats through personal pet sitting, family care, and volunteer work at PAWS Animal Shelter. Over the years, I’ve cared for pets with different personalities, energy levels, and needs — from playful, energetic pets to shy or senior animals that need extra patience and gentle attention. Growing up, I regularly helped neighbors, friends, and family with pet sitting responsibilities such as feeding, walking, cleaning litter boxes, giving fresh water, playtime, and making sure pets felt safe and comfortable while their owners were away. I’ve also cared for my siblings’ cats and understand how important consistency, cleanliness, and affection are for pets, especially when they’re adjusting to someone new. My experience volunteering at an animal shelter taught me how to stay calm, attentive, and compassionate around animals of all temperaments. I understand that every pet is different, and I always take time to learn their routines, comfort levels, and preferences so they feel secure and cared for. I’m dependable, detail-oriented, and genuinely love building trust with both pets and owners. I know how hard it can be to leave your pet with someone else, so I always do my best to provide updates, communicate clearly, and care for every animal like they’re my own. Your pet will get lots of patience, attention, love, and responsible care with me — plus probably an embarrassing amount of compliments about how cute they are. I’m naturally very organized and good at managing my schedule, so I’m reliable when it comes to feeding times, check-ins, walks, playtime, and keeping pets on their normal routines. Starting in October, I’ll be attending dental hygiene school full time, so my weekday daytime availability will become very limited. However, I still expect to be available some evenings, nights, and most weekends for pet care. No matter how busy life gets, I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, and I make sure any pet in my care gets consistent attention, patience, and dependable care. I understand that inviting someone into your home and trusting them with your pet is a big decision, and I take that responsibility seriously. My goal is always to provide a safe, calm, and dependable experience for both pets and their owners. I am attentive to details, follow care instructions carefully, and make pet safety my top priority. Whether it's ensuring doors and gates are secure, monitoring a pet's behavior for any signs of stress, or maintaining their normal routine, I strive to create an environment where pets feel comfortable and well cared for. Through years of pet sitting and my volunteer experience at PAWS Animal Shelter, I've learned the importance of patience, consistency, and building trust. I understand that every animal is different, and I take the time to respect their boundaries, comfort levels, and individual needs. I also believe trust is built through communication. I am happy to provide updates and photos during visits so owners can feel confident that their pets are happy, safe, and receiving the attention they deserve while they're away. Above all, I treat every home with respect and every pet with the same level of care, kindness, and responsibility that I would hope someone would show to my own family members.

About: I have worked in the foster care system in high school. I have owned many dogs until their old age and it was time to let them go. I have trained dogs to make them adoptable people that said this dog needs to be put down. It is untrainable I have been able to work with in train. I was a housekeeper/house manager for a family who had a blue nose pit who hated everybody and I did the Cesar Milan no touch no talk no eye contact and I ignored him for 24 hours and after that we became the best of friends, and if he heard my voice, he would search the house for it and then pouted if he couldn’t find it, I became his person. And I had another friend who had a very large pitbull who would get put in timeout because he got a little too excited and I was always on dog duty so I would go and sit in timeout with him because he was only in timeout because he’s excited cause people are there. He wasn’t doing anything bad he just needed to calm down so I would sit in there until I calm down and then we would go back and enjoy the party, but I was always put on dog duty. I am working right now, but I work very close to home so if you are boarding your pet with me, I can come home on my lunch and take the animal out for a potty break and just say hi and maybe give him a snack. And depending on how far away you are from my work if it’s within my 30 minute work lunch I will be more than happy to come and let your dog out. We own a 40 acre farm and we have a sawdust pen that we use for overly dominant dogs so they have time to let them run around and then we also have six dog crates that we utilize for dogs that need to be on a two week quarantine and then we bring them in the house and we train them on leashes and we train them on potty training and we do everything we can to make them suitable for the right person. We have a dog run and all of that but because of how many foster dogs we have having dogs come stay at our house is not an option unfortunately so I would have to do all of the housesitting at the owners house and I am an extension of the parent so if the parent takes the dog on three walks a day, the dog is gonna get taken on three walks a day if the dog gets two walks a day, one in the morning, one at night and then gets to play in the backyard in the afternoon then that’s what we’re gonna do. I am an extension of the parent. I have brought that philosophy over from working in the daycare. I used to be an extension of the parent. I am an extension to the owner and anything the owner wants the owner will get you will get a clean house you will if you have any random chores that you want done that you just haven’t gotten to or things organize because you haven’t had time these are things that I love to do I don’t sit around and watch TV much so keeping me busy is great but I also like to write letters and color so if you don’t have anything for me to do then, you don’t have anything for me to do

About: I have a 5 year old male labradoodle that I absolutely adore! I have a lot of experience watching dogs. I am very patient & I genuinely love all animals. We enjoy going for walks, playing fetch & spoiling all of our furry visitors. I’ve dogsat for many friends & family for weeks at a time. I’m very responsible & communicative while watching your pet. I understand the trust it takes to leave your dog with someone & I can assure you that I am a great candidate for the job. During my stay, I send pictures & updates daily. I genuinely enjoy my time with all pets. Dogs are like our children & they should be treated as such! Your dog won’t go unloved or ignored with me around. I am in school full-time so I have pretty open availability Monday-Friday & am usually only away for a maximum of 6 hours at a time. When I am in a clients home, I make sure to treat their pets & their home with the upmost respect. I ensure that I stick to the pets normal routine and spoil them just as much as they normally would be (if not more)!

She is a very young grandmother herself and uses rover to get some extra pet loving time in. Great with cats and dogs although she personally watched my cat for a number of days. Due to a snowstorm she wasn't able to come part of the time and she went out of her way to contact rover and get me a refund.”
