We appreciated her updates and photos of our dog Penny, and hearing about how Penny was adjusting and what kinds of fun they were having together. We came home to a happy, healthy dog and a sparkling clean house - Caroline took initiative to vacuum, wash the linens, and clean the bathroom even though we had not asked or expected that. We feel she did a really excellent job with Penny and the house, and we would absolutely hire her again!”

However, he quickly put us at ease with his meticulous care & attention to detail. He has a genuine love for animals and a deep sense of responsibility. He took the time to ask thorough and thoughtful questions about Phoebe’s diet and medication needs. His understanding and willingness to follow the detailed instructions we provided were much appreciated. He was diligent in adhering to the medication schedule and diet. He also made sure to bring Phoebe out frequently for bathroom breaks, fresh air and some light exercise. His commitment to Phoebe’s well-being was evident in every aspect of his care.
