“Jeffery did a house sitting job for a week with us. We were nervous as it was our first experience with Rover, but he was absolutely wonderful with our two dogs. One of our dogs is a puppy, which requires a little more attention and care. Jeffery kept us updated with pictures and videos often, and checked in with us regularly. He was prompt in responding to questions, and was so attentive and loving with our dogs. He left our home clean, and was overall very pleasant to work with. My experiences include working with dogs that are blind, deaf, have diabetes, and heart disease. I have also trained my dogs since they were puppies! Probably the best part was that she had my really anxious/antisocial pup relaxed in no time—and it was July 4. Fireworks going off all the time. Karen sent me updates and pics of both dogs on a regular basis. I do believe my house was cleaner than when I left it. Karen even contacted me for pooper scooper info. Wonderful energy. Teresa exceeds expectations. We have never used a pet house sitter and we’re always fortunate in the past to have family that could help. Teresa took such great care of our dog and our cat, I think she spoiled them (in a good way), and they barely missed us. Tons of updates to us, and walks for our dog. Lots of snuggles and attention for both. I told her not to worry about clean up because we have someone who helps weekly, but she even washed the bedding and swept to the house before she left. She is very kind and thoughtful and I will be reaching out to her for future pet house sitting.
If I could leave more than five stars I would. Brandy took such good care of our foster dog Ace. Ace is reactive to other dogs but Brandy has experience with this kind of behavior, I was completely comfortable leaving him with her for neighborhood dog walks. She sent daily updates, and so many photos I felt like I was gone for two days, not a whole week! Brandy also treated our home with the utmost respect, and cleaned and remade the bed with fresh sheets before we got home late at night. I almost cried with relief! She took Ace on so many adventures, I realized I need to step up my game! I felt as if I've known Brandy forever and I was leaving my dog with a trusted friend. We will 100% call on Brandy again to watch Ace, and any future dogs we have!
Kilah went above and beyond caring for our cat and special needs dog while we were away for one week. Our dog experienced a medical issue during Kilah’s stay and she took her to the ER in the middle of the night, and to a follow up appointment at the primary vet the next day. Kilah was proactive and implemented strategies to help our dog recover while we were away. Kilah was communicative, respectful, consulted us when appropriate, and left our house in great condition. We would certainly hire Kilah again.
Megan has been absolutely incredible with my dog Audrey. Audrey has been recovering from pneumonia and needed someone to stay home with her while I went into the office a few days per week this month. I’ve been understandably nervous about leaving her, but Megan has been so positive, nurturing, and communicative during this time. Audrey is in GREAT hands with her. Plus, my apartment always looks like no one was even there—she’s so considerate and tidy. Would highly recommend Megan. She’s amazing! We love her!
Isaac was absolutely fantastic! He provided daily updates, walked our dogs daily and received all our holiday packages. He was really good a communicating and readily available to come for a visit prior to our departure and meet our dogs and touch base on their routines. Highly recommended!
Kory is phenomenal! We needed a sitter last minute over Christmas, and we could not have been more fortunate to find her. She was fantastic with our pups, they warmed up to her so quickly - even the old 10 year old who is particular about who she likes. Kory is sweet, communicative, and goes above and beyond. We can't wait to use her again and highly recommend her!
Marysa was fantastic! This was our first time working with Rover and, we were hesitate, but we had such a positive experience. With three dogs, it's a handful but Marysa provided excellent care for our dogs. She sent us daily reports and pictures and when we returned home we could tell they had been well cared for and our home was just as we had left it.
