“If I could leave more than five stars I would. Brandy took such good care of our foster dog Ace. Ace is reactive to other dogs but Brandy has experience with this kind of behavior, I was completely comfortable leaving him with her for neighborhood dog walks. She sent daily updates, and so many photos I felt like I was gone for two days, not a whole week! Brandy also treated our home with the utmost respect, and cleaned and remade the bed with fresh sheets before we got home late at night. I almost cried with relief! She took Ace on so many adventures, I realized I need to step up my game! I felt as if I've known Brandy forever and I was leaving my dog with a trusted friend. We will 100% call on Brandy again to watch Ace, and any future dogs we have!”

About: Hi, my name is marissa, i have always grown up taking care of dogs, we have fostered a lot of dogs and we absolutely adore each and every one of them! i do have 3 children under 4 in home as well as 2 dogs of my own so they need to be dog and children friendly! i am a stay at home mama to 3 beautiful children and it’s driving me nuts to not be able to work so i am hoping rover is going to be able to help me with that! we have a fully fenced in back yard with a 2 story house for them to roam and play! i have lots of toys so no need for those! we have 3 boys under 4 so no aggressive dogs! Potty training is preferred but its okay if not as i can accommodate to 30 min to an hour between potty breaks!

I’ve also cared for my siblings’ cats and understand how important consistency, cleanliness, and affection are for pets, especially when they’re adjusting to someone new. My experience volunteering at an animal shelter taught me how to stay calm, attentive, and compassionate around animals of all temperaments. I understand that every pet is different, and I always take time to learn their routines, comfort levels, and preferences so they feel secure and cared for. I’m dependable, detail-oriented, and genuinely love building trust with both pets and owners. I know how hard it can be to leave your pet with someone else, so I always do my best to provide updates, communicate clearly, and care for every animal like they’re my own. Your pet will get lots of patience, attention, love, and responsible care with me — plus probably an embarrassing amount of compliments about how cute they are. My schedule is flexible and varies week to week since I currently work at a bakery with changing part-time hours. I’m usually available during mornings, and even on workdays I’m typically home by the evening. I do work most Saturdays and every other Sunday, but I make it a priority to only accept bookings that I know I can fully commit my time and attention to. I’m naturally very organized and good at managing my schedule, so I’m reliable when it comes to feeding times, check-ins, walks, playtime, and keeping pets on their normal routines. Over the next couple of months my availability may vary slightly depending on work hours and social plans, but I always communicate clearly and plan ahead with pet owners. Starting in July, I’ll be attending dental hygiene school full time, so my weekday daytime availability will become more limited. However, I still expect to be available many evenings, nights, and most weekends for pet care. No matter how busy life gets, I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, and I make sure any pet in my care gets consistent attention, patience, and dependable care. I understand that inviting someone into your home and trusting them with your pet is a big decision, and I take that responsibility seriously.
