Hi! My name is Celestine, and caring for animals has always been a huge part of my life. I have experience looking after both dogs and cats through personal pet sitting, family care, and volunteer work at PAWS Animal Shelter. Over the years, I’ve cared for pets with different personalities, energy levels, and needs — from playful, energetic pets to shy or senior animals that need extra patience and gentle attention. Growing up, I regularly helped neighbors, friends, and family with pet sitting responsibilities such as feeding, walking, cleaning litter boxes, giving fresh water, playtime, and making sure pets felt safe and comfortable while their owners were away. I’ve also cared for my siblings’ cats and understand how important consistency, cleanliness, and affection are for pets, especially when they’re adjusting to someone new. My experience volunteering at an animal shelter taught me how to stay calm, attentive, and compassionate around animals of all temperaments. I understand that every pet is different, and I always take time to learn their routines, comfort levels, and preferences so they feel secure and cared for.
