“Zhen was so great with my little guy! She was very communicative and my treat camera showed my cat was very happy and loved all the pets and play time Zhen gave him. Would definitely recommend her as a cat sitter to any cat parent!”

“Yvonne is so great with my 7-month-old puppy. She is very attentive and supportive of her anxious personality. I feel totally at ease when I am away at the office knowing that she is there to drop in and check on my puppy.”

“Genevieve was awesome she was able to help me out last minute and was so sweet towards my cats. She provided cuddles, cleaned up messes, and excellent pet cat services. I will definitely recommend her!!”
“Sherri was such a blessing to have for our senior pup. He warmed up to her right away and enjoyed her company through a week of check-ins. We could not be happier in our choice to have Sherri as our sitter and would have her again in a moments notice. She was prompt, professional, easy to work with, and most importantly she loved on our dog like he was her own. Cannot say enough good things about her!”

“Kearstin was amazing and helped us out last minute with cat sitting for our cat. She was responsive, reliable, and made us feel completely at ease while we were away. We really appreciated the updates and the care she gave our cat. Everything went smoothly, and we would absolutely book with her again. Highly recommend!”

“Tera was wonderful and took great care of Tonks! Tonks even warmed up to her right away which truly speaks to how good she is with cats because my kitty is a little scaredy cat. Definitely adding her to my list of preferred sitters!”

About: I have worked with over 100 dogs during the course of my career so far. Most of my dog handling experience comes from working at a doggy daycare after I graduated high school. This experience gave me a lot of skills including handling multiple dogs at once, keeping track of meals and medication, and recognizing dog behavior in a variety of different breeds. This job gave me so many opportunities to bond with dogs of all sizes as if they were my own, give them exercise, and time to play with other dogs. Although, I learned to become good at handling a large group of dogs at once I prefer to work with smaller groups. It gives me more time to bond one on one with animals and allows me to better understand their individual needs (including lots of scratches and belly rubs). Working at a dog daycare has not been my only dog related experience. I have house and dog sat for multiple families a few summers in a row now. I enjoy providing an extra support system to dogs when their loved ones leave and giving them the love and attention they deserve. On top of these other experiences I have also grown up with dogs my entire life and in my late teens my Dad started fostering dogs for an agency. I really enjoyed taking care of these dogs and helping provide them with a good safe home until they were adopted. Every dog that has been a part of my life has provided so much joy and as I can't currently have a pet of my own I would love to be extended family to your dog. I'm currently a student at Western Washington University home for the summer. I don't have any other job as of now and will be able to provide full attention, walks, on-time feedings, etc. for your precious pet. I will be taking a few online credit hours for college over the summer, this does not take much time and I will be home to make sure all of your pets needs have been met. Whenever I house sit I usually fall into a routine that revolves around what the pet is used to, like their walk and feeding schedule. Although, I may have short outings and activities throughout the summer on the day I am booked for, my calendar should be up to date with the days that I am not available. I am very responsible when it comes to taking care of animals and organized. Safety is very important to me and I have had experiences working at the doggy daycare stopping dogs from eating unsafe things or safely separating dogs that were showing aggression towards each other. Although I don't expect any of these things to happen to your pet while they are in my care, it is better to be safe than sorry. I am also good with being on time to everything and this translates to making sure that pets are given their food on time (if they have a specific schedule). Your pet will be very safe and very loved during my time staying with them.
About: I’m highly experienced in caring for a wide variety of dogs, including elderly bernese mountain dogs, anxious english bulldogs, territorial pomeranian puppies, cuddly golden retrievers, playful pitbull mixes, and more! I’m an expert at customizing my care around the personality of your canines. If a dog is anxious and shy, I’ll take them on a less busy route for our walk and watch their comfort level closely. If your pet is energetic and doesn’t get along well with others, I’ll avoid other animals when we’re out and give them lots of playtime! If your dog just needs cuddles on the couch and someone to administer their medicine, I’m more than happy to do that as well. I’ve taken care of multi-dog households many times, and it’s always a pleasure. I'm currently unemployed and have a wide-open schedule. I'm available for whatever you need, seven days a week. I can stay at your house for the day or overnight if you prefer. I'm also available for multiple drop-in visits throughout the day. I follow the rules of the home I'm visiting. Whether you prefer shoes on or shoes off, I'll respect your preference! I also stay in communication with pet owners. I'll keep you updated on your animal's well-being and be alert for signs of concerning behaviors or health problems. I always pay attention to each animal's specific communication style and respect their needs. I speak in a quiet and comforting tone of voice to keep pets calm and make them feel as safe as possible.
“Jocelyn was absolutely a blessing. My dogs just adored her. She was so easy to book with. She took the most adorable pictures of them. I was missing the dogs so much and she gave me so much peace of mind. I can not recommend her enough!”

“I couldn’t be happier with the care my two cats received! Elizabeth went above and beyond to ensure they were well-fed, happy, and entertained while I was away. She made sure to play with them daily and kept me updated with adorable pictures and messages, which really put my mind at ease. It's clear she loves animals and treats them like her own. I’ll definitely be booking again the next time I’m away! Highly recommend!”

“Jessica helped me out over this July 4th holiday & I am so thankful! Her responses were quick, she is easy to communicate with, & my pups love her. I know this by seeing the photos she sent me. I will rebook with Jessica, anytime. Thank you Jessica!”

“Jordan took incredible care of our two cats while we were out of town! Jordan went above and beyond for us and sent us sweet pictures every drop-in! We definitely will use Jordan again in the future!”

“Sky was the most communicative and caring pet caregiver I’ve ever hired. He consistently sent detailed messages about how my cats were doing, and took care of them according to their special needs. I was really grateful to have found someone who truly cares for animals and is so considerate and responsible. I would absolutely book with him again.”

“Victoria was amazing! She was timely and efficient and our cats appaeared to have adopted her by the end of her drop-in visits which were 2x day for 11 days. She maintained communication at all times through the Rover Cards. The pictures of our 3 cats were well appreciated. We’ll definitely be rebooking her for our next trip.”

“Alexa went out of her way to help me out when I had to run out of town last minute and leave my pup home overnight! She had never even met him and now they are best friends!”

“Kevin was an amazing petsitter again! He was again very easy to coordinate + communicate with! This sit included multiple hours of cat sitting and administering insulin injections into my diabetic cat. He also handled all litterboxes, taking out the trash multiple times, wet food that required instructions, probiotics, and other medications for two cats. He provided nice writeups after each sit and worked around my travel schedule. Would recommend him to others in the area!”

About: I’ve taken care of and lived around pets my whole life, and am currently attending college with a major in Animal Science on the pre-veterinary track. I would love to be trusted with your pets! I am a full-time student, with breaks throughout the day to come home and check on a pet. After school, I have flexibility to walk dogs, romp around with them, or to simply just watch them. Pets welcomed into my home will be introduced to my dogs, as well as my cat. I intend on caring for your pet just as I do with mine.
Northwest Everett pet parents share their Rover experiences
Andrea did an outstanding job with our babies! Fraser has a new Auntie and Elvira is still our anti social princess. Lol. Andrea interacted with them, loved on Fraser and tried her hardest with Elvira. Elvira is just a daddy's girl. We got photos, videos and text updates, even from Elviras hiding spot! I will always call Andrea first when we need a sitter.

I would recommend Lindsay to anyone. She was reliable, great with our dog, and I felt good about having her drop in on my dog. There was some miscommunication at the beginning, but she solved the concern kindly and stayed a little longer a few days to make up for it!

I highly recommend Genevieve! She did a wonderful job taking care of our two cats, going above and beyond to provide loving care during a stressful move. She responded promptly to all communication. Thanks Genevieve for making a stressful time for us and our cats less stressful!
We were lucky to find a caretaker like Terry for our senior while we were away. She clearly has a love for animals and our cats got along with her. She gave oral med to one of our cats daily. Her daily pictures were great to see as we knew they were being well taken care of. She even offered to help out if we got delayed coming home or if we needed any additional visits which gave us an added peace of mind while we were away. Terry is easy to get along with and is very reliable.
