Elena is excellent at flight risk (as our dogs can bolt in unfamiliar situations) I really appreciated her secure dog walking leashes and her attention to detail. Her dog also got down on her tummy and immediately assured our dogs she was safe and fun to play with. Elena was also great at getting us in at the last minute after we had a not great interaction with an arranged dog sitter that wasn’t going to work. We are incredibly thankful for Elena and will DEFINITELY have her watch our doggies again”

About: Hello, I'm Jenn! I started cat sitting this year, but I've already been reviewed as a cat whisperer! I’ve also had cats since grade school. I've also just started a Vet Assistant program and volunteering at a shelter so I can work more with animals. My experience started when “Kitty Cat” (the only name she would come to 😸) came on our porch on Christmas Eve. We had her for many years. We also had Rascal around the same time. He was spunky and Kitty Cat begrudgingly tolerated him. Later on, I adopted my sweet Connie when a roommate left her behind. I had her for 16 years. She was probably up to 20 years old before she became ill and crossed the Rainbow Bridge (I met her before I met my husband). After we were ready, we adopted two stray kitten boys, Laszlo and Nandor (yes, named after two vampire characters from a sitcom). We take them out in our yard on a leash almost every day. They are black cats but we believe they are good luck! I know what my cats mean to me, and I’m sure your cats mean as much to you. I'm ready to show up, to take notes, and take the best care of your fur baby (babies).

I was initially worried because her profile emphasizes dogs but do not let that deter you- she took care of our kitty like he was her own. Every drop in came with a complete narrative of the condition of the house and our cat, his mood, what he ate and how much, if he drank water, whether or not he went to the restroom and she cleaned out the litter box. About: I have taken care of dogs since I was a little lad. Right now my biggest challenge is raising my new puppy. But my longest client I’ve been dog sitting for at least 4 years. I will be going to school soon. So I only work on the weekdays from 7:15am to 5:00pm. Please contact me for further more questions. I’m free pretty much all day to check in and play with your fur babies! Safety is my number one priority. I always open doors slowly and cautiously as to ensure no one tries to sneak past. I double check collars/harnesses/leashes before every walk. I follow care instructions carefully to ensure both mine and the pets safety.
About: I have been caring for people and animals all of my life. I have worked with in home care, as a nanny, and volunteered at animal shelters. I am the purfect candidate to help you and your furry friends! I currently work from home so I have plenty of time to walk the dog, make house visits, or hold down the fort while you’re out for the weekend. Until now I was just doing pet care for family and friends, but I’ve enjoyed it so much that I decided to offer my services on Rover.
About: I have been caring for pets my entire life. When I was young, I started a dog walking service with my friend, that lasted years. I started rover to earn extra income when I had my son, now 7. I would love the opportunity to make your pet a part time family member in our home and give you the reassurance your pet is happy and safe while you are away! I have a 12 year old, neutered male husky that would love a part time buddy, and a neutered male cat. If your little one doesnt like other pets, I can keep them separated, no problem! Your pup is only allowed on the furniture if YOU allow them to be! They are both great with cats and dogs. This gives me the opportunity to work on getting up and active through out the days I dont work. I look forward to meeting your furry family member! My child is in school for most of the day and I usually work a few days out of the week due to my online education needs, so I have the entire day to fit your care into my schedule. I allow animals to get comfortable on their own terms and am not pushy with them getting used to my presence. I enjoy playing and ensuring a clean, calm environment.
About: 2026 update. My lap is nearly always occupied by an 11 year old black cat named Darth Vader. He is bold and social with people, cats, and dogs. Then theres our oldest, Mimi, a 13 year old black cat who is much more timid. Thumbs, our polydactyl calico floof is 6 years old now. Thumbs also hides out often. Both girls have come out of their hidden spots once used to guests. I’ve been around animals as long as I can remember. For many years I had large dogs, pitbulls and mixes. Most of my pets have started off as rescues, but all became loved family members. Our dogs have all crossed the rainbow bridge, but that didn’t remove my talent, passion and care with canines. I currently work part time in Mukilteo. My profession will take priority for roughly 6 hours a week. I do not work overtime, nor on weekends. This seems like a strange question. I care for my pets by feeding them, making sure they have water, cuddling and loving them, walks, and sometimes just naps together.

I felt completely reassured that our doggies were safe and being very well taken care of. Elena is excellent at flight risk (as our dogs can bolt in unfamiliar situations) I really appreciated her secure dog walking leashes and her attention to detail. Her dog also got down on her tummy and immediately assured our dogs she was safe and fun to play with. Elena was also great at getting us in at the last minute after we had a not great interaction with an arranged dog sitter that wasn’t going to work. We are incredibly thankful for Elena and will DEFINITELY have her watch our doggies again”

About: I have been around dogs since I can remember. Growing up, my parents always had labs. I currently have a 12 year old boxer named Clover with my wife. I have been with Clover since she was 8 weeks old. From training her as a puppy to recently entering the senior years. I have cared for friends/family member dogs of all ages and breeds. I am excited to get to know more wonderful four-legged friends through this journey. I'm currently averaging 1 shift a month while work is slow. I'm available most days for walking, playing and potty breaks. My wife is a teacher and we don't have children, so I have plenty of time for 4 leg friends! I have a very calm 12 year old boxer that loves friends. I have space to crate if needed and a small yard plus a park within walking distance to play
“I was so pleased to discover this option for boarding our dogs. When we met Christel before our stay I could tell she loves dogs and she’s good with them. I left feeling totally comfortable with them staying with Christel and her family for a long weekend. My dogs are big Great Pyrenees and Christel took them for walks and handled everything. She even set-up and took-down the huge sleeping crates we brought. During the trip Christel sent so many pictures and updates. My dogs were always smiling and playing and I could tell she loved having them. It felt like my doggies were at a sleep-away camp, they had so much fun! All throughout she was so easy to work with and flexible. Christel gave my dogs so much personal attention that I think they came back better trained than when I left them! My dogs had an amazing time in a big backyard where they played with their sweet resident dog and were loved by a family. It was perfect.”
