About: I’ve always had pets growing up and say I would be a vet if I wasn’t so squeamish. I’ve always dreamt of having a farm filled with animals when I grow up, or working with them in any capacity I can. This is one stepping stone for me to get there, and I find so much joy in caring for animals. I had a cat of my own in college who probably got far much more care and attention than she wanted. I have special experience in cats with severe anxiety and car sickness, and can administer oral medication for them. I am a law student at Syracuse University looking to take care of your pets! For me, caring for animals is a stress reliever and something to look forward to with a busy schedule. I will most likely be able to do visits or walks during the evenings on the weekdays, and any time on weekends. I love to play with my dogs at home and I run them ragged the second I step in the door. I also make sure they are fed, taken out, and have water whenever I need.

About: I have found a way to connect with young or old cats and dogs of all kinds through a patient, loving approach. I make animals as eager as I am to learn behavioral skills while letting them express their personality. In 2015, I fostered two kittens at the age of nine. I then rescued and made them my own. I've had cats in my household my entire life, so I am trained to take care of kittens, adult cats, and senior cats of all personality types. In 2026, I began volunteering at local animal shelters to look after dogs of all sizes and breeds. For three months of 2026, I became a full-time nanny for a two month old Portuguese Water Dog. I trained her basic skills like sit, down, and paw. I trained her behavioral skills with teething, biting, potty training, walking next to me, and not running to other people or dogs during walks. On top of that, I taught her fun tricks like high five, play dead, and spinning. I am currently a full-time college student at Syracuse University. I have classes Monday and Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Tuesday and Thursday from 12-4. I can fit taking care of pets anytime around my class schedule as that is my only big time commitment at the moment. I live in a apartment, so if I care for pets in my own place there wouldn't be a whole lot of room, but I can still manage it if needed for care outside of your home. In your home, I will stay in the respected areas you choose (living room, basement) and get an understanding from you where to get their food, water, toys, etc. If you have a yard, I can play with dogs outside. I have a car so I am able to transport dogs to parks, trails, my apartment, etc.

About: Hello! I graduated high school in 2022. During my senior year I attended the Bixhorn Technological Center for Animal Science Boces. There I learned a plethora of skills and knowledge including but not limited to, both animal behavior and phycology, as well as husbandry, nutrition, and grooming. I am trained and capable of administering insulin, as well as I have experience caring for disabled and paralyzed dogs:) I first joined rover in 2024 while attending community college on Long Island, since then I’ve worked a variety of farm jobs as well. Most recently the Suffolk county farm; there I was responsible for the care and livelihood of a variety of livestock from poultry, goats, pigs, llamas, horses, and cows. I stepped back from rover this past year for personal reasons, however I just transferred to SUNY ESF and would love to get back into pet care! Right now, I am attending SUNY ESF here in Syracuse NY. About: My husband and I own our home in the Sedgwick neighborhood, which has a fenced-in backyard and lots of safe space for long walks and playtime. We do not own a dog at the moment, so we have plenty of energy and love to go around! We also have years of experience caring for our dogs and sitting for friends who own dogs in a wide range of sizes and breeds. I pride myself on how well dogs listen to me when I try to train them to listen and maybe try a trick or two to keep their minds engaged and give them an enriching daily life. We both work less than 15 minutes away from home (Mon-Fri, 830-4) with full availability on Saturdays and Sundays. Because of our sedentary work lives, we try to stay active when we're not working with lots of walks and time outside. Owning our own home with a fenced-in yard allows us to give dogs of any size the room to explore and rest wherever they feel comfortable. We are attentive and LOVE the energy that a dog brings to our home. About: I have professional dog walking and in-house dog sitting experience as well as a deep love and appreciation for the wisdom of dogs. From 30 minute - 1 hour walks and visits to longer term care, I’d be thrilled to keep your dog happy when you are away. I’d say I’m quite receptive to dog personalities and can provide pets, cuddles, scratches, walks, dances, etc. Maybe your dog isn’t into cuddling and playing around — that’s okay too. I respect that and will keep a healthy distance. We will walk. We may talk. I can send you quality candid photos and even possibly montage video of our time together with my filmmaking background and skills. I can promise safe and exciting play sessions of any length.

About: I’ve had pets my whole life (cats and dogs). Currently, my family has 2 dogs and 3 cats. Living away from home for college is difficult without my pets, so I would love to tend to yours as I am missing mine! I’m working part-time while taking classes but always have time for a furry friend (the care goes both ways in my opinion! It’s a win-win). I’ve had cats and dogs my whole life and have always cared for them. I ensure a mess free environment and love giving the pets lots of love!

About: I have always had a soft spot for animals and lived with cats. I started getting into pet sitting when I would walk an elderly neighbor’s little terrier, and I thought hey, why not turn this into a business? Now, I’m happy to care for dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes! I am a grad student working a flexible schedule, so I am happy to accommodate pet care at most times of the day and accept last minute bookings. I have completely open availability on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. ** I am moving on August 18, so I will not be accepting bookings for now after that date. My approach is to adapt to whatever routine is best for your pet in your home. Especially with cats, I find it best to follow their lead.

About: Growing up my family owned a dog as well as a cat, and I helped tend to the care of both animals in the home. I believe that having this responsibility engraved in me from a young age has helped shape me to be a solid pet care taker now. I was able to experience first hand the changes in a pets life as they age, both behaviorally and physically. I also have taken care of friends and family’s pets in their homes while they are away, most owning multiple types of pets from dogs, cats, and even bearded dragons. I currently work a full-time job at a bakery. My shifts/days off would be: Tuesday-Friday 4am-2pm Saturday-Sunday open availability For any overnight sitting needs, I will probably do best with an owner looking for a weekend sitter as my 10hr shifts can be a long time away from the home. On the other hand, for any drop in visits or walks I am free after I get out of work at 2pm to assist in any late afternoon care! As well as my open availability on the weekends I can not unfortunately offer to care for pets in my own home, as it is unfenced and has a cat residing that does best as a single pet. This is something I can recognize, so it is best that I come to the clients home. A pet communicates with people in so many ways, and the best way to create a safe environment for both you and the pet is to understand those behaviors. I have a good understanding of reading an animal and when boundaries are being set, whether they are done with play time and need space, or need some extra attention. Any pet care details left by the owner, I follow very closely to give the pet the closest experience they can get to a typical day in the home with the owner.
