8. Kira W.
“Kira did an absolutely amazing job with our two kittens and tripod cat. I felt very confident that she could handle anything they threw her way (especially because they aren't fully integrated yet and I wasn't sure how nice my older cat would be with the kittens!) Kira facilitated them safetly getting to know each other, provided them a clean safe environment, and loads of love. I can tell she loves cats by the second she greeted them. She filled out amazing thorough reports everyday that made me feel like i wasnt missing anything even though we were gone for a week. She was a wonderful cat sitter and I can't say enough good things about her!”

And her beagle, Ricky, can attest to how spoiled he is! Autumn is someone to book if you’re looking for a trustworthy person to cherish your pets!”

17. Taylor S.
About: I’ve owned big dogs all my life, growing up walking and playing with Rottweilers. When I moved up to Syracuse in 2016 for college, I knew I was missing something (or now I know, someone)! I adopted my dog Goose during the height of COVID, and quickly learned he was no easy dog. If there was a behavioral problem, Goose had it- no trust of strangers, no trust of other dogs, even a phone going off scared him. But over the last three years, working with trainers- and even other Rover friends- Goose is now my best friend, but more importantly, he’s a confident- and happy- dog. If I didn’t have the group of people who gave Goose his first chance, like I did, I wouldn’t be where I am today! Let me help your furry friend open up to the world 🌎 🤍. I’ve experience house-sitting cats and large dogs, as well as walking all pets of all shapes and sizes! As a cattle-dog mix, my own pet is very high energy: I LOVE long walks and hikes. I work in organ and tissue donation with on-call shifts, so I build my schedule a month in advance and can work around what you need! I often work nights, so my days are open for last-minute walks and potty breaks. I have experience with crating dogs, if that’s how your dog feels safest when alone (when first training my own dog, it was a life-saver, and he now can happily roam the house while I’m gone). I also have experience walking with all types of equipment; Goose is trained on both flat collars, harnesses, and a gentle lead. I’ll take tons of photos of your pet with all the updates :)
18. Julia T.
“Julia just loves playing with and taking care of dogs. She is always buying gifts for her friend's dog. She is mature and responsible and can be trusted with pets.”
19. Julia P.
“I highly recommend Julia as a responsible and loving pet caregiver. Her dedication to ensuring the well-being and happiness of my pets was evident from the very start. Julia's meticulous attention to their needs, combined with her warm and caring demeanor, provided us with peace of mind while we were away. Our pets clearly adored her, and we were always impressed by how well she managed their routines and comfort. Julia is a true asset to anyone seeking compassionate and reliable pet care.”
20. Rhia H.
“Rhia is a true dog lover! She has dog sat for us the the past 8 years with different dogs and has always treated them with the best care around. Our current dog gets so excited when she pulls into our neighborhood...tail wagging excitedly. She treats the dogs like her own, taking them on "adventures" (with our permission, of course) and making sure they are happy and well taken care of. Any dog who she takes care of will be a lucky dog!”
