I’m self-employed, which means I have great flexibility in my schedule and can easily accommodate drop-in visits or walks throughout the day. Whether your dog needs a long walk to burn off energy, a quick potty break, or just some company and affection while you’re out, I’ll treat them like my own. Your dog’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I take time to get to know each pet’s personality, energy level, and preferences so they feel at ease in my care. I’ll follow any instructions you share (feeding, water, meds, etc.) and always send updates and photos so you know how your pup is doing while you’re away.

About: I grew up with dogs (and a variety of breeds and sizes), from boxers, to gordon setters, to French pointers. I now have my own pup, a German Shepherd Lab named Lilo, but she will be staying with my ex-partner for the summer, so I am entirely free to housesit/dog sit (or cat sit!). I recently graduated from grad school. I was studying photojournalism, and photographed professionally prior to returning to school (if you need dog portraits, let me know!). I am bouncing back and forth between my mom's house in Pennsylvania and my dad's in Westchester, NY, so am a short train ride to NYC. I am looking for at least 1 week-long house sitting opportunities in NYC. My schedule is fairly flexible at the moment as I am a freelance photographer. I get to create my own schedule for the most part. Having my own pup, I understand how nerve wracking it can be to leave your dog or cat with a stranger. To be honest, I haven't left my dog with anyone but very close friends because I'm too nervous! With that being said, know that your pup or cat is in safe and overly protective hands : )
