About: I've always loved working with animals, and my experience as an ASPCA intern has given me valuable hands-on experience caring for pets. I'm studying biology on the pre-vet track because my goal is to become a veterinarian, so I'm always eager to learn more about animal health and behavior. I have experience caring for cats that require daily medication and special diets, thanks to my own cat's kidney disease. I also enjoy training dogs using positive reinforcement and have taught my roommate's dog basic commands like "sit." I'm patient, reliable, and committed to making every pet feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their family is away. As a pre-vet biology student, pet care is an important part of my daily routine and aligns with my career goals. Every day, I make sure my cat has fresh food and water, a clean litter box, and plenty of attention and playtime. Since she has kidney disease, I also administer her medication and closely monitor her eating habits, hydration, and overall health. Throughout the week, I keep up with grooming, cleaning her living space, and ensuring she stays comfortable and happy. Caring for my cat, along with my experience as an ASPCA intern, has strengthened my passion for animal care and taught me responsibility, consistency, and the importance of recognizing changes in an animal's health. I have no furry friends at the moment and I happen to live by a spacious park and can give them all the love needed. And I am close to a community clinic as well .

About: I have extensive experience with animals. I grew up with a dog in the home who I helped train and care for my entire life. Once I was a teenager, I pet sat for several neighbors and friends on a recurring basis as I was able to build meaningful relationships with their pets. I also volunteered at an animal shelter in college where I helped feed and bathe the animals. I have experience with dogs and cats of all ages (young ones who need extra support and older ones who might need medicines or extra guidance). Ultimately, I LOVE all animals and have always had a natural ease with them - so would love to help you take care of any or all of your pets :) I currently work an 8am-4:30pm in person job in the downtown Syracuse area. Therefore, including my commute (dependent on where you live) I am out of the house for about 9 hours on week days. I totally understand if this doesn’t work for your pets! On weekends I can be very flexible to your pets’ schedule. I cannot offer boarding in my own home because my apartment is not pet friendly. When I house sit I am very respectful and clean of the space and I enjoy being able to stick to the typical routine of the pet as much as possible.

About: Hello everyone! My name is Lory and I am a stay at home mom and I also have 3 fur babies myself. Two peekapoo’s and one cat. I’ve been taking care of dogs for over 30 years and have experience with intervertebral disc disease, expressing bladder’s, administering medications orally, physical therapy and CPR. I also have experience with paralyzed dogs. I will take care of your fur baby as if it was my own! I will have plenty of time to play with your pups! I am available from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (depending on current bookings) Monday- Friday. Some weekend availability for established clients. I ensure you that your pups will be in perfect hands! I love all animals, but especially dogs. If you’re looking for someone to let your pup out on your lunch break, or just for a little extra exercise, I am your girl!
