About: I’ve taken care of numerous dogs breeds since I was a little kid. I use to care for farm animals on my grandmothers farm. I have 2 dogs currently & they are treated like spoiled children. I love animals, but especially dogs. Just seeing their face & wagging their tail brings a smile to my face. I am a school social worker, so I have summers off. I love animals and looking to make a little extra money this summer. I am flexible and eager to start meeting your furry friends. I take my two dogs out on leash everyday 3x a day minimum. My dogs eat twice a day and get lots of cuddles and play time. My dogs are my kids, they get to sleep in my bed, special toys and treats and all the lovings. I am happy to learn your animals routine and needs.

About: Hi, I'm Brooke! I’m 19 years old and have been around animals my entire life. Growing up, I was never without a pet, and caring for animals has always come naturally to me. My first cat, Hunter Patches, was a huge part of my life before he passed last year. Since then, I’ve welcomed two new cats, Loki and Marie, into my family. I also have a 10 year old rescue dog named Gunner and recently rescued a bearded dragon named Dino. I’m comfortable caring for cats, dogs, and reptiles, and I understand that every animal has their own personality and needs. Friends and family have trusted me to feed, play with, check on, and care for their pets while they’re away. I’m patient, attentive, dependable, and genuinely love spending time with animals of all kinds. Pet care fits naturally into my daily schedule because caring for animals has always been a part of my daily life. About: I’ve had pets since I was a child. Dogs, cats, rodents, reptiles, birds - you name it. I’ve always been an animal lover and even wanted to be a veterinarian until I found out was euthanasia is. In my adolescence, I began pet sitting and volunteering with the SPCA (where we adopted all of our pets); small and big dogs, and sometimes multiple at a time. I started to experiment with training and enjoyed teaching tricks and obedience commands. When I turned 19, I inherited my family dog, Rocco, and we became best friends. My favorite memories from those years are taking him to parks and reserves across New York State. In 2025, he got sick and I learned a lot from taking care of him through the end of his life. It was important to me that he felt like a happy, special dog during his last days because he filled my life with so much joy. The day before his euthanasia, I invited everyone who knew him to celebrate his life. He was showered in presents and treats and cuddles and surrounded by humans he loved. Animals share such unique bonds with us. Now, I am looking for opportunities to share my love of animals through Rover. I hope you consider me as your next pet sitter. I am available! My best times are evenings and weekends, with sporadic availability midday during the week. I work 8-4 Monday through Thursday at a local farm collective in Kirkville and a community garden in South Syracuse. In my free time, I enjoy making art in all kinds of media and being outside. I am looking to spend my time with animals and make their lives happy and bright! Trust and safety is my utmost priority. Through many years of being around different animals, I learned the important of an initial bond based in trust and respect. I hold myself with strength and create an energy of a safe and inviting environment. I am able to gauge an animal’s personality and demeanor, and adjust accordingly. For pets that love to play, I am always happy to bring out my goofy and fun-loving side. For more reserved companions, I enjoy taking things slow and doing calmer activities. Most of all, a pet’s joy and comfort is my number one goal!
