About: No dog deserves the kennel! Why settle for the pound when they can spend a night in a home with an owner-on-loan; either in your house on in a house that has raised two other pets from puppyhood to old age? Admittedly, there are stairs and hardwood floors in my house, but I have bought several carpets for my old dog to move around on and can lay them down for your dog’s convenience. We also have a big backyard that your dog will love to run around in (and no predators, unless you count woodchucks and geese) and a long leash that can go all the way to the end of the property line. I love dogs and after a day with me, your furry friend will mistake me for his mother. I’m most busy Wednesdays-Thursdays, so I marked them out on the calendar, but if petsitting is required for several days, that is easy to accommodate! I also don’t mind waking up every few hours to take a dog out—I have not quite reached the age where sleep is important. I won’t allow your dog to roam around outside unleashed (sorry, but I don’t want to lose them!), but when they’re outside, I’ll make sure they have the freedom to run around to their heart’s content. Additionally, I’m willing to walk them in any weather they’ll put up with and even let them sleep on the couch/spare bed, if they’re not too dirty.

About: I’ve grown up around animals my whole life in the country especially dogs. I love working with and walking dogs. I like to exercise and run a lot so I’m able to walk a variety of breeds based off their personalities. I can give treats, clean up after them and make them feel right at home. Thanks so much for your time and hope to work with you soon! Pet care fits into my schedule perfectly because I work independently as an actor as well. So when I have free time on my hand between jobs I like to make extra money as well. I tend to be nourishing, making sure the pet that I’m taking care of is well fed and that they feel comfortable in their environment. Depending on the weather I can be versatile when I’m walking/taking care of them. Every dog breed is different but at the end of the day I know how important it is they get their exercise and nourishment.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was in 6th grade. My family has 2 and I’ve helped our friends and neighbors as well with. I’ve done anything from walking to bathing and even nail cutting. Happy to house sit as well. I just moved to Syracuse to begin work with the Syracuse Orchestra. My schedule is not a typical one so I’m free during most days at various times. Happy to be flexible and helpful in whatever way I can! I have a large apartment so your dog won’t feel weird and cramped. If I’m taking care of the dog in a client’s home I will make sure that they have space to do the things they are used to but also monitor to make sure they aren’t doing things they shouldn’t.
