Availability
During the school year I teach on Mondays and Tuesdays. During the summer I am free all the time. Otherwise I am free and work from home and can spend lots of time with your animals and really do love animals. I don't have a car so if you live more than 1.5 from the Syracuse Campus, I'd ask you to pay for the uber to get to your place and back on Mondays and Tuesdays, when I teach and to your place and back at the beginning of the sit and the end.

A typical day
I love to get in my 10,000 steps if your dog would like that! If you have a cat, happy to play and cuddle, when your cat asks! I work alot from home so have time to spend with your animal.

I am a professor who also loves animals. I I am happy to take care of yours when I can. I have been taking care of animals all my life, first with pets of my own and then animal care sitting for friends.

We were so happy we found Kara to care for our senior dog Rocco during a recent trip! She was professional and courteous and really took the time with Rocco, taking him on visits with his neighborhood friends! Looking forward to her visits on future trips!

Kara bonded with my cat, which is not easy to do, but important to my cat's and my peace of mind! She was great at communicating and sending updates & pics. She took good care of my home. Kara is an interesting person also!
