She was exceptionally accommodating of our cats’ early morning and late evening mealtime schedule in order to minimize disruption to their routine while we were out of town for a week. All of Kilie’s communication was prompt and friendly, and we could tell she understood our two cats’ distinct personalities and needs while in her care. All-around wonderful experience, and we will definitely seek her out again in the future!”

“Quinn watched our senior cat and was so patient and relaxed with her. She provided great photos and summaries/explanations on every rover card each day so we knew that our cat was being well cared for while we were gone. She was also very responsive on any messages we sent to her and was very understanding and flexible. We will definitely request to have her watch our cat again if she is available!”

One of our dogs is more skittish when meeting new people and they were able to make him feel comfortable.
