We found Michael on Rovers and from the first time he came to our house he knew how to handle Teddy. He came twice to meet Teddy and then we went away for a week. Michael kept us updated with pictures and when he had been fed etc . If you have a dog that’s nervous or anxious I highly recommend Michael he’s excellent your dog will receive 5 star service .”

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life within my family home and recently moved out and got my own pup he’s 6 months old now and is amazing at listening due to the patience and work I’ve put into making him feel comfortable in his own home. I understand every dog is unique and have dealt with big and small dogs throughout my life. I know that dogs need both physical and mental stimulation in order to be as happy as they can be and I am happy to search activities to suit your dogs age and breed I’m currently at home a lot in the day which means I have a lot of spare time to play! I do have my own pup I need to care for but my partner can also look after him as and when needs be. Monday to Friday and free almost all day I’m happy to follow whatever routines you have for you furry friend, whether this includes playing, feeding or doing a silly dance I’m happy to do whatever you ask

About: I’ve always had and cared for dogs and more recently cats. I have looked after and walked family and neighbours dogs and cats as well as my own. A few years ago our Hungarian Vizsla, Poppy, died and I felt her lose greatly, she was one of the family and went everywhere with us, sharing our favourite past time of walking, hiking and enjoying the outdoors. More recently we adopted a cat that is our new furry member of the family. I love animals and am currently completing a Level 3 diploma in Canine care, behaviour and welfare to deepen my knowledge and understanding of canine psychology and behaviour. Please be assured that your pet will be given the best care and consideration and be treated like part of the family whilst being looked after. I am currently transitioning from being a primary school teacher after opting for voluntary redundancy to embrace a new direction and adventure. Caring is in my nature and personality and something I get great personal satisfaction from. I’m adept in waking early and having an active and busy schedule so feel this would enhance my lifestyle perfectly. I have a fenced secure garden. I have one cat who likes to come and say hello but is often on his own adventures. When walking your family member they will be on the lead until call and response is established. I am DBS cleared and have certification. Before caring for you furry family member I like to meet and greet and find out a bit more about them.

About: I am a calm, patient and playful person that loves animals! Ever since I was a young child, I grew up surrounded by animals, especially cats and dogs. I had to interact with all sorts of animals, so I’m familiar with their behavior and body language. I am a patient person, who respects personal space and understand when they want to be left alone. I also love playing with them and keep them entertained, stroke and groom them. I am currently on a gap year so I’m always at home. I am free all the time so I’m available any time of the day I live in a 3 bedroom house with a spacious fenced garden where your pets could spend some time outside if desired. I have a neutered 2 year old male cat that’s very friendly and loving, would go along with your pet. I am open to any requirements that you have.

About: !!! Due to Rover Service Charges, I have had to put my prices up as I am taking quite a loss of what I would make via direct bookings !!! I have owned dogs my whole entire life and I have always been an advocate for the correct care of all pets! I currently work in a dog daycare which I previously volunteered at, overall I have been here 3 years. Although this is my current job, I do have a lot of availability to care for your pets so if you just pop me a message, I can arrange a time and date suitable to your needs. I’m no stranger to long dog walks however my current pooch prefers her leisurely strolls so I would love to go on adventures with your pups. I hold a Level 3 National Extended Diploma in Animal Management with a grade Merit, Merit, Pass. I am also certified in canine first aid and dog walking and pet sitting. I have also completed an introductory course to canine training. I have certificates to prove all of these and my DBS certificate should be with me soon. I also have experience with senior dogs and pups. I do currently work in a dog daycare however I have lots of availability throughout the week. I’m available all the time on weekends and bank holidays and throughout the rest of the week, I will update my availability. If you need a regular walker, please message me and we can arrange a time and date that would be suited to you and your dog’s needs! I will ensure that your pet is receiving the best care whilst I visit your home. If you have a specific place for your pet to be, I will ensure they are there. I will also ensure that your pet has fresh water and food (if you wish for me to do so).

About: I've taken care of family dogs since I was a teen and trained them. I'm very hands on and regularly watch a friends energetic pup each week. I am local to Wigan and can drive to you and also use the car to explore new areas nearby that your dog might not have experienced yet! My flexibility in work shifts means that I can be available at variable hours so I'm happy to find a plan that works for you. I currently work full time but I have a mixture of shifts with quite a few rest days throughout the week. I also have a full week off each month which provides more flexibility. My calendar reflects the days that I am completely available all day. I may be able to provide services on days that I am working but this will depend on timing, I am happy to discuss. I will respect your property and abide by your house rules. I will keep a close eye on your dog and make sure they are safe at all times. Happy to walk/watch/bathe your dog.
