“Charlie had a blast and settled in really quickly enjoying his time with Bailey! Adam was great; very laid back and accommodating as this was a late request. 🐶🙏🏼🐶”

“Laura and Alex were great. My dog, Poppy was well looked after and I was sent some lovely photos to keep me updated. She was also very understanding and responsive to my queries and requests. I do not mean this as a criticism in any way, just that I forgot that's how some carers work; Laura doesn't restrict herself to one dog at a time.”

“Kirsti is amazing - I chatted to her about Buckley's pulling and she asked if she could take him out for a walk and give treats. I consented. She sent several videos throughout the day and lots of photos, showing off how well he was doing just on the lead without a harness. I have continued at home and started to see results already - a great confidence builder! Her manner is calming and reassuring. I cannot recommend her more highly - she genuinely cares.”

“Lydia and Jack were great at sending us photos throughout the day to give us peace of mind! They were also very flexible with finding a time to meet up before the stay which we really appreciated!”

“Laurence was absolutely amazing with our girls! From pictures and videos to walks and general communications. She had other dogs on the stay and it helps with socialising! Will definitely be booking again. Thank you!”

“Truly fantastic with Bailey, not sure he wanted to leave after 8 hours with Dale and Kerry. Made us all feel warm and welcome as soon as we arrived right until the moment we picked him up. Thank you both, can’t wait for Bailey to spend more time with you”

About: I have a 7 month old Hungarian Viszla of my own as well looking after my family’s own three small dogs for 13 years so am experienced in both high energy breeds and the smaller of breeds. I have trained all 4 ant puppy stage and am also now experienced in handling elder dogs as 2 of them are 14 years old. This has meant I am experienced in the daily needs of a range of dogs including walks, bathing, feeding and providing constant love, attention and affection. I’ve also looked after any friends & family dogs, whether that be house sitting with them or simply taking them for walks and providing attention. I work remotely from home every single day and can drop in at any point of the day or care for a dog for the whole day. I enjoy keeping fit which mean I enjoy at least one walk a day which I prefer most with a dog to keep my company. I have a fenced garden with no space for a dog to get out. I always provide lots of love, affection and everything a particular dog needs in their home.

“Holly is a wonderful and caring sitter. She has treated my dog as though she were hers. I would not hesitate to book with her again.”

“Verity is so wonderful with our dog Cooper! We know he is safe and really well looked after with the updates given to us. We are booked in for the future and will continue to use Verity for Doggy Day Care in the future 😀”

About: I am happy to keep up any training protocol you are currently undertaking whilst caring for your dog and I respect that all dogs are different and need different things. I offer plenty of opportunities for rest during the day, and I have a portable air conditioning unit for when the temperatures get too high for comfort. I can administer medications and undertake cooperative care procedures as needed. I work from home during most days, and will typically break for short walks and/or training sessions a couple of times during the day plus fit in one longer walk on one of the lovely routes in my local area. I have a 4.5 year old male entire labrador myself who is very chilled. However, if you are looking to board or day board an entire male yourself, I will want us to plan a pre meet ahead of time to ensure everything goes smoothly. If your female comes into season on the day of boarding, I am afraid I will have to cancel your booking as I have an entire male in the house and don’t have the space to adequately separate them. I work from home on the days I am available and am very flexible with my time, so will make sure your dog gets regular stimulation and toilet breaks, etc. I am also around most weekends and will often drive somewhere for walks or do activities like scentwork, training and play. I have one dog myself and am committed to ensuring that any new dog that enters our home is appropriately introduced. I am happy to keep up any training and I do have crates available should you wish for them to be used, so you don’t need to bring your own. My house is small, but there are plenty of good walking routes around and I have a fully enclosed back garden. I aim to provide your dogs with as close to their normal routine as possible.

“Our Daisy had a wonderful time with Alex and the other dogs in his house. It was the 2nd time he took care of her for the day and I am very happy to have found someone like Alex to take good care of her when I need to be away on business.”

“This was our first experience of daycare and we were extremely pleased with the service received. Jessica took excellent care of our 10-week old cocker spaniel and we will definitely be returning.”

“Thank you SO VERY MUCH. One happy pooch and one very happy dog mum”

We absolutely treat all dogs like they are our own and would work with you to ensure the arrangements you have at place at their forever home will be the same when they stay with us.

About: I’ve been lucky enough to have animals all of my life - having had dogs since I was 5 and my horse for 13 years. I work from home so have plenty of time to spend with dogs/puppies! I am available for boarding throughout the week and weekends. I can also do drop ins during the week. I have a secure fenced garden. I can create a crate for your dog and have no other pets. Lots of walking near me and I have a car to go further!

“Tanika is lovely and obviously knows very well how to look after the dogs. She agreed to care for our two boy cockapoos at short notice and it was from a very early morning start! When we picked them up, they were very happy and full of beans, having had a lovely day. We were very grateful to Tanika for sending us pics and updates of our boys throughout the day. We would recommend & use Tanika’s service again, should the need arise and if she was available to help us out again.”

Bobbie has stayed with Charlotte lots of times, for a week at a time. Charlotte follows our instructions to the letter, with regular updates, gives Bobbie lots of love & cuddles, in a lovely secure house & enclosed garden. There is no one I trust more to look after our dog.”

“Gina is such a warm bubbly and caring person. We met through borrowmydog. She's a huge dog lover and kind and caring. She even went out of her way to get me some gifts after emergency surgery to know she was thinking of me. Your pets would be in the best hands possible with Gina. She would be your babies new "cool aunty".”
