About: I have grown up with dogs and have been looking after dogs since 2020. I can take them overnight, and the longest I had a dog was for 5 weeks when the owners had a family emergency outside the UK. It is now a very normal routine for me. I work from home 5 days a week, and have been looking after dogs since 2020, usually for friends and family. When I am out and about, I take them with me. I have a 2 bed house, and a fenced backyard, and I normally go out for walk, weather depending, 2 - 3 times a day. My daughter (18) loves to play ball and there is a huge park 1 min away from where I am, so that is handy. For pet owners home, I will follow as instructed.

About: I've grown up with various pets, including cats, dogs, and even chinchillas, and I thoroughly enjoy looking after them. Providing a safe, loving, and relaxed environment for your pet is my priority. Please let me know if your pet is comfortable around toddlers, as my baby loves to laugh and cuddle with animals. Additionally, inform me if your pet needs any medication administered. I am available to look after pets full-time on weekends and after 6 PM on weekdays. Occasionally, I can provide all-day care during the week as well. Baby gates are installed to keep your furry friend secure. Additionally, I have a backyard with a very secure gate. A day with me means your pet will be well-fed, relaxed, and receive plenty of exercise. You can also look forward to receiving photos throughout the day.

I now live in a house with a good-sized, secure garden, two much-loved dogs (a miniature labradoodle named Bunty and a working lab named Darcy), and 12 chickens in their own enclosed area. As a self-employed potter working from home, pet care fits seamlessly into my daily life. I already structure my day around caring for my two dogs—Bunty and Darcy—which includes usually two walks, meals, garden time, and plenty of affection. My studio is on-site, so I’m never far away, and I take regular breaks that naturally suit outdoor time, play, and check-ins. In my home, pets are welcomed as part of the family. I offer a calm, safe, and affectionate environment, with plenty of outdoor time in our secure garden. I live with two friendly dogs—Bunty and Darcy—and 12 chickens (kept in their own enclosed area). I always take time to assess how visiting dogs respond to the setup, particularly the chickens. Depending on their behaviour, they may enjoy full access to the garden or have more supervised time to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort. Activity levels and routines are always based on your guidance and your pet’s individual needs. For example, I regularly care for an older Labrador with mobility issues, and we take things gently on the days she’s with us. Whether your dog needs long walks, mental stimulation, or just a quiet, cosy environment, I adapt my care accordingly. Walks are tailored too—we live in a rural area with amazing footpaths through working farmland, and I’m always respectful of livestock and the environment. Based on your instructions and how your dog responds, I’ll decide whether lead walks are best or if safe off-lead time is appropriate. I work from home as a potter, so I’m present throughout the day to provide consistent care, company, and attention. You’ll receive regular updates and photos so you can feel reassured your pet is happy, comfortable, and in good hands. If I’m caring for pets in your home, I take time to understand your routines and preferences in detail. I aim to keep things as normal and settled as possible for your pet—feeding, walking, playing, and relaxing on their usual schedule. I’ll also make sure your home stays clean and secure while you’re gone, and can manage things like post, bins, or watering plants if needed.

About: I’ve been caring for animals since age of 10. From hand rearing baby bunnies, feeding ducks, chicken and kittens to puppies to all grown up cats she dogs even feeding baby cows I just love animals. Happy to help where I can. I currently work at a local medical practice 3 days a week part time so can fit in on my days off and come before and after work. I work part time 3 short days a week with 4 out of 7 days off it fits in pretty easy. I always make it work. I have 3 children who just love animals aswell sometimes they like to come with me and help me with walking fussing and feeding under my supervision but they know on occasions they can’t if your furry friend is not overly keen on children. As I work in healthcare I’m fully dbs checked also.
