“We really appreciated the last minute dog sitting Lenna agreed to do for Bruce. When we arrived Lenna was very friendly, Bruce was very excited she was happy to allow him to explore the space to try to let him to settle. Unfortunately Bruce was quite unsettled during the morning which was evident when I picked him up. It was in part probably because he is quite a big puppy in a smaller space than expected. I was told Bruce also became quite unsettled with Lena’s husband who wasn’t present when I arrived to drop him off, and I was also told when we arrived initially that he wasn’t aware that Bruce would be there. Bruce is quite a sensitive puppy and would have picked up on the situation and I suspect this would have added to heightened stress which I think was felt all round.”

About: I’ve always had a love for dogs, slobber and all - growing up dogs were such a big part of my life, treating them like one of the family! I’m currently working part time from home so have lots of free time during the day for dog walks and free time during the week for over night stays. I don’t have any dogs of my own, I have a good size gated garden which will keep the doggies safe while in my care.

I have experiance with puppies and kittens, from hand rearing to puppy parties. I enjoy care of senior patients with mobility issues or those needing that extra TLC. Really friendly and helpful with good communication and questions about our dogs normal routine and likes followed by photos and updates meant we were able to relax in the knowledge she was being cared for. Lovely house and location and don't think Phoebe wanted to leave. Compared to how she has been following stays in kennels this was completely different and she obviously enjoyed her stay. “Olivia and Harry had my two dogs while we were away on holiday for 5 nights. My two dogs had the best time playing with Olivia, Harry and their two labradors and were treated as one of the family. They were taken on some wonderful walks and had lots of cuddles at home. They sent lots of photos and videos while I was away, so I knew they were having the best time, and I didn’t worry one bit while I was away (which is a big thing for me to say as I’m such a worrier).
