About: Having lived on a farm, and owning various breeds of dogs from a small boy. I have plenty of experience to care for your furry family member Pet care is my full time passion, so I am available 7 days a week for boarding, and i have plenty of time for walks, play and sofa chills. I have a fenced secure back yard, with ample fields surrounding for countryside walks and river swimming. Your Pet will be accompanied by my 2 dogs Bonnie (Springer Spaniel) & Eric (Old Tyme Dorest Bulldog), both very loving and friendly. Available for home drop ins too.

About: I've been around dogs longer than I can remember, but my official experience started at Bleakholt doing the volunteer dog walking before eventually dogsitting. My expertise of canines lies mainly in senior dog care and bigger breeds, but does not exclude younger or smaller dogs. I can administer oral medication, and apply lots of affection to those who want it. I have a fenced in back garden for those dogs able to stay with me, I absolutely love dogs and look forward to meeting your furbabies! All new dogs will require one night of boarding before staying for longer than three days.(Please ensure you have filled out the summary and added a picture of your furbabies before contacting me, thank you!) If visiting your home, I'd need the times to work around school hours (unless of course it's the holidays), which would be after 8-9.15am for the morning, and 2.40-4pm for the afternoon. Anywhere between those times would work wonderfully during the week. If your dog is able to stay in my own home, the times don't apply. I have to be picky about which dogs are able to stay in my own home because I have two young children (1 year old and 6 year old). I do have a fenced back garden where they can go for space/to do their business, and if allowed I may take them to the local cafe for a puppychino. (This is a cream drink with dog biscuits mixed in.) If they can tolerate children but not for too long I can seperate them to the back of the house (a small room, the kitchen, and constant access to the outside fenced back garden.) There's always someone in the kitchen so your furbaby wouldn't be alone! As for if I'm visiting your home, I'm more than happy to follow any instructions you leave out. Whether your dog comes to mine or I go to yours, please do tell me about any quirks, fears, what they like and what they don't so everyone has a happy time.

About: I have spent the last five years caring for and training my crazy Collie and have been a dedicated volunteer and trustee for PAWS Animal Rescue since 2021. I have experience in training, rescue, and pet care, and will take the best care of every furry friend. I have experience of walking dogs of all breeds ans sizes. I also have experience of looking after cats. I currently work from home so have plenty of opportunity to fit in home visits and walks. I have extra availability at the weekends and in the evenings. I have an enclosed yard with a 6ft wall. My house has floors over 3 levels to keep own pets separate from those that are boarding or staying over night.

“Amazing! I asked for help super last minute and they were very quick to respond. Roman loved Isaac instantly and I received lots of updates / pictures of the drop in. I will definitely be using Amy & Isaac again ❤️”

“Holly looked after my cockapoo Chester with really short notice. She sent me pictures every day and kept me updated! .. Chester seems really chilled and happy … will definitely use Holly over a kennel in the future as kennels really stress Chester out and it takes him weeks to get back to normal. Thank you so much from both me and Chester x”

“Zuzanna has been amazing from start to finish! She did a lovely introductory meet & greet, and my cat took to her straight away—it was clear she’s confident and comfortable around animals, especially cats. Throughout her time looking after my little one, she sent me loads of photos, which really put my mind at ease. It was so reassuring to know my cat was in such caring and capable hands. Highly recommend Zuzanna to anyone looking for a trustworthy and kind pet sitter!! 10/10 I will be booking again when the time comes 🐈⬛”

About: Hi! I'm a university graduate based in Greater Manchester. I have experience with different domestic animals, cats, dogs, rabbits, hamsters, and even some insects. I absolutely adore every animal I've cared for and have taken pride in providing a caring and enriching experience for each one. I love learning about each animal and their behaviour to provide them with a fun and comfortable environment whilst their loved ones are away. I have previously owned rabbits and stick insects, and I currently have a beautiful little hamster called Kammy. He's full of mischief. I have experience of caring for dogs and cats of different sizes too. If you have a large dog I only require that they are well behaved on a lead. I have experience with clients on a different pet sitting app caring for cats and dogs. My services include dog walks, drop in visits, overnight stays and day time sitting. I'm based in Greater Manchester but I'm willing to travel within reason, especially for extended overnight stays. Tell me about your pet! What do they like? What's their personality like? Are they energetic or more chilled out? What's their routine like? Do they have any favourite activities? Is there anything else you'd like me to know? If you have any questions feel free to ask! I’m currently quite flexible and will be fully focussed on caring for your pets during my time with them, including lots of play time and attention. I like to stick to your pets usual schedule so they experience the least amount of disruption possible. So just let me know what their usual day looks like. I will always look after your home well whilst I’m caring for your pet.

About: I've been walking my friends dog for nearly a year as she worked from the office twice a week and now has a new born. Seeing how much this helps her and her dog has made me want to help others. I love being outdoors and love it even more with a furry friend in tow. I'm currently working part time so will have plenty of flexibility to meet your requirements to walk your pooch, drop in on them whilst you're out or any other requirements we can discuss I do not offer home boarding at my own property unfortunately although I do drive and would be happy to take your pooch to an enclosed dog field if this would suit or can sit at your house if needed

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 12. I began by dog-sitting for my neighbours or family members, which eventually spread to many more people who had heard about me through word of mouth. 8 years on I am now a Student at Norwich University of the Arts, who is looking to take up her passion again whilst back home for the summer! I have experience with both cats and dogs and understand that every animal has its own set routine and boundaries. I am good at taking instructions and will take the best care of your lovely pet as possible! As I am back home I am free during most of the week, and have a job in which I work weekends, but on those days I would still be able to work around my schedule to take the best care of your pet! I follow the pets, and owners routine to the full extent. I am diligent to make sure that the animal is well taken care of and happy.

About: After getting our first family dog at the age of 11, I instantly became incredibly obsessed with all dogs. I am a self proclaimed golden retriever addict, and we now have 7 in my family, with just one being my own. My golden Georgie is 3 years old now and is my best friend. Having raised her from a pup I have plenty of experience with puppies, and training. Our eldest in the family in now 13 so I also have senior experience too, but this mostly consists of making sure to give her scratches in the spots she can no longer reach, and this is sure to make Tilly happy and get her foot stomping when you find the good spot 👌🏼. I know just how hard it is to leave your pet with someone you don’t trust or know, so wanted to offer my passion and service here for fellow dog obsessed pawrents 🩷 I currently work part-time at a cafe, and part time when I have time at home making jewellery. So I have plenty of flexibility to work with, although my shifts at the cafe are different every week so would just depend on when I am available that week. My shifts are typically only a max of 6 hours though, with some being only a couple of hours, so even on the days I’m working there is still time around them. I will care for your pet and home as I would my own, with patience, respect and kindness. Making sure your pet is safe and cared for is the most important thing, but also making sure your house is in the same condition you left it is also important to me. So no mucky foot prints, I would always aim to dry and clean up your dog where necessary.

About: I am currently studying at university on Tuesdays 1-4 and Thursdays 9-12 however i would love to help anyone struggling with dog care. I am available pretty much everyday! I love looking after my dog called Rocky and would love to help out anyone struggling with theirs who maybe have to work and need some help! I have had my dog for 2 years and i helped look after my nans jack russell also i use to have 2 labradors when i was younger, so i am very fond of dogs! I am an early riser and walk many miles daily. I love looking after any type of dogs and take good care of them as if they were my own ! I have a crate for my dog at home and look after my dog well he is very loved 🥰. I love walking so they would be on lots of walkies! My dog would not be with me when i am looking after yours!

About: I love animals so much, since I could walk and talk, which led to adopting pets of my own, including cats, dogs and birds. I moved to Asia for work in 2011 and volunteered for multiple rescues during my 10 year stint. This means that I'm especially good with anxious, nervous, and sick dogs. Since the pandemic, I‘ve gained regular clients in London, Brighton, Bristol and Manchester outside of Rover. I even take care of a tortoise sometimes! **OVERNIGHT PET-SITTING** For overnight requests within the owners home, please send me information about the sitter sleeping arrangements with a picture if possible, and local transport options on your initial message. In terms of schedule, I work from home/coffee shops, and enjoy being out and about in nature, so pet time with me will include outdoor (parks etc.), playtime and tv/cuddle time indoors. Whilst I’m a homebody, I go about my daily life commitments (gym etc.) as usual, but never leave a pet alone for more than 2-3 hours. I am friendly, caring and reliable, and your fur babies will be happy with me! As a fellow pet owner I understand the anxiety trusting a stranger can cause, so I like to send my clients photo updates once a day, probably more. Please make me aware of any camera recording devices as per the community guidelines. I will usually not accept the use of indoor recording devices during overnight sits for my personal privacy. **PET-SITTING REQUESTS** For overnight requests, please send me information about the house, sleeping arrangements, and local transport on your initial message.

Jason D.
“Jay has boarded my rescue parakeet and my 2 dogs - a big bull Lurcher and an anxious Podenco. He is fabulous with all of them. My pod is nervous of men and generally anything new! One walk with Jay and she has a new favourite uncle ❤️ she squeals when she sees him! Jay is super calm and laid back, and extremely experienced with dogs and their behaviour. The loving family environment Jay offers with Debs, Phoebe and not forgetting the lovely Gracie is just a perfect home from home. Jay also covers walks for me when my regular walkers are away - his walks are fun and interactive for the dogs, none of this boring walking around the block with Jay. Rizzo my rescue parakeet is spoiled! She rings her bell and demands uncle Jay cuddles her! She’s a right diva and I know she is always well looked after. Highly recommended!”

Shannah S.
“Shannah is an amazing person with dogs and all animals alike, she would be the first person in a room to stop and play with an animal, even in the middle of a busy street. Dogs have always been a big part of her life as they have always been around her growing up. I would highly recommend Shannah to anybody who would like their dog walked, she has lots of patience with animals and very open to different dogs personalities.”
