About: DBS checked, animal first aid certified and fully insured. I’ve spent the past year fully immersed in raising and training my own high-energy, working-line Labrador puppy. That experience has sparked a deep passion for working with dogs and understanding what makes them happy, safe, and fulfilled. One of the things I care about most is making sure dogs get what they need, not just a walk, but real engagement. I love using play, training games, and decompression walks, to give dogs both mental and physical stimulation, especially in ways that suit their breed and personality. Whether it’s satisfying a Labrador’s love of retrieving or helping a nervous pup feel secure and seen, I put thought into every interaction. While I’m still gaining experience, I’m reliable, observant, and I’m so passionate about providing the best service I can. I treat every dog in my care as I do my own: with love, respect, and so much enthusiasm. Pet care fits nicely into my weekly routine, and I’m currently available part-time on Mondays, Fridays, and weekends. I keep a flexible schedule on those days, which allows me to give your dog the time and attention they deserve without rushing. While I’m starting with limited availability, I can be flexible when needed. Just reach out and I’ll do my best to accommodate you! I’m excited to grow into this role at a pace that allows me to offer the highest quality care. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. At home, we have securely fenced areas at both the front and back of the house, with a grassed space perfect for calm, on-lead playtime and games. Inside, our home is dog-friendly and thoughtfully set up with gated areas to keep pets safe and separate from things like children’s toys or anything that could cause stress or overstimulation. There’s also plenty of space for crates or beds, and I’m happy to accommodate your dog’s usual routine, whether that means crate time, free roaming, or something in between. We do have one resident dog: a friendly, 1-year-old female Labrador (currently unspayed), and a cat who is used to being around dogs. I always take introductions slowly and carefully to ensure everyone feels safe and at ease. Whether I’m caring for your pet in my home or yours, I aim to create a calm, secure, and positive environment where they feel relaxed, respected, and happy.

About: Since I’ve been born I’ve always been around animals, that being dog and cats. I grew up with a husky and had him until he was 17, and I made the decision to get a little fur baby of my own Enzo. I have trained Enzo and he is now the most perfect little boy in the world. I have experience with other puppies and have had plenty of play dates with his best friend Archie who is currently 15 weeks old! Hi im Lauren, I work from home on Wednesdays and Thursdays so I am available every week both days & usually available most weekends. I am able do dog board at your home & dog walking/sitting I unfortunately don’t have the space at my house, but I am available to come to your home. I have my own dog so I am very aware of boundaries

“Lucy has been amazing with Caesar, he looks like he has had the time of his life! Caesar was a lockdown puppy so never got the chance when young to socialise fully but in the space of a weekend Lucy has been able to introduce him to lots of friends and sent us lots of videos of him playing with the other dogs as well as our walking, and playing in the house. Lucy sent lots of regular updates of their travels and fun as well as to reassure us he was fine in the house. We definitely will be asking Lucy to look after Caesar again because she has been amazing with him and know we can go away worry-free knowing he will be having the best time.”

She also went out of her way to find out Glen's likes and dislikes from us, and deliver them for him. When it rained on the day she was sitting for him and he wouldn't go for a walk, she made sure he got time in the house to play with his ball so he wasn't bored. She took plenty of photos of him, kept us up to date, and at the end wrote a lovely report so we knew how his day had been. I'd super recommend her to anyone!”

About: I’ve had lots of pets since I was born from dogs and cats to lizards and rats. I have always loved being around animals, taking care of them and making them feel loved and comfortable :) Pet care is already a big part of my everyday life, I have 2 dogs and 2 cats of my own, so my routine naturally revolves around feeding, walking, playtime, and cuddles. I’m used to early mornings, regular exercise, and keeping animals happy, healthy, and comfortable. I’m passionate about working with animals and plan to make pet care my full time career. In my home or yours I make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved as if they were my own. I provide a secure environment, regular feeding, fresh water, daily walks, playtime, and plenty of affection. I follow the owner’s instructions closely to keep routines consistent and ensure each pet’s needs are met whether that’s special diets, medication, or extra snuggles.

About: Growing up our house was home to a number of different breeds of dogs that we loved and cared for very much. I've had a good exposure to varying temperaments and behaviours. Currently I'm a med student who attends university in Manchester two days a week and the rest of my time is spent at home studying. At home there is plenty of dedicated space for pets to roam and relax inside. Not much of a garden but the local park is just around the corner.

“Lucas was new to Rover and stepped in last minute when our original house and pet sitter had to cancel. Lucas could not have done a better job from the moment we met him we were put at ease and confident in his abilities to care for our pets. He was tasked with looking after 3 delinquent doggies and a sphinx cat all with their own habits and quirky ways which did not deter him from saying yes! We were kept updated daily with photos and messages and even maps showing where he had taken the dogs for walks. Nothing was too much trouble he kept the house immaculate and watered the plants keeping them alive and well 🤣 We would 100% recommend Lucas to any prospective Rover clients 👌 Thank you ☺️”

About: I had my last pet 18 months ago when she had to be put to sleep, I work part time, so your pet would never be left for more than 3 hours at a time, I love being outdoors and playing giving lots of attention, ensuring your pets are happy and content when in my care I only work part time so I have plenty of time to give your furry family all the attention playtime and exercise they need to be happy and content I have a back yard with tall walls so your pet would be kept safe at all times, dogs free to roam throughout the whole house

About: I have a six year old German Shepherd and am well versed in taking care of larger dogs. I like to focus on enrichment and play. I work from home. So, I have plenty of free time and will gladly take any opportunity to get out the house! I am available most weekends, too. I am a responsible and organised person. I can follow instructions well and have good common sense. I will respect both you and your dog.

About: I have had my own dogs personally since i was five years old. I have grown up around dogs and also looked after family and friends dogs also. I am currently working part time so i have plenty of availability and time needed to look after them. I’m also available most weekend and evenings. I have a fenced yard and a lazy english bulldog to keep your dog company. He is extremely friendly and loves company. I also follow the correct rules and regulations which your dog may need to follow, whether there not allowed on the sofa or require an two hour walk.

About: Dog lover doesn’t even cut it 🐶🐕 My Nanna Woof spent her life rehoming dogs of all kinds to the point of 20+ at any one time and my Mum is also a dog groomer with 20+ years of experience and currently has 8 dogs of her own. I’ve lived with, taken care of and owned dozens of different breeds throughout my life. So you could say that being a dog lover is in my blood! I regularly house sit for friends and family members, including the CEO of my business who owns a large farm with 3 dogs, 5 cats, sheep, chickens, rabbits and cows. She, like me, loves nothing more than her animals and puts her trust in me taking care of her beloved furry family members. If I am not free, she doesn’t go away, she just doesn’t trust anyone else. Your pets wellbeing is my upmost priority and I really hope to meet some of your furry family members very soon. I have a completely flexible full-time remote career on a working from home basis. I also have a full UK drivers license that I’ve had for over 11 years. I purchased my first home a couple of years ago. It is a semi-detached house with stairs and a fenced garden, we also keep the garden gate locked 90% of the time unless it’s bin day. I work from home so I am around all day to make sure they are well looked after and provide plenty of cuddles.
