“Abbie has looked after our energetic Labrador Leon a number of times, he always looks happy in her care. Abbie communicates very well with updates, photos and is very prompt. Thanks again.”

About: I pride myself on giving a loving and fun filled day especially tailored to your dogs needs, treating them like part of the family. Only caring for a maximum of two dogs allows me to offer bespoke individual care, play times, rest areas and walks. I provide a free meet and greet service to introduce myself to your dog at a familiar place of your choice and at your convenience. I am blessed enough to run my own part time accountancy and administration business from home, which allows me to be available all day whilst your dog is in my care. My main focus when sitting your dogs is safety and fun. I have a fenced back garden and live in Surrey surrounded by a wealth of countryside. My home is very peaceful and safe with no young children.

“Emma was fantastic, pet sitting for my 36kg Ridgeweiller when I had to spend a night in hospital. She did a meet and greet with my dog a few days before the pet sitting, knew exactly how to handle a nervous large double-guard breed, and even arrived early and so delivered a longer than booked session. Emma secured the house after letting my dog out and in, and again on leaving, and sent me some lovely pictures of a super happy doggo. I can tell Emma really cares about animals and is an excellent pet sitter. A fantastic service. Recommended.”

“I can recommend Roxane without hesitation. She is highly trustworthy and clearly skilled in working with animals. She provided daily drop-in visits for us over the course of a week while we were away, and she did an excellent job.”

About: An animal lover through and through! Over the years, I've gained loads of experience working for different dog companies and volunteering. I've looked after a range of dogs—from energetic pups who love a good run and play to more chilled-out dogs who prefer a leisurely stroll and nap. I've now started up on my own and joined Rover, excited to offer dedicated dog walking and home care. I've been lucky enough to start building up a nice clientele of my own and also welcome new customers. While I've always been more a doggy person and have a City & Guilds in Dog Walking and a Dog First Aid certificate, pet sitting opened the door to looking after cats too. Now, I have a better understanding of them and truly enjoy caring for them. Pet Sitting & Home Care While pet sitting, as well as caring for your pet, I also offer peace of mind for your property. As a responsible adult, I offer security for your property while you're away. I also take care of general household tasks such as watering plants, taking the bins out, and managing alarms and lights, etc. Location While I'm based in Sutton\Reigate, Surrey, I often travel all over Surrey for sits. I have also travelled to Sussex and Kent in the past, so feel free to inquire. My days are now structured around providing dedicated pet care. Having previously worked for various dog walking companies, I've gained valuable experience in creating a reliable and consistent schedule for furry friends. Now, focusing on my own pet care services allows me to prioritise individual needs and build my routine around walks, playtime, and ensuring the well-being of the dogs in my care. When caring for pets in their own homes, my primary focus is to maintain their established routine and adhere strictly to the owner's instructions. I understand the importance of consistency for pets and aim to minimise any disruption to their usual schedule. During visits, I ensure they receive fresh food and water, administer any necessary medication, and provide ample opportunities for exercise and play as requested. For dog walking, I follow the owner's preferred routes and ensure a safe and enjoyable outing. I also take care of essential tasks like cleaning up after pets and ensuring their environment remains tidy. I provide regular updates to owners, including photos and messages, so they can feel reassured their pets are in good hands. I am always available to answer any questions or address any concerns and treat the owner's home with the utmost respect.

“Estelle was amazing looking after Bonnie! She sent through lots of photos and videos of Bonnie and even sent some of them playing which was lovely to see! Thank you so much Estelle for looking after Bonnie.”

About: I’m a 28-year-old registered nurse currently on maternity leave, and I’m looking to stay active, enjoy the outdoors, and spend time with some four-legged friends while earning a bit of extra income. I’ve always loved dogs and have experience caring for both my own pets and those of friends and family. I have had big dogs all my life and only since I have moved out have I not lived with one. I regularly dog sit for family and friends as I am well trusted and experienced in the care of all breeds and natures. I have also had cats and adore them equally, I would be more than happy to cat sit for anybody . I’m reliable, nurturing, and understand the importance of trust when it comes to caring for your dog. Whether your pup needs a brisk walk, some playtime, or just a friendly companion during the day, I’d love to help! Let me know how I can support you and your furry family member! I am on full time maternity leave so I can be very flexible with time, days and distances. I have on hand childcare support where necessary. I have a large one bedroom flat with a balcony. The building allows for dogs but ideally would be most appropriate for a small-medium dog if I need to care for them at mine.

About: Each furry friend will be looked after (and spoilt) with me! I’ve looked after dogs and cats my whole life helping family, friends and neighbours. I miss my family dogs often and would love to look after your pet. Please feel free to get in touch to find out more. I’m currently working from home Monday, Thursdays and Friday’s so your furry friends will have lots of company! If you’re going away in half term and need a sitter for a full week or more please contact me; as my partner is a teacher in half terms we’d be available all week. I love nature and going on walks in my spare time so can guarantee your pet will be exploring the Surrey hills with me. I have a secure, fenced garden and no pets in my house. Your pet would be my priority and I’d ensure your pet is as comfortable and happy as possible in my home. I will also send you lots of images and keep in touch whilst I am looking after your pet.

“Sara is incredible. She looked after Socks out cat so well. Sent daily pictures, videos and texts daily. Socks was so comfortable with Sara from their first interaction. We are so grateful to have found Sara and will be using her services again.”

About: I have had pets my whole life. From cats when I was younger and dogs in my adult life. I currently have 4 Greyhounds, so I am used to large breeds and multiple furry family members. I'm cabin crew on a part time basis so available at adhoc times. Can be flexible when I'm off to meet your pet sitting requirements. I will care for dogs in your own home following your direction to ensure their happiness, safety and wellbeing. I will liase with you to ensure continuity of care.

About: Hi! I am looking for friendly dogs that would like to stay in our home. I have a one year old whippet who loves to play and dogs are welcome on all of our furniture. We go for long walks in the woods every day. Dogs need to be toilet trained and happy to travel in the car to the woods each day. I have no children or small furries, but they must be okay with dogs. I like to let Pluto off for a long runs in the woods, if your dog is not good on recall please let me know in your messages. Happy to pick up and drop off to your home if you wish, or for you to drop them off with us.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for the last 3 years, and I make sure they have the best time while in my care. Plenty of walks, playtime, but also cuddles and relax time and home! I follow owner’s advice to keep everything as consistent as possible for the dog, especially if they’re in training or working towards a particular target. I am currently not working. I’m trying to make the most of the time off while keeping fit going for walks with some 4-legged fun company! I have a very safe fenced garden (you’re welcome to come and see). No other pets live in the property, however I might sometimes look after a friend’s cockapoo, who is friendly and actually not too bother of other dogs (of course introductions will be made prior to any pet-sitting where my friend’s dog might be in the house too). Pets are not allowed upstairs, but this is easily managed as there’s a glass door that leads upstairs and it can be shut. Again, you’re welcome to come and see. Dogs are not allowed on couch, but if previously agreed with owner because that’s what pet is used to or needs, I’m happy to have them up on a provided blanket. Anything for their comfort (yes, I like to spoil them - in a very healthy way). I will look after your dog as if s/he was mine! Actually, that’s a lie, I will probably look after your dog better thank if s/he was mine!

About: We grew up with cats, hamsters and rats in our home and regularly visited my auntie who looks after dogs of all shapes and sizes. I've looked after many neighbours and friends pets over the years and my parents currently have an Italian Greyhound and 2 cats. During lockdown we looked after a miniature schnauzer for a couple of days every week and it was so lovely, unfortunately we moved out of the area so keen to find another dog to walk on a regular basis. Also happy to do cat sitting in your home I love animals and work from home during the week with lots of green space around to go for walks. I'll treat your pet as if it was my own I'm happy to visit your home or can occasionally have a pet to stay short term in my home. It's a fairly spacious flat with no other pets or children present. I love going out for long walks.

“Maddie looked after after our cat for one week whilst we were away and dropped in twice a day to feed/play with her. She was an excellent sitter and I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again. Maddie sent thorough updates and our Cat loved her (quite the achievement with our timid rescue cat). I had complete trust in Maddie and would recommend her to anyone thinking of requesting her services. She is a genuine animal lover and it shows!”

Izzie P.
“Izzy looked after my dog for a day a few months ago- it was very last minute, as I had to go out for the day/ evening. She was so good with him and they built a rapport straight away. I’ve seen Izzy out on dog walks with both big and small dogs, which is always reassuring, knowing that she has a handle on any breed (mine being a small terror of a terrier). I gave her my instructions (food times, walk times, do’s/dont’s) and left for the day- only feeling like I needed to check in once (more for her sake than my dogs). She responded straight away with an update and a picture- which is always reassuring! I would definitely ask Izzy to help out again. I was so at ease all day and it meant I could really enjoy myself.”

Georgia D.Star Sitter
“Georgia has looked after both two of our large dogs and our two cats whilst we have been away, walking them, feeding them and making sure they behave. We trust her completely with them and they respond well to her. She is also quite a strong young lady and we have never worried about her not being able to cope with two American Bulldogs and before that two large German Shepherds.”

Alvin B.

“Alvin is a very good young man who really helped with Ruby. Ruby, is not an easy dog (52 kG) not dog friendly and Alvin had her under control throughout. We would highly recommend.”

Sara H.Star Sitter

“I cannot recommend Cristina highly enough for her exceptional care and attention when looking after my cockapoo Arnold. I am so grateful to Cristina and her partner Matt. Their attentiveness and genuine affection for him are evident in everything they do, sending little picture updates. Arnold feels like their house is his second home.
