“Loui’s first visit today with Tracy & James .We couldn’t have wished for a nicer couple to take care of Loui .He clearly was very comfortable with them .Thank you Tracy & James look forward to his next visit in a couple of weeks time.X”

“Thanks for looking after Jasper for the day. He’s somewhat of a neurotic spaniel but seemed to settle straight away and was very calm (for his standards) when we came to pick him up. Thanks again.”

“Booked Otis in for day care in advance of me going abroad for a week in a few weeks. Nathalie sent some photos a couple of hours after dropping him off saying what he'd been up to so far. Upon collecting Otis, Nathalie said what a treasure he had been and that he cuddled with her on the sofa for a nap. I think that just goes to show what a natural Nathalie is with dogs and that my dog was comfortable with her to do that after just a meet and greet before. Nathalie's love and passion for dogs is evident. I now feel reassured and less anxious leaving my baby for a week, knowing he will be in good hands.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs ever since I was 7 years old, growing up with dogs who need special care (blind and diabetic) I can ensure your dog no matter what gets special care. I currently work from home 2 days a week so will be around plenty to take care of your pups, from morning till night ! I have a large, fenced back garden meaning plenty of space to run around and play in. I also have a miniature dachshund pup myself who loves other dogs and will be happy to keep your pup company

“Tikka and Bri loved their day with Kristel! Lots of great photos and videos throughout the day too which is always nice to receive! Would 100% recommend and will go back to Kristel again in the future, without a doubt”

“Andy and Anne were great , it was the first time Ronnie had been left with anyone, they made us feel very confident leaving him with them and he seemed happy to stay . When we collected him he had had a great day with coco and Freddie , he had a lovely walk and lots of love , he will be going back very soon thank you x”

“Truffle absolutely loves going to stay with Nicola during the day. There’s a small number of other dogs to play with that all have a lovely temperament including Nicola’s own dog, Boots who Truffle loves! We get lots of pupdates through the day and she’s always having the best time! We would definitely recommend her and will be using her daycare again 😊”

About: I’ve had pet dogs all of my life, different breeds and genders, I love animals. I have dog sat for multiple family members before now and never had a problem. I’m a primary school teacher so school holidays and weekends are the perfect times for me as I’m home all day. I have a private enclosed garden which is perfect. I have a fenced garden, no other dogs in the home and no children living in the home either. I allow none shedding dogs on the sofa and on beds.

About: My partner (May) and I have both grown up around a mix of cats and dogs, from strays to pedigrees, and now have space in our home to care for others. I have raised two puppies and cared for many others, so we're happy to take on younger dogs and provide early socialisation and training. I currently volunteer caring for dogs at a local RSPCA branch where I receive training and experience in dog behaviour and safety. I have looked after dogs and cats for family, friends, neighbours, etc. for most of my life. For any check-ins or walks it will just be myself, and both May and I would be involved during stays with us. I am currently working from home full time. Outside of a few hours spent on calls per day I am in charge of my own schedule, so I'm free to play with any pups as much as they can handle! We accept multiple dogs at once, but only from the same household so we guarantee they will get along. I have a fenced garden and plenty of space for your fur baby inside and out. I can accommodate most arrangements with regards to crating and maintaining your own house rules.

“100% recommended! Natasha and her partner, Joe are wonderful carers. Harry is an elderly border terrier who suffers greatly from separation anxiety but he settled in very nicely, very quickly at their home. Even so much so that he was fast asleep, snoring on the settee within hours! We had a pre meet and greet, and I knew from that, that he was going to be absolutely fine. I received regular updates and photos throughout the day on how he was getting on. Very impressed and I will be booking Natasha again without any hesitation.”

“Claire was absolutely fantastic and such a lovely person, she gave our Lyla a wonderful day, lots of exercise and fusses. Regular updates and lovely pictures, Highly recommended.”

“Braxton had a lovely day and was clearly well looked after and loved. Thank you for taking such good care of him.”

“Lucy is great! Perfect communication, she kept me updated all day. Willow loved her dog, they were playing and napping together 🥰 Highly recommended!”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs and worked with them professionally for 7 years in a daycare. I’ve owned a lot of different breeds and cared for many dogs so have a wide understanding of how to meet the needs of them all separately. I’m available every day/night, i work as a dog walker/in a daycare so your pup can come along to work with me, get a good walk in the Peaks, and play with other dogs for the day! Check out my insta aimee_dogsitting for more updates! My garden is fenced off and I have 3 friendly dogs that are extremely unphased by having other dogs over at our house. I have crates if needed/preferred. I’m a dog walker and work in doggy daycare so your dog will be with me always. From long walks in the Peak District to socialising properly with other pooches, and settling at home with my own dogs after long days of fun I have a completely secure garden and 3 super friendly dogs to keep your pup company. I have crates if needed at any point also.

About: Hi, I’m Millie - a lifelong dog lover with years of personal experience caring for pups of all shapes, sizes, and ages 🐶 I grew up in a dog-filled household where we often had three dogs at a time, ranging from playful puppies to senior companions. I’ve always been involved in their care—feeding, walking, training, and most importantly, giving them the love and attention they deserve. I now live with my partner in our own home, and we don’t have any pets of our own (yet!). We both really miss having a furry friend around, and dog sitting is the perfect way to share our love for dogs while helping pet parents feel at ease when they’re away. Both me and my partner work from home, so your pup will have lots of company, playtime, and cuddles. I occasionally head out for short community visits as part of my job, but I’m never gone for more than two hours at a time. Your dog’s comfort, routine, and safety will always be my top priority. I will always be transparent, ask permission, and communicate well. I will always treat your pet like my own and ensure they are well cared for and loved. We have an enclosed back garden so your pup will be safe having toilet breaks and play time outside.

About: I have had my pampered pooch (Max) from a puppy, since I was 14 in which I walked daily, bathed and fed. I love to walk and explore new areas and I love our fluffy friends or take care of them in the comfort of their own home 🏡 I am currently a full time postgraduate university student in, contact time in university is minimal due to final independent projects so I have a lot of free time. I live in a house with a spacious fenced garden and a lot of room for your fluffy family member to explore and enjoy 🐾

“Tasha is always the most friendly kind caring animal lover, especially for dogs! She has always been so fanatastic looking after my dog esme and ensuring she is entertained, loved and cared for. Esme can be an anxious dog and this didnt phase her or tasha and they got on like a house on fire. I would highly reccomend, she also has a lovely home that is on a a quiet housing estate near to green walks and away from busy roads!”

James A.Star Sitter
“James is amazing! I met him through his family and could see straight away that he has a natural affinity with dogs, especially my Lab! He is very calm and kind, with both humans and animals, and has proved to be very reliable too. He is keen to maintain consistency, using the same cue words as I do and asks questions about how I handle certain situations (my dog is reactive so this is very important). Buddy gets all of life's luxuries when he is with James, enjoys playing/training together and clearly loves his time with him. James has never let me down and I feel completely supported by him. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending James to any dog owners who want him to look after their pets.”

“Aimee looked after my 12 year old Labrador for a week in June. Louis is a nervous dog and an old boy so i was worried about leaving him but my mind was put at rest when she sent me lots of pictures of him enjoying his walks and enjoying chill time. I would highly recommend her for looking after your pets!”

Amelia B.
“We left our cockerpoo Dottie with Millie whist we had a two week holiday abroad. We received photos and videos from Millie over the course of our holiday whilst Dottie was out on walks and playing. I’m sure Dottie enjoyed her holiday just as much as we did and wouldn’t hesitate to use Millie’s services again in the future.”

Roisin H.
“Roisin looked after my dog on occasions when I went away for the weekend, she sent daily updates on how he was and kept me informed on all activities.
