“Courtney has done a great job looking after our two cats and sent us a pic every time she visited so we could see how they were doing ☺️ Our cats are pretty shy but she managed to feed and get a bit of play time in too! Both cats were well and happy when we got home so we’d happily recommend Courtney! Thank you!”

About: I’m a student Veterinary Nurse, so caring for and loving animals is a big passion of mine. I’ve got many years experience with dogs,(my own included) and looking after other peoples pets too. No dog is too big or too small, and I will always give your pets the best care possible. I’m working part-time alongside a veterinary nursing placement. Despite this, I have days free that can be filled, and can do overnight stays where appropriate. I can walk, feed and give your dog company whilst you’re away. Ensuring all the basic needs are met, in addition to going above and beyond to ensure your pet is happy and healthy. Depending on what exercise your dog needs I can also cater to. I also drive so if happy for me to, I can take them on longer walks if there’s none local to your home.

About: Hi! We are looking to cover an wide area of Devon. We are currently sitting full time and are booked up with sits for the rest of 2025 but we are available for walks and visits. Until the end of August we will be around the area of Yelverton. I’m Jodie, I grew up in a household that was always full of animals. From dogs, cats, and rabbits to ducks, chickens, and even a lizard, caring for animals has always been second nature to me. Though we don’t have pets of our own just yet, Caithlin and I are the people our friends and family call when they need someone trustworthy to care for their animals and homes. Caithlin comes from a big Irish family, where long holidays were common and their home quickly became the go to place for relatives pets, especially dogs! From the age of 12, she was helping care for her aunts and uncles beloved dogs, often having multiple furry visitors at once. As some of those dogs got older, Caithlin began house sitting in their own homes to make the transition easier and less stressful for them. She really understands how important it is for animals to feel secure and relaxed while their loved ones are away. Between us, we have the most experience with dogs and rabbits, but we’re comfortable and confident with a wide range of animals. Whether it’s long walks, enrichment play, medication routines, or just being a friendly face at home, we tailor our care to suit each pet’s needs. We also take great pride in looking after homes. We’re tidy, respectful, and love the rhythm of house sitting. I’m especially passionate about plants and gardening, so your leafy friends will be in good hands too! We’re calm, energetic, and reliable, and we genuinely love what we do. It’s a privilege to provide animals with loving, familiar care while giving owners peace of mind. Feel free to give us a call, we’d love to get to know you and your pets! I work as a telecoms engineer and travel around for jobs, which means I’m often able to bring well-behaved, comfortable dogs along with me for the day in the air conditioned truck. I usually start early and finish by around 2pm, so there’s plenty of time in the afternoon for walks, play, and attention. Caithlin works remotely full-time, with a consistent 9–5 schedule from home. So if your pet prefers company throughout the day or is more of a homebody, they won’t be left alone, there’ll always be someone around to keep them comfortable and cared for. On weekends we like to get out the house, whilst Caithlin likes to explore quaint local shops, I'm more of a nature explorer and like to take walks in rain or shine. At the moment, we only offer pet care in the owner’s home. We’ve found that pets are happiest and most relaxed when they’re in their own familiar environment, surrounded by the sights, smells, and routines they know best. It helps reduce stress, especially for more sensitive or older animals, and allows us to maintain their usual schedule as closely as possible. We take safety and trust seriously. We treat every home with the same care and respect we would our own, and always aim to leave things just as we found them. Your pet’s wellbeing is our top priority, and we’re committed to providing a calm, attentive, and loving presence while you’re away.

About: I have always had a dog in my life, taking on more responsibility as I’ve gotten older. Spaniels have been a family favourite for many years - learning how to occupy their busy brains. More recently I completed an introductory level of sniffer training with our youngest dog. My capabilities don’t stop at caring for dogs, I have also owned and cared for horses for the past 9 years. Working as a freelance groom I have taken on multiple responsibilities, including dog walking and sitting. I’m currently a second year university student who has finished for the year with a long summer ahead of me, ready to be filled with fun days and loving animals within the beautiful Devon countryside. Whilst I don’t host pets in my own home, I believe it is crucial for dogs to be comfortable with a new person in their environment. I’d offer a ‘meet & greet’ service whereby I would more than happy to come and meet you and your pooch prior to the actual booking, allowing everyone to meet each other in a stress-free setting.

I love animals so much and would love to look after your doggo(s)! I currently work part time as a ranger (3-4 days a week) and these days vary each week. About: Hi we are Leah & Tim, we have big hearts for animals. Here is some information about us below. Leah - Hi, I'm Leah! I've always grown up with dogs and animal's since I was little and at 13 was a key help in training and caring for my collie. Since then I have grown up with him and realised just how incredible dogs are, and how lucky we are to have them. My collie Rusty passed away in 2020, since then a big part of me was taken too. I miss him dearly and miss in general a dogs presence you can be assured your dog would be so loved and cared for by me, and have lots of fun! I know how special they are, and that they are a part of the family. Tim - Hi, I'm Tim! I have been with Leah for 5 years now, during this time I had bonded heavily with her dog Rusty, realising how much a part of the family they are. I have always been a heavy animal lover. I have many pets myself ranging from fish to python to rabbits. Throughout my life I have grown up caring and looking after animals, anything from hurt hedgehogs to bats. This is something instilled in me by my family. I would love to look after and care for your dog. As with my life situation at this time I am unable to have one of my own. Look forward to hearing from you! I am currently busy monday-friday but can be available at weekends Saturday or Sunday. On these days I could be available earliest 10am and onwards throughout the day. This does not apply to myself, as I am not able to have pets stay with me at my home unfortunately. Sorry for any inconvenience.

“Nicola was amazing, went above and beyond to make sure our kittens were well looked after. She sent us daily updates with pictures and even spent time playing with them. Would 100% use her again x”

“Michelle was brilliant. We met her before we went away and felt reassured that our pets would be looked after without us having to worry. Everything was done exactly as we had expected and hoped. Would definitely ask her to help us again and recommend her to others.”

About: I've been caring for dogs and other animals pretty much all of my life. My grandma used to breed Newfoundlands so I was always helping with her gentle giants! From walking and grooming to playing and meal times. I've never not had a dog in my life and they truly do make your life a million times better. When I was 10 we got my best friend, a little whippet puppy who was just the best! We sadly lost him at the ripe age of 12 at the end of last year. It's so important to take extra care of them when they become old and fragile and having to change certain aspects of their life so they don't get down about the things they can't do anymore. I've had the pleasure of getting to know all different breeds and their personalities from Huskies to Dachshunds and Spaniels, Whippets, Staffies, Pocket bullies, xl bullies, Retrievers and Newfoundlands. We have a 7 month old pocket bully and she has to be one of the funniest and loving dogs we've ever had. Before we got her of course we did alot of research and she is such a well behaved girl. It's important that the training starts from the day you get them and I feel that if someone's dog isn't properly trained then they aren't going to know how to deal with someone elses. I adore all dogs and always treat them like they're a part of the family! I'm currently working part time so I have plenty of time to do what I love most which is being with animals. I also travel to Cornwall atleast once a week so I am very flexible on where I can go too! I plan on mostly doing home visits and or walks. I will ask lots of questions for example using treats etc and asking about allergies. Everyone and every dog is different so it's tailoring every experience to suit the dog and owner so everyone is happy. I know it takes a lot of trust to allow someone into your home and or to take your dog for a walk so I will be making sure I know as much as possible and listening to every word the owner says!

Passionate about the great outdoors, I find joy in embarking on long walks with dogs, exploring nature's beauty and ensuring our furry friends get the exercise and excitement they crave. My professional background as a freelance chef enriches my ability to cater not just to human tastes but to canine palates as well. Yes, I whip up dog-friendly meals that are both nutritious and delicious, tailored to make mealtime a joy for your pet. Travel is a passion of mine, but when I'm home, I offer a safe and welcoming environment for your dog. My garden is fully dog-proof, ensuring a secure space for play and relaxation. Jodie H.
“We couldn't be happier with the care Caithlin and Jodie provided for our energetic Boxer and special needs Puggle while we were away. They house-sat for us for over two weeks, and it was such a relief knowing our pups were in such capable hands. They followed all our instructions perfectly, including their quirky feeding routines, and ensured our dogs stuck to their routine. We particularly appreciated the detailed daily updates and knowing Roxy and Ronnie were getting consistent, long walks. Communication dropped after the first week as they settled in but that's truly nitpicking considering how well they looked after everything else. Caithlin and Jodie are reliable, caring, and true animal lovers. Highly recommended for house sitting and dog walking”
