About: I’ve been a dog person since I was 11, when my first dog Lady came into my life unexpectedly and utterly changed it. She was re-homed with us when her family moved abroad and from the moment she arrived, she became my dog. That bond was instant, magical, and honestly addictive. Since then, I’ve owned, loved, boarded, walked, and cared for dogs of all shapes and sizes and my life is fuller for it. I believe dogs are basically permanently furry toddlers. They need love, routine, reassurance, stimulation, and above all someone who treats them with the same care you’d give your own child. That’s exactly the kind of care I provide. I offer a calm, safe, affectionate home environment with plenty of company, structured walks, and space to relax. I take time to get to know each dog’s personality and routine so they feel secure and at ease while you’re away. Whether they’re a nervous first timer or a seasoned house guest, I tailor care to suit them. I’m happy to stay overnight, keeping your dog comfy, safe, and spoiled in their own space. You can relax knowing your dog is safe, happy, and genuinely cared for like one of the family. My regular availability for boarding is Friday evening from 7pm to Monday evening at 7pm, ( I can collect) perfect for weekend getaways or short breaks. I also have extra time during the summer holidays and festive periods, so feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help if I can! If boarding with me your pet will have access to a secure, fenced garden for outdoor time and play. While I don’t have crates myself, I’m more than happy for your dog to bring their own bed, crate, blankets, or comfort items, whatever helps them relax and feel at ease.

My two children aged 7 and 10 are here part of the week. They would (obviously) never be left unsupervised with any animal and are only here in the morning and evening and some of the weekend. About: Dog walking is my happy place. With an enclosed garden, detached house and a safe car- I’m very excited to be on Rover to further my dog & cat sitting experience. I’ve grown up being a dog owner, from puppies to senior rescues with additional needs. I’ve also had a few cats so I’m very comfortable when I’m around animals. In addition to providing extensive care, I enjoy taking the time to continue and maintain training. From puppies & kittens to more senior pets, I am delighted to care for them all. I understand some animals can feel anxious in an unfamiliar environment- for that reason I sleep downstairs in the living room with the animals to provide a bit of additional comfort and support during the night. Happy to provide as many photos & videos as the owner would like for their own peace of mind. I work part time and I often am off weekends, so when I’m marked available for pet sitting you can be assured that I will be home 90% of the time if not 100% of the time. I do not pet sit if I am working that day or the following day; so the animals have my full attention. In my home, animals are allowed to be in a crate if it is what the owner wishes for their own comfort but I prefer that they are allowed to follow me from room to room to explore. I sleep downstairs with animals so that they feel safe. Happy to provide specific nutrition and medication (not injections). I am happy to have 2 dogs or 2 cats from the same household, but I do not mix animals from different households. Cats would be kept indoors at all times. Dogs are encouraged to play in my enclosed garden under my supervision, in addition to going on lovely walks. Happy to take dogs in my car to local beaches and parks for walking.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs, labradors, then was lucky enough to foster a miniature sausage dog x Jack Russell for a year, she was my everything, but unfortunately couldn’t keep her as she needed an older home with less activity (she hated walks, people and being left alone 😂) but she has left a huge hole in my life and my heart. I’ll get another dog again one day at the moment though I’d love to just spend time with other peoples pets, I know how difficult it is to find someone you can trust to leave your dog, but I promise to treat them as if they were my own! I work for myself, part-time so can be flexible with my time and give a dog as much company as they need, and can flex around times/days to suit you. Happy to have dogs over night, follow your rules, and take them for walks or just give them the exercise etc in the garden. I’ve got a 3 story house, and happy for pets to be on furniture. I have a fenced garden with zero access from outside so they would have the space to run, play and snooze too!
