“Libby did some drop in visits to see my cat whilst I was away at the weekend and she did a great job feeding her, playing with her and doing the litter! About: Me & my partner run our own dog boarding business 🐾 I have always been an animal lover since i was a child and always had dogs in the family home, and since owning my very own Labrador, Pepsi, who is nearly 4, our heart's have just been so full of love. Part of my motivation also comes from knowing how challenging it can be to leave a dog in kennels or find a suitable home for them to stay, as we struggle with this ourselves when we go on any family holiday. This understanding drives my commitment to ensuring every dog would be safe and happy in our care. My partner Andy and I both work from home at staggered hours, ensuring that our home is always filled with love and companionship. We have a beautiful Labrador named Pepsi, who is so lovable with all dogs and humans, and our nearly 9-year-old daughter is completely dog-obsessed, which means your furry friend will receive plenty of attention and care during their stay with us. I have had the privilege of caring for the pets of many clients, friends and family members over the years, and I cherish every moment spent with them. The only downside is saying bye when they have to return home! We live in our lovely family home with a spacious open plan downstairs and fully fenced garden to the rear, which is more than big enough for your dog to have fun, our dog's personal favourite is the doggy paddling pool. Your dog can sleep anywhere they feel most happy, even upstairs with us.

“Chris was absolutely fantastic with our boy Charlie! He really made the effort to get to know him and spend time with him and make a fuss of him. Great updates, photos and videos for the whole week while we were away which meant I could really enjoy my holiday safe in the knowledge thst Charlie was being looked after so well. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Chris, a definitive big fat 5 out of 5 star review and I'll definitely be using Chris's pet sitting services again.”

“Evie is everything you would want in a dogsitter. Reliable, punctual and easy to communicate with. We have 3 dogs with very different personalities and she has worked out how to get on with each of them! Would highly recommend.”

About: With over 20 years of experience caring for both dogs and cats, I’ve had the joy of growing up surrounded by pets thanks to my family’s love for animals. This has given me a deep understanding of their needs, behaviors, and unique personalities. I’ve also had hands-on experience caring for pets with special needs, such as a British Shorthair cat with a heart condition, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being at all times. What makes me stand out as a pet sitter is my lifelong dedication to animals and my ability to provide attentive, personalized care. I bring not only experience but also empathy and patience, making pets feel secure and loved in my care. I’m comfortable with senior pet care and can handle the specific challenges that come with medical needs or administering medication. My approach prioritizes the happiness and health of every pet as if they were my own. As someone who works from home, I have a highly flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate ample time to caring for pets nearby. My daily routine revolves around creating a calm and loving environment for pets, ensuring they get the attention, care, and companionship they deserve. Whether it’s regular walks, feeding, playtime, or keeping their spaces clean and comfortable, I’m able to seamlessly integrate pet care into my day-to-day activities. My flexibility also means I can accommodate specific needs or schedules, providing reliable and personalized care that fits around the pet and owner’s requirements. When caring for pets in my home, I create a safe, clean, and pet-friendly environment, ensuring they feel comfortable and secure at all times. I carefully remove any hazards, such as toxic plants or small objects, and provide plenty of space for play and relaxation. Their well-being is my top priority, so I maintain a consistent routine for feeding, walks, and playtime, tailored to their specific needs. When looking after pets in their own home, I prioritize respecting the owner’s space while ensuring the pets feel at ease in their familiar surroundings. I follow detailed instructions regarding feeding, exercise, and care routines, while also keeping the home tidy and safe. Building trust with both pets and owners is essential, so I maintain open communication and provide regular updates, giving peace of mind that their furry friends are in caring and responsible hands.

“Matthew was fantastic with drop ins for my cats! He kept me so updated and it really alleviated my travelling stress. I came home to 2 happy cats and had a relaxing time away knowing they were safe. He even went above and beyond cleaning up after them.”

“Georgia was amazing with Simba and went an extra mile to make sure he is comfortable while we are away. Will definitely book again!”

About: I've grown up around animals, having family dogs and my mum pet sitting for friends and family. I have always loved being around them. I currently have a 1 year old rescued stray cat, she’s been with me for 6 months and has taught me a lot about patience and building trust. She’s gone from being an anxious kitty to loving nothing more than head scratches. I have also cared for multiple cats including one for 5 weeks while their owner was away, making sure they felt safe and well looked after. When it comes to dogs, I regularly care for dogs of friends and family, taking them for walks, providing day care and having sleepovers. I’m comfortable with different energy levels and always make sure pets feel comfortable, happy, and at home. I treat every pet how I would expect mine to be looked after, with patience, attention, and genuine care. I take time to understand their routines, quirks, and what helps them feel secure. I’m reliable, respectful of your home, and always keep you updated. I love both a cuddle session or an energetic walk, and I’m here to make sure your pet feels loved and cared for while you’re away. My job is remote so I can work from anywhere, I’m also very flexible with my work schedule so can take time away to focus solely on your pet when needed. I work mon-fri so weekends are also completely free. Having my own cat, pets will need to stay at your home, which I find helps with their anxieties. Homes will be kept clean and tidy and I’m happy to take on any small household jobs during my time with your pets such as watering plants and taking them for walks bins out. House keys will be kept in a safe and never given to anyone without your written authorisation.

The photos and videos at each visit were great and the messages for each visit letting me know exactly how Charlie was doing. It was very reassuring knowing that Charlie was being looked after so well whilst we were away. I'll most certainly be booking Jason when we have our next trip away. Definitely a 5 star review!”

About: I have grown up around dogs and always had a love for animals. I have previously worked at vets and loved every minute of it. However I wanted to see the animals more and see them happy so what better job than to take care of them. I left my job and set up my own dog walking and pet sitting business. I have since completed a level 2 pet first aid course and set up private insurance specifically for the business. Please have a look on Facebook and Instagram to see some happy dogs! I am available full time as this is what I do for a living. I just require as much notice as possible so I can fit you into my schedule. As I do this as a business I’m not currently licensed to board pets at my own home. This is why I only offer pet sitting services in your own home. Personally I think this is a better set up as it’s stressful enough when you go on holiday then to have your animals moved to either another house or kennel can just add to the stress they already feel. All owners will be asked for some basic information about their pets this ensures I have a better knowledge of them. All dogs that come out for walks with me will be kept on a lead until I am confident in their recall ability. This ensures their safety and gives you that peace of mind as well.

“Charlotte was a great cat sitter, very reliable and the cats seemed to enjoy her visits. She sent great photos every visit”
