About: I have fourteen years of pet domestication experience. I grew up in Asia with three cats and four dogs. My parents and I have been sponsoring a charity base in Asia that helps stray animals all year round. I am a full-time student and do not have a part-time job. The reason for becoming a dog sitter is that I have a puppy at home and I hope to welcome the little friends to play with him. Most of the time I will study and work at home, and I have enough time to walk the dog and accompany them (except for two hours a day in the gym) There is a huge sky garden downstairs in my house. The residents around us call this sky garden "dog sky garden) and I have a 5kg Maltese boy in my house. He has a friendly personality and good habits. I will take the dog every week Let's go to Battersea park to attend a meeting of dogs of similar size. And make sure to feed them regularly every day

“Marina was a great pet-sitter for my cat. She is gentle, attentive, and loving, which is exactly what I need for my lovely little boy (cat). Also she takes initiative to go the extra mile for my cat which was so nice to see, and would ask me first before trying something new, so the service was fantastic Marina visited me with her daughter to help with communication as English isn't her first language, but this was easy and smooth. Her daughter is also lovely and gentle. Marina's English is good Marina sent me plenty of images and videos of Ares whilst I was abroad which kept me at total peace. I have just made another booking and can see myself working with them many times :) Thank You Ehsun”

About: I always wanted a dog when I was child, but with three younger brothers, the household was already busy enough, so it was a resounding no from my parents. I read the books of James Herriot the Yorkshire vet, collected Puppy in my Pocket toys, and pretended to look after my cuddly toys instead. Fast forward quite a few years, and my parents finally changed their minds (once we’d left the nest!), and the family welcomed Honey the Cavapoo puppy into their home in 2021. I was living at the house for the first seven months to help train her. We learnt about crate training, went through the biting stages successfully, and taught her to not pull on the lead, to sit at traffic lights, and improved her recall. She has also gone through phantom pregnancies and a hysterectomy, poor thing, so I also know how to look after a dog going through illnesses. More recently, I have been dog-sitting Arlo, a Golden Retriever, for a friend nearby. As they travel for work, they trust me to stay in the apartment with Arlo where we can play with his favourite toys and be fed according to his schedule, and also to take him for a few mini walks a day of around 30 minutes a time where he meets other friends in the park. I have realised that I miss having a dog around now that I’ve moved out of my parents’ house, and with my empathetic nature, I am thinking about pursuing a career with animals in the future. Courses together with dog-walking and dog-sitting is a step in this direction so I can learn and understand different types of dogs, while giving them the love and attention that they deserve! I’m happy to dog-sit in your home, take your pooch for a walk, or drop in to check on them or feed them. I'm currently working a few evenings a week in a pub in Greenwich, so this means I can look after your pet during the day, from the morning until late afternoon / early evening (6am - 4pm / 5pm); and on the days I'm not working, I can stay with your dog until midnight or later as I'm more of a night owl - perfect for your evenings out! I’m also happy to dog-walk or dog-sit during the week or weekends as my rota is quite flexible. With Arlo the Golden Retriever, we play with his favourite toys inside the apartment, and then go for a few mini walks a day of around 30 minutes a time because he has a lot of energy. Another dog-walker or the owner tends to take Arlo for a longer day walk at the moment. I know Arlo’s schedule for feeding, and I send my friend “pupdates”, ensuring that they know Arlo’s been looked after. With Honey the Cavapoo, I know where her vets is if necessary, I understand the tone of her barks - whether scared, for attention, or because she needs to go outside - and I design games for her like “find the treat” which keep her mind and nose occupied. We go for walks in both sun and rain (she has a little coat), and she has lots of friends who she greets excitedly. I will chat with you to understand what your dog’s routine is, and it would be good to have a meet and greet initially because introducing a new person can be a bit of a change for them.

“Denise was great with Arlo when looked after him. We got photos and updates on how he was and she took the time to meet Arlo before she looked after him. I would recommend Denise to look after your pet.”

About: Hi! I’m an animal lover with extensive experience caring for dogs. For many years, I looked after my two beloved companions: an 8-year-old Dachshund and a wonderful mixed breed who lived to the age of 14. Through my time with them, I gained deep insight into the needs of dogs at every stage of life—from playful puppies to wise seniors. Although my older dog has recently passed away, the love and knowledge I gained from her continue to shape the care I provide. In addition to my own pets, I’ve also been the go-to pet sitter for many friends, looking after their dogs and cats while they travel, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and well cared for. My availability is quite flexible! I work from the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but I’m home the rest of the week, so I can take care of both dogs and cats. During the week, I’m available for walks around midday, but only if the pets live close to my home, as it can be tricky otherwise. I’m also available for other care times throughout the day, and on Tuesdays and Thursdays, I’m free after 6 PM as well. I live in a two-story apartment with Napoleon. He gets along well with some dogs, but he’s not as comfortable around cats. The space is cozy and pet-friendly, offering a safe and comfortable environment for your pets. I always ensure a calm and controlled atmosphere to make sure every furry friend feels at ease

About: I have been caring for various dogs on the Rover app for over a year now. Me and my partner (Sham) have cared for all sorts of breeds ranging from chihuahuas to American Akitas! I take care of my family dog whenever my family requires. I have grown up with dogs since I was about 3 years old as my mum has a huge love for them as well. I grew up with a German Shepherd and a Dachshund. I am more than happy to go for walks as I do like to have any excuse to be active. I used to work from home mostly but have recently changed jobs and required to go to office more frequently. I can adjust my days and my partner also often steps in to provide care during the week when I’m not home. I have a communal outside area where I can take your pet for some outside time. There are a couple parks close-by. One of which is about a 10-15 minute walk away from me and is a great place to have a walk. I live in a flat that has two bedrooms and quite a large space in the hall and living area. We have taken care of a German Shepherd before and she seemed quite happy with the space.

About: I've been passionate about dogs since a very young age. So much so, that my parents bribed me with a dog to move houses! Everytime I visit a house, you'll notice my eyes immediately searching for the little pupper. Rest assured, your furball & myself will have a gala time during our walks! I'm currently on between jobs, so I'll have plenty of time to take care of your dogs. I'm be available Mon - Fri. Looking forward to meeting you & your sidekick. Only walking provided as a service for now. I will explore the dog-sitting option later. Rest assured, your dog will be in good hands - home or not :)

“Wonderful! Charlotte & her partner were the perfect pet sitters for our cat Monty. Great communication, friendly and reliable. We got lots pictures and a little update after each visit which was much appreciated. Monty was clearly a happy boy and well looked after. Highly recommend and will definitely rebook in the future! x”

About: I am highly organised, independent and reliable. I have a fussy and spoilt cavapoo of my own who is very easy going and friendly with other dogs. After owning pets my whole life, I have been a vegetarian for over 10 years and have a unique connection with animals. I am currently self employed and work mainly from home so I can be flexible when it comes to caring for your animals. We can work together to find the most suitable schedule for your routine and your pets needs. There are many beautiful green plots around South East London, and I spend time walking with my own dog across fields and parks. I can also drive if needed.

Moreover I have been working as volunteer in a lifelong animal Adaptation Centre for 2 months, taking care of rescued dogs and help walking dogs in the centre 3 times a day, I also learn the basics of walking dogs with care while volunteering I am a Year 2 University student studying in Warwick and currently spending my Summer Vacation in London, my schedule is flexible and will be available for most of the time Until now I’m not considering Pet sitting at home as I am currently keeping a cat at Home, I will only consider dog walking current

About: I've looked after my friend's dog a lot, she is a very reactive rescue dog and took a while to gain and then build trust. It's important to read pet's moods and behaviours and learn their idiosyncrasies so you can give them the best care. I work from home 2x days a week- but these are flexible as to which days. My job isn't demanding as I am in charge of my own time so would have time for lots of cuddles and 3x walks a day. This would encourage me to get out and about and lots of exercise for your pet! Can look after overnight or late nights with notice. If its doggy day care you are after- i can be flexible, happy to negotiate to suite your needs. I live alone in a spacious flat, no pets, so dogs who prefer being with humans would be very welcome. My flat is situated on the 2nd floor but with three walks hopefully they would be tuckered out! They are free to roam around all of the flat and have plenty of blankets for them to snuggle up on.

About: I've been dog sitting for eight years, when we bought my first dog named Tobby. I've also taken care of some of my mom's friends' dogs and other dogs. I'm a very kind and respectful person. I'm currently working only part-time, so I have free time to take care of your pet, play with it, take it for walks, and welcome it home any day of the week and at any time of day. I have a house with a garden downstairs where I can take your pet for walks and plays. My house has plenty of space and is clean enough to keep your pet.
