“Laura was fantastic with our two cats, even Pippin who can be quite shy came out to say hello. We really appreciated recieving pictures every visit. Definitely recommend.”

“Saya has been absolutely wonderful with Rupert. Spent so much time gaining his trust as he’s quite nervous with new people but they’re now the best of friends from the first visit. Can’t praise enough how amazing Saya is. Trust worthy and was in contact the whole time she was with him sending lots of updates and pictures. I will certainly be booking again for her to come and visit Rupert :) thank you!”

“John was amazing with Thor. I am a “pet mum” full of requests and reminders , lists on the wall and especially i request a continues update. John gave me everything I requested and he was really caring and affectionate with Thor🥰 I was a little apprehensive about many things cause although Thor is not a Huge dog is anyway a dog of a certain size, I have nothing but good words about him and I will for sure book him again in the future.”

“Thankyou so much Hilary - just got home to two happy cats - I loved the daily updates and photos - helped us to relax on holiday knowing they were both happy. Will definitely use Rover services again. Thankyou”

“Kamila really is an animal lover. She looks after our three sphynx cats that need human company, as if course, they are house cats- and our crazy Jackapoo like they are her own. We know we can leave them all in very safe hands and go and have a rare day out together as she will stay well into the evening. She’s come early in the morning too to feed and walk so we can go away for a night or two now and not worry at all. Please do not hesitate to book Kamila (although she’s our best kept secret- don’t tell everyone, she’s amazing 😉)”

About: Hi, I’m Danny Aller I’ve been around animals my whole life — my grandma ran a kennel business, so from a young age, I was helping care for dogs of all shapes and sizes. I’d help her groom, feed, and love on every pup that came through her doors. Over the years, I’ve had pets of my own too — dogs, cats, and even a couple of raccoons! Animals have always been a big part of my life, and I truly enjoy spending time with them and making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved. Whether it’s a walk, a cuddle, or just keeping your pet company while you're away, I’ve got it covered with care and experience you can trust. I work full time 8am/3pm so after work I have plenty of time to care/walk dog/cats/any pet I’m honest reliable passionate for all animals alike. To make sure your pets get the best care I will provide them with my undivided attention at all times meaning any of my personal pets will stay at home. While walking I’ll make sure the safety of your pet is my first and only priority. Meaning keep other animals away making sure I’m in a close walking distance at all time. Like stated before safe/secure/comfortable is my biggest concern for the owner also the pet.

“Sylvia is amazing! We have an, energetic / crazy, golden retriever and she is great with him. She walks him on a recurring schedule (with some sporadic days thrown in there), and always keeps us updated with feedback on how he's been, and a picture - would highly recommend!”

About: Hi! My name is Pablo. I am a nurse and I loved animals since I was a kid! I currently have two lovely sphynx cat. I love all kinds of pets from furry ones to .I have helped my aunt on her vet surgery my whole life. I would love to meet your fur babies and when they're with me I'll love them as if they're my own. I am happy to cover Eastleigh area but also places nearby. My schedule is different every week as I am nurse. But I will be happy to fit. When caring for pets, whether in my home or the pet owner’s home, I always prioritize their safety, comfort, and well-being. I follow the pet’s usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, exercise, playtime, and any medications they may need. I take time to understand each pet’s unique personality and needs so I can provide personalized attention and affection.

About: Hello, I’m Lisa and I’ve lived with and taken care of all manner of animals my whole life. I grew up on farms with chickens, dogs, cats, and cared for my own horses for years. I’ve grown up alongside my family dog Oscar, the tibetan terrier and his dearly missed brother Arlo, the cocker spaniel. Oscar has since gained a new baby brother in Bruno, the cockerpoo, who exists to be his karma for terrorising Arlo when he was younger. I have a lot of experience caring for both high and low energy dogs, and have also cared for cats - pet sitting for family friends when they’re away from home. I moved away from my family home, and have had to leave the family pets behind, hence why I am now searching for the opportunity to care for animals, as I have not yet gotten the chance to adopt a new family member! I work shifts at my work so my availability varies. Days off vary between weekends and weekdays, and I am either working day shifts or late shifts. I live in a 2-bedroom house with an enclosed garden, perfect for both dogs and cats. I am walking distance from several parks in the Chandler’s Ford area and have my own transportation so I am able to travel if required.

About: Life time enjoyment of caring for pets. I’ve grown up with every type of animal from living on a farm. My love for pets has no limits. I grew up in Guernsey the wonderful smaller isle of the Channel Islands, and have moved to Portsmouth almost 2 years ago, I had been looking after my work Colleagues dogs and then he mentioned this fantastic app Rover so thought I’d join in the fun and have dogs around me more often and I love it!! I would love to help with your pets care, from a hamster to a dog I am happy to help where I can. let me help you enjoy your holiday or event you may have planned by taking out the worry of what can you do with your pet. We are both DBS credited so you will have peace of mind your home will be in safe hands. We can watch your dog and why not bring your hamster for a holiday to! We have pet cameras linked to the phones so know your pets every move whilst out of the home, they are motion and noise activated so rest assured we are always watching. We also work on the town whilst hubby is driving around doing maintenance he will go home for toilet brakes and puppy cuddles 🥰 I also work 5 minutes from the house and have the ability to leave my work place at anytime. I work mixed hours so your pets are never left for more than 4 hours. Myself and partner both work however but our shifts are different making it easy to care for your pet. Early afternoon finishes for hubby. Late morning starts for me and we also have the weekends off. The longest they would be left is for approximately 4 hours till someone is back home. Hubby works out and about in his van so can always pop in for puppy pats and treats. we would be happy to take two dogs from the same home to board at our home. we can offer pop ins if near by early in the morning or lunch time, also walks in the afternoon and evening. High walled back yard with plenty of space to run and play. No children to pull and poke your beloved pet. Two adults who adore animals but can’t have our own. We would welcome any opportunity to look after your pet. Doggy therapy is the best.

“Oliver is a kind & gentle chap who obviously loves animals. I felt my dogs, (one of them is very senior), were in very safe hands. I’m so grateful that I could enjoy a special day out with my family. Rover is a life saver as I was able to find Oliver just the day before and avoid the disappointment of having to cancel last minute. Thank you so much 😁”

Danny A.
“I can’t recommend Danny highly enough as a dog walker. He’s responsible, punctual, and clearly has a natural connection with animals. From the moment he met my dog, it was obvious he knew how to build trust and handle dogs with both confidence and kindness. Danny goes above and beyond—making sure my dog gets not just exercise, but also attention, affection, and mental stimulation on every walk. He’s also great at communicating and always lets me know how the walk went. It gives me total peace of mind knowing my dog is in such capable hands. Any pup would be lucky to have Danny as their walker!”

Steve L.
“We couldn’t give a higher recommendation! Your pet will be in the safest of hands with Steve! Each time we go away we have regular pictures and updates to keep our mind at absolute ease. After a recent decline in our cats health he now patiently and carefully administers regular oral medication to our not-so-compliant girl as well as feeds her according to our specialised meal plan, ensures she had access to clean fresh water and cleans out the litter tray and disposes of the litter so it is never a hassle when we got back! Thanks Steve!”
