“Rhea really helped us out over the busy Christmas period. She popped in to feed Pippi for a couple of days and was always good at communicating throughout the whole process, even sending some update photos which were much appreciated!! Pippi can be a bit frosty with strangers but she warmed right up to Rhea, which only serves to prove how great Rhea is with animals! Would definitely book again when we need it, thank you so much for your help.”

About: I grew up with family pets and now I have my own furry family. I absolutely adore dogs and cats. I have 2 cats of my own. I live with my children in elson. I love long walks, in all weathers and I take pride in looking after animals. My children are at school/nursery during the week, except the baby who is with me 24/7. I have dogs that I walk on a regular basis once or twice a week depending on their booking. I am open to being flexible but I do need to work it round my schedule with childcare etc. We have a secure big garden with high fences and a secure gate. Access to the garden is easy as we have a sliding door.
“Absolutely love it when Amelia looks after Penny, can completely relax while I'm away and know that she is in good hands! Penny adores it when she visits doing many roly polys! Thankyou so much again for looking after her, would give more stars if I could :)”

About: Hello! I absolutely love animals and have grown up surrounded by dogs and farmyard animals (horses, goats, sheep, geese and ducks!). I love caring for dogs and very much enjoy their company. I have often looked after friends and family dogs, from energetic playful puppies to older loves that prefer a slower pace of life. I very much miss having a dog and would love to take care of your pets as if they were my own. I have recently moved to this area and love to explore. I enjoy good books, history and castles, and walks come rain or shine. I work full time, however I work from home on Fridays which gives me plenty of flexibility for walks and drop-ins for your pets. I’m fully available throughout the weekends and will dedicate those days to your pets needs. I spend a lot of time outdoors and enjoy long daily walks, so would love to walk your dog. I can facilitate long walks, short strolls around the block, or relaxed garden play. When house sitting, I want to keep your pet's routine as familiar and comfy for them as possible. I will follow your instructions to a T: feeding times, walk schedules, treats, playtime, training cues and bedtime habits. I will spend plenty of quality time with your pets, whether walks and playing, or cuddling and lots of strokes. I also send regular photo and video updates so you can see exactly what we're up to whilst you're away. I also look after your home with the same respect I’d give my own. I will keep things tidy, and help with usual household jobs such as bringing in parcels and watering plants. I will give your pet dedicated, loving care whilst your home stays looked after for full peace of mind whilst you're away.
“Victoria has been absolutely wonderful with my cats, thoughtful, reliable, and always keeping me updated with the sweetest messages and photos. I felt completely at ease knowing they were in such caring hands! Will definitely be going with Victoria again. :)”

About: Having grown up with dogs, cats and horses. I am a huge animal lover. I have pet sat and dog walked from a very young age. At the age of 16 I trained a disobedient male Labrador called Buddy, the family told me I changed their life. I have a way with animals, I love cuddles, walks and playing. I am always happy to assist with looking after pets other than dogs and cats too. No pet is too much for me and with me, they’ll be guaranteed to be spoiled with love. I usually work away on superyachts but I have come home to take a break and possibly find a change of career. Animals have always been the centre of my world and I am hoping this can go further. I will follow all instructions given to keep your pet as safe as possible! I am also happy for pets to stay upstairs with me if this is what they’re used too or shut downstairs if that’s your preference.
About: Me and my partner Ben, 25 & 28 have both had pets our whole lives. We have loads of free time in the day and would love to look after your pets! I also have an enhanced DBS. We have free time in the days and weekends, one of us can always be home, and we have so much free time for walks and playing! We have a fenced off back garden with plenty of space, and shade. Lots of space indoors, nice and secure. And a lovely walk nearby. The gates to the garden are padlocked, and the house is alarmed.
About: I have been a proud dog owner since I was young. I currently have two dogs a greyhound and a collie. Both enjoy long walks and regular exercise. I enjoy teaching them some cool tricks and we visit some lovely places such as the beach, woods and local parks.I have taken care of puppies right through to elderly dogs and have experience with challenging and reactive dogs. I work from home a lot and can accommodate around your needs. I spend a lot of time with my dogs and we have exercise everyday fitted into the daily routine I am happy to care for your pups with arrangement in advance. I can offer walks, feeds, daily checks, exercise, and overnight care- please note I offer a 15 min meet and greet at your home or locally if you are a new client to observe your pets where they are most comfortable and to discuss how you would like me to care for your pet and the duties you wish me to do. All dogs will be walked separately. I am flexible and can work from home a lot. I am able to offer short stays at present such as long weekends for day care or sitting depending on dates and preferences. Please bear in mind the house sitting hours schedule I currently work on is 8pm/9pm-8am/9am (distance dependent) and if you require an additional drop in visit/walk throughout the day time this will usually be mid/late afternoon for 30 minutes-1 hour before returning to your property in the evening to sit overnight. I do not offer 24/7 in the home during the day time when house sitting due to outside commitments but they will be exercised well and receive great interaction throughout. Please e sure this is the correct house sitting schedule for your pets before you book to avoid disappointment as I cannot guarantee I can remain in your home all day on a house sit without going out for a short while. Dependent on distance petrol/travel costs will be additional charge (usually 10 miles plus) I have a garden and have access to close by parks, beach and woodland areas. We often drive to the woods or hills if we want a longer walk. I have private sitter insurance. I work but can be flexible. I offer a lot more free time over weekends and half terms dependent on the needs of the dog. I do not offer home boarding at this time. I do enjoy offering house sitting in your home subject to dates and needs of the pet.
About: I have had dogs/pets since I was a little girl, love all dogs, always bond well. I used to work at the local doggy day care and loved every second. Always went the extra mile to make sure they were extra happy! I do work in the military so my days/weeks can change last minute. I am currently on leave from work up until 13th April. I do work 8-4 Monday through to Thursdays and till 12 on Fridays. I do try to keep my calendar up to date, but if you do have any questions regarding my availability and catering to you, just let me know and I can see what I can do! :) I have my own place and open to taking care of your pets in my home. I’m always polite and respectful of others homes. I have been asked in previous years to look after other pets, such as cats and rabbit.

I am currently working full time but have lots of time in the evenings to play, stimulate and walk your pooches! Weekends I am also available if needed. “Paige stepped in to help us at the last moment on a bank holiday weekend after our plans fell apart. She met our dogs and they loved her. She went above and beyond for us all weekend. The dogs were so happy and therefore so were we. We asked so much of Paige and she delivered more than we could possibly have wished for. Thank you thank you Amazing job.”

About: > I grew up with small dogs until I moved out: a handful of yorkshire terriers and a daschound > I've house-sat for my aunt to care for her two dogs, twice, when she went on holiday. They were medium dogs and needed to be walked twice a day > I had my uncle's dog stay at mine when he went on holiday for about a week. Brandy was old, mostly blind, and couldn't control her bowels but I really didn't mind cleaning that up > I used to walk my neighbour's large dog for an hour a day but I definitely struggled with his size! So I'm really good with dogs and they're pretty cool, the only thing I haven't done is given medication to one and I don't feel comfortable doing that if it's an injection. I'm almost always home and I drive, so even if it's last minute I'm more than likely available! This applies every weekday and weekend. I may also be able to take cats to grooming or vet appointments depending on the situation Every time I visit I'm happy to scoop out dirty litter (even if it's just a tiny wee), I also don't mind cleaning up any 'misplaced' poops that your cats might've left around the house. I'll make sure they’re happy, properly fed, well petted, and I'll refill their water bowls every time I visit
“Thank you Olivia for looking after Meeka and Buddy. Olivia done a great job looking after our 2, whilst we had a day out. Two drop in visits, one of which was to feed them and give Meeka her drugs. Olivia looked after them perfectly, exactly as planned and we returned to 2 happy dogs. Would definitely recommend ? thanks again Olivia,”

“Sally did a few drop-in visits for my kitten while I was away. I couldn’t be more thankful for the love and care she’s shown to Peaches. She came to meet us beforehand and collect the keys, followed all the feeding instructions I left her, cleaned her litter and gave her loads of cuddles and playtime ❤️ ai will definitely reach out to Sally whenever we go away. Both Peaches and I are very happy 🥰”

“Mary is amazing! She helped us out super last minute with some drop in visits for our 2 dogs and cat. She came over to meet them prior and you could immediately tell she has a kind and gentle demeanor- all the animals gravitated towards her! Beyond being great with animals, she’s a good communicator and just so friendly. Would recommend her to anyone!”

About: I had a cat for 12 years and have a dog (cockapoo) who is 4 years old. I also have a cocker spaniel who is nearly 2 (he lives with my mum in a different property) I have such a massive love for all animals, especially dogs and am also a huge cat lover. I would love for nothing more than to help people out by doing something that I’ve always loved - caring for animals. Very skilled at caring for puppies/dogs, kittens/cats. Looking at my photos you can see my own dog Poppy the apricot Cockapoo, and a variety of other dogs that I am around quite frequently, as small as Dachshund or as big as a Doberman. I’m very flexible and will ensure all instructions or preferences from the owner are carried out. I think this is very important to ensure the pet is staying in the habits the owner would like. For example, not being allowed on beds if the owner is training the dog to not jump on beds. I am looking to provide services of dog walking, drop ins and overnight stays in the owners home. I can drive which makes me even more flexible, I can therefore drive pets to different walking destinations (only if the owner confirms this is okay - owner could provide a dog cage for the car if necessary). I will give my undivided attention to the pet and care for them as if they were my own. Overall I just love animals and would love to help people out! I work full time, but from home,!meaning I am able to come and look after your dog/cat during the week and be at home all day with them caring for them. I work from just a laptop so no set up required, just WiFi! In regards to dog walks I have an hour lunch and can do mornings or after work. I have had pets most of my life and know how important it is to make sure they are safe at all times. This mainly entails making sure they are in a safe environment e.g doors shut and keeping them in areas they are not able to just run out of.
About: Hiya I’m Keira! I’m a third year veterinary medicine student who utterly adores animals - especially dogs and cats. I have had my own dog for nearly 12 years and also have worked in a range of rescue centres, vets and other animal related places as part of my degree. I will treat your furry companion as if they are my own and leave you care free knowing your animal is in safe hands 🤍 I am at university so I’m term times, weekends are more suitable. However in my holidays (especially summer), I have plenty of free time to care for your companion. With each individual animal, it is about understanding how they work, what they feel comfortable with and knowing not two animals are the same. No matter whether it is my own pet or another individual - I ensure they are looked after to an incredibly high standard.
“Kirsty is absolutely amazing with my nervous dog, and very respectful and considerate. I messaged Kirsty first to explain about my dog to see if she is comfortable watching her, and she came for a couple of meet and greets to ensure that my dog is comfortable and happy before Kirsty watched her whilst I was out for the day. She was very attentive to everything I asked of her, and ensured to take notes to make sure that nothing got missed. I loved the photo updates Kirsty sent to me throughout the day and I am so pleased at how quickly my dog became comfortable around her, especially as she does usually take quite a bit of time to warm up to strangers. I am looking forward to asking Kirsty to watch my dog again so I can enjoy a stress free day out, knowing that my dog is in very safe hands!”

Gosport cat owners share their Rover experiences
Rhea was amazing as always! She looked after Pippi perfectly and gave us an update every day with photos and a little summary to let us know how she was getting on. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rhea, she does a fab job every time she checks in on Pips for us ☺️

I couldn’t ask for a better sitter than Rhea. She is always so great at communicating throughout and can’t fault her at all. She goes above and beyond the role of a pet sitter really, even popping our bin out for us while we were away. Pippi seems to love her and Rhea would send us photos of Pips once a day so we could see how she was getting on, which as someone who does worry about leaving the cat on her own was a great comfort. Definitely recommend Rhea’s services and wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again!

Kassia was an absolute star. She sent me videos and pictures daily of my babies as I was so worried about leaving them alone for a long time, as we never have before. She even went back for a second daily visit when one of my cats hadn’t been seen for a few days (she was hiding as she doesn’t like strangers) to put my mind at ease. My two boy cats seemed to form a bond with her and I’m super grateful Kassia made the time to give them attention and comfort. I felt like she genuinely cared about their wellbeing! Thank you Kassia, we will definately be using you again in the future :) x
