About: I have had dogs of all kinds all my life. I adore dogs. I had a very nervous Golden Retriever from 8 weeks old until he passed away. I saw him as part of the family. I looked after a Welsh Border Collie for 18 months because the owner couldn’t have dogs where she moved to. I also looked after two 10-year-old Labrador/Alsatian crosses. One of them had behavioural issues, but I was able to care for her confidently. I used to dog sit for them every few weeks and stay for several days at a time. I am reliable, sensible and flexible. I also have a car, so I can come at short notice and provide emergency transport to the vet if ever needed. I am available most days (except Tuesdays) and have my own car, so I’m able to travel where needed. I am reliable, caring and able to provide walks, drop-in visits, overnight stays and boarding. My priority is making sure your dog feels safe, happy and loved while you’re away. I know how important it is to have peace of mind, so I’ll keep you updated with regular messages and photos throughout your dog’s stay. I’ll always do my best to follow their usual routine and give them plenty of love, attention and playtime, so they feel as comfortable as possible. I live in a large one-bedroom first-floor flat and have my landlord’s permission to have pets. I am also happy to stay in your home if that’s what your dog is most comfortable with. I am respectful, trustworthy and fully focused on caring for your furry family member as if they were my own. I recently lost my partner hence why I’d like to do this. I am available most days (except Tues) and I have a car so I’m able to travel/come at short notice. I am currently not working due to a health condition but that doesn’t affect me caring for dogs. I am reliable and sensible! I am able to provide any service and I can’t wait to play and care for your dogs I live in a large one bed first floor flat, I live alone. I have permission from my landlord to have pets. I am also happy to stay at the owners house. I am really respectful and fully focussed on caring for your fluffy friends!

About: Lots of pet business experience since 2015 as well as our own pets (including dogs, cats, hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs, rats, mice, ducks, ponies etc.) Fully insured & DBS Checked I have taken early retirement to travel a bit with my husband but also I would like to continue to help with people’s pets and houses to enable them to go away whilst their loved ones are being lovingly cared for by me. I have dogs who will travel with me in the Motorhome, I will stay in your house whilst my husband stays in the van with the dogs so your pets never need to come in contact with the dogs unless you say it’s ok. As you can see from my photos I ran a family business since 2015. My son Robbie now cares for pets and homes within bus distance of Selsey, West Sussex, on his own Rover profile. My husband and I can now travel further afield (even to mainland Europe) if the travel expenses are paid for and it’s for a longer sit.

About: For the past 10 years I’ve enjoyed walking/bathing/playing with/sitting my friends’s and family member’s dogs alongside my own. I am happy to accommodate to the owner’s needs for their dog and enjoy working with a range of different dog breeds :) I’m happy to be flexible surrounding you and your dog - I am free weekday mornings/afternoons and all day Friday-Sunday. Let me know the timings you need and I will try my best to accommodate! My garden is fenced and spacious allowing your dog to play freely. I pay close attention to your dog ensuring the safety and comfort of your pets.

Much more importantly, I came home to a happy, relaxed little cat; despite it being a heatwave whilst I was away and the huge disruption to his routine. It was also quite apparent that he took a liking to Emma very quickly. Communication was clear, concise and very friendly. I honestly couldn't be happier with the experience and will certainly book her services the next time I go away.”

About: In my family, there are 2 dogs, both similar sizes but very different ages, I was 18 when we had our second puppy and our other dog is much older. They love their walks which I am very happy to take them on. I am currently at university in Portsmouth but have long holidays which I need some work to do, If you contact me I will let you know when I have holidays and time to work. I can also work during my time in portsmouth but I am limited to dog walks and sitting, I also don’t have access to a car during the time I am at university so please keep that in mind. The house I live in is very big, we usually leave a door open but for first visitors I would go out into garden with their lead on to make sure they know how to get back to the house. I would be happy to let them off the lead and follow them around so they don’t get lost. In portsmouth I wouldn’t be able to take care of pets in my home, in the owners home I would always take them out on a lead and make sure they feel safe and the environment is safe before letting them off.

I have a pet setting and dog walking diploma as well as canine communication. I am self employed so I can be very flexible around you and your pet's needs. I am often also available last minute if needed. I will always treat your pet like my own, with lots o of love! I will also always ask and respect your wishes and needs to make sure your pet is safe and comfortable with me. I live with my partner and our Cavapoo Zola, so any dogs staying in our home will need to be happy being with another dog. We both work from home so there is always someone here and we will never leave your dog by themselves.

About: Since my early years, the family house has always been filled with small animals - cats, hamsters, rabbits and guinea pigs. From this I’ve built a very good understanding of how to care for small animals like how to administer medication, feed, clean and groom them. Over my teenage years, whilst completing my gold Duke of Edinburgh, I volunteered for a year at an animal sanctuary where we cared and housed the most random of animals from hedgehogs to seagulls. But the most common animal we had were cats and kittens. Often we had around 20 cats at one time so I had to make sure to divide my time well that each animal had a good amount of human contact, cuddles, play time and grooming. It was important to establish bonds with the cats and kittens coming in as many were rescues so some didn’t have the best experience with human interaction. It was also important to build this connection so that they were able to go to homes in the future. As I have my own pet, Nova, I am very confident with scheduling for food, cleaning, vet visits etc. I work early in the morning therefore am up for early feeding time and then free for the whole day. Before accepting any job, It is my priority to first establish a basic relationship with the owner and pet in a visit before the intended date. This allows me to meet the pet and learn their schedule/ behaviour and where everything needed is and make sure you are happy and comfortable with me too!

About: I have a frenchie who was born Feb 2023 and had him since he was 8 weeks old, I trained him from the get go with some help from YouTube , books , friends & some puppy classes . He’s now the best dog , so friendly , so good with children and so fun to be around ! He’s always making us laugh. Having dogs in your life makes your life happier! I actually never had a dog growing up but I always had friends and boyfriends who had them I always found myself gravitating towards them. Since having Xylo I can’t believe I ever had a life without him by my side ! I frequently puppy sit a friends dog and have a friend with an anxious Frenchie who I’ve helped and assisted with , she’s now Xylos best friend ! She went from not liking other people and other dogs now they’re the best of friends and even enjoys playing with my daughter . When growing up I always wanted take my friends dogs on their leads . I had a partner for a few years and he had two Labs which were adorable we often took them for walks and trained them both together . I constantly asked questions and learnt how to look after them both. I took them out on my own as I didn’t work full time. I helped look after his elderly dog in and out of cars until his final days. I then found myself supporting his dog left behind in his grief of his best buddy. I’ve always had an interest in dogs but my lifestyle growing up was too busy for a dog , now I work part time it’s perfect time to show off what I can do! I’m currently working Monday-Wednesday but for holiday bookings message me and I can see what I can do! I’m around Thursday - Sunday. I have two year old stepdaughter who LOVES dogs , big or small and is so gentle with them. She has grown up with Xylo as they were both babies when they met ! She goes to childcare on a Thursday and every other weekend she goes to her mums. But I’m happy to have your pups with her, she loves them just as much as me! Her favourite part of the day is taking the dog for a walk , she’s currently training on the lead - loving it! There’s a few people in the house who will also be happy to take my daughter off my hands which will give me some time with your pups on their own! I have an Advanced DBS My home is in the perfect spot for dogs , I have a big garden that backs on to multiple fields. I have beaches near by , parks , forests , lakes, rivers , quieter roads and a high fenced spacious garden. My home can be potentially separated off of your dog needs some time to relax away from my dog. But I will give them chill times anyway. I also have a national trust membership which gives us a variety of different opportunities for walks. We also have a gated driveway . There’s a dog park at the top of my road that has play equipment suitable for dogs and is a huge gated area that I like to rent out when having other dogs especially for meeting for the first time !

About: I’ve have a pet sitting/house sitting business since 2018. I love spending time with animals and making them feel most at home while their owners are away! I work from home and am also a student so am able to pet/house sit around this. I am able to care for dogs that have special requirements or don’t like spending lots of time alone. I will spend all day at the house working usually and not go out for me that 1-2 hours. I can provide car for all types of pets, all different sizes.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs since I was very young. Due to this, I have experience looking after elderly dogs, sick dogs and puppies. I also have looked after big dogs and small dogs. I have done lots of work experience at a Veterinary Clinic, as looking after animals is my passion. I am also first aid trained, DBS checked and insured. I have a lot of flexibility as I am on a gap year! I just graduated from BSc Zoology (I am animal obsessed) so I am sure I will love your pet as much as you do! I am very flexible with dates and am always around to help you out and provide a great experience for your fluffy friend! I am very energetic so I will play with your pet all day long! I am happy to take them on long walks and provide them with lots of activities (puzzles and games) and I will make sure they are well fed and relaxed in a safe environment. Lots of cuddles if they like those too! I am safety conscious so I will be on it in ensuring your pet can’t grab anything it’s not supposed to! I send many photos and videos whilst you’re away and give you updates on everything! We can even facetime if you miss your fur-baby. I am a dog owner myself and have had dogs my whole life. I know how important they are to you and I will give them royal treatment. One of my dogs is very anxious which I fully understand.
