We have asked Charlotte to take care of our Darcy for 12 days that we were away. We asked her to visit him for 30 minutes in mid day, we were not very stricked on the exact time. Darcy is a very easy cat that does not require a lot, loves everyone and just wants attention. At first two visits apart from few mistakes it seemed that it was all going well. However afterwards it started going immediately worse. We informed Charlotte that we have a camera in our living room to check on Darcy which records as well. On recordings we noticed that Charlotte was on her phone a lot during the visits, did not play with Darcy or played only a little. And worse out of it we noticed that our Darcy was left with barely any water in the water fountain during a big heatwave. I specifically asked for water to be changed every 2 days as I didn't want any backterias to grow, however that has not been done once within a week. Furthermore on multiple visits we noticed Charlotte ending the visits after less than 30 minutes, sometimes she was there for even less than 10 minutes. Altogether it brought us immense stress during our time away and we had to cut Charlotte's visit short and ask family to take care of Darcy.
Absolutely amazing, incredibly helpful and very good with my little puppy
Charlotte came to look after our 3 playful kitties and they clearly loved their time with her! She fed and played with them and kept us updated with lots of pictures of our furr babies. She did a introductory visit to meet the cats and find out where all their stuff was in the house too. Very professional and friendly throughout our experience with her. Thank you, Charlotte!
