About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and my 3 kids have had dogs around them their whole life my partner is a dog lover as well who is extremely good in dog training. We are the family who always volunteer to dog sit while family and friends are on holiday and would love to help other families as well! I work part time and am home afternoons Monday- Wednesday and Thursday mornings. As a family we spend our weekends exploring with our own dog who loves big walks and discovering new places both locally and driving around Scotland. I have a large fenced garden with plenty great walking areas locally, your dog would be free to roam the house and make themself at home.

About: I am a former dog shop assistant, where on a daily basis I interacted with dogs of all breeds, sizes and ages. I have developed skills and confidence with dogs beyond just personal experience to professional care and service, ranging from harness fittings, nutritional advice, and general dog care advice. Please drop me a request to discuss booking. I am available Monday to Friday after 5.30pm. And all day Saturday and Sunday. I am also happy to meet your dog before any stays or day care. I love devoting my time to the dogs in my care and I pay attention to their needs. I understand that being apart from your fur baby can be worrying, so, I always ensure I am completely contactable at all times by sending regular photo/video/text updates.

About: Having grown up in the Shropshire countryside, I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes - from chihuahuas to German shepherds! I also raised my own cocker spaniel from puppy into her senior years. I’m active and up for taking dogs for as long a walk as they need, willing to play and keep their minds engaged, but also happy to sit and give them the cuddles and company they need. I work flexible hours from home, so I can work around your pet’s needs and keep them company. I can get up as early and stay up as late as needed. Your pet and home safety comes first - I’m responsible and careful with closing/locking doors, keeping the dog either on the lead or writhing recall distance (depending on your dog!) and keeping them out of situations that make them feel uncomfortable. I have also cared for dogs with dietary restrictions so I’m happy to help in those areas too!

About: I have grown up with animals, 2 cats and 1 dog who all lived into their mid/late teens! The dog Micky (lab, pitbull, collie cross) who recently passed away, came to us from the shelter with behavioural issues with other dogs. Therefore, I was experience with dogs who has been to behavioural school and I can maintain their training. I have been adaptive to stay calm in difficult situations. Additionally, I have taken freinds and family's dogs for walks - small to large. I am working from home writing my dissertation during the week. I can have a pet come here or I can work in someone else's home. I hava a car, which is good for trips to the beach or an emergency. In my home, me and my mother have a big gated garden. No dogs sleeping on the beds but couches are fine if that's what the owners also allow. I am in a country village with a variety of different places to walk, whare your dog can be let off the lead, interact with other dogs or quiet places. I am working In the kitchen/ living room that's attached to the garden. With other people's pets I respect the training and routine of the owners. In others peoples homes, again the training and routine of the pets is respected. I would prefer not to sleep in the same bed as the dog.

About: I have volunteered in three dog shelters over the years and walked a lot of difficult dogs living in the neighbourhood or sometimes helped out with work colleagues taking in their animals while they are away on holidays. I work from home most of the time and currently between jobs and have allowance for all sorts of short term assignments. I currently have a cat I look after and can have dogs staying over at my place if they are unconcerned with a cat being present. I grew up with all sorts of animals small and large and can deal with even difficult animals having spent a lifetime watching their body language and finding a healthy way to communicate to make them feel happy.

About: I have 2 cats who are both 12 years old now, I have taken care of them since they were kittens. I also have a 1 year old pomsky called Hamish. These family members have changed my life. I have always grown up with cats and dogs in my life. I am currently a care assistant at Leuchie house, I am looking for a complete career change and would love to further my dream of caring for animals. Unfortunately I do not wish to care for them in my own home. Although my garden is secure with a fence and gates. I have a big enough garden to run around safely.

About: I have owned pets my whole life but as an adult with my own home I found my self rescuing animals in need! In fact alot of people joke I've got a mini zoo! My animals are my life. I have 3 dogs of my own (luna lab/collie 8 years old, azra lab/collie 3 years old and kali oeb 5 months old) and a very special cat with cleft palette who we saved as a baby 3 years ago. We love to walk our dogs at the local fields and grassy areas where they can run free and have fun. I can be pretty flexible during the day on weekdays as long as it doesn't clash with school pick up/drop off times (8.40/8.50am - 3.05pm) I have a fenced off large garden with 3 dogs of my own who love to run around. I also stay very local to a big enclosed field where I often taken my dogs to run around safely and freely.
