“Excellent, would highly recommend! We came to the lakes for a few days for our daughter’s wedding and to take away a bit of the pressure our two went for an overnight stay with Kat. They came back very happy and not stressed in the slightest. Kat sent photos showing them chilled, snoozing and very settled which made us know we had made the right choice. We had a meet and greet previous to Bobbys stay and Nicola was warm and helpful in every way. She even said Bobby could sleep with her like he does at home! When we left Bobby was tearing round the beautiful enclosed garden with another new doggy friend that was there. During the stay Nicola kept us up to date with messages and photos. When we went to pick Bobby up he was so happy to see us but really I think he would have liked to stay a bit longer!! Sam was well looked after for the 2 nights he stayed with Katrina, he is hard of hearing and seeing and she made him feel at home and he was very comfortable. She respected our worries about him being picked up as he is old and has a bad back. She sent us regular updates on how he was doing to give us peace of mind while we were away. Im very happy he was happy with Katrina. Will definitely book her to look after him again.
Katrina looked after our working cocker and she exceeded all expectations! She provided regular ‘pupdates’ including pictures of him out having fun! Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018.
