House Sitting in Copeland

About: As a dogmomma of 2 greyhounds rescued from the racing industry, I have lots of experiencing working through anxiety and reactivity. I love taking dogs on interactive walks and building their confidence, as well as taking a nice casual walk and having a good dog cuddle! 🐶 As im working in hospitality my workdays are a mix of daytime and evening, usually easy to work around a long walk! Homesitting available when planned in advance. In the owners house : in communication with the owner the dog will be in its preferred place in the house and we will stick to its usual routine as much as possible. If the dogs were to stay at my own house they'd have 2 lovely greyhounds as company and a warm dog bed/pillow, and me and my partner who is equally crazy about dogs! :)

About: I have always lived and cared for dogs and am comfortable with large and small breeds. From a young age I have had large breeds with a variety of personalities - so am well experienced with all kinds of behaviour from dogs. I love walking in the mountains, and would love a companion to take on my walks, but am also open to smaller breeds that can keep me company at home. I live in the Lake District so there are plenty of local walks and trails to suit all breeds. I am fortunate enough to work from home 2 days a week so am also able to offer overnight stays during the week. All week days are available upon request. I can be flexible and try to accommodate your specific needs. I am able to work from home during the week if required and am therefore able to offer weekend and weekday overnight stays. I live in the Lake District with plenty of lovely walking routes. I also have a fenced garden so your dog can play in the garden. I have one small cat, called Nala. She is a timid cat and will likely stay out or stay upstairs away from the dog, but she is harmless. Please provide your dogs bed and treats so I can ensure they feel as comfortable as possible.
