I’ve had dogs on/off for 30yr, and the last 25yr I’ve also had horses. I’ve worked in kennels and cattery and been around all kinds of animals lol. I enjoy being outdoors and the dogs would just come with me wherever I go as part of the family. I have house sitting on to book but it’s rare I can do it but do ask and I’ll see what I can do.

Highly recommended, Katrina looked after my 2 cockapoos for 2 days and 1 night, where Katrina sent regular updates showing they were fine, playing in her house, garden as fenced off,and in the paddling pool after saying they love water. They went on a couple of walks too. I was worried leaving both my dogs at first as they have only stayed with family members, from the moment we met Katrina I felt at ease the dogs would be fine, also the dogs were calm and relaxed as the vibes in her home were very calm . I would happily leave my dogs with Katrina again she is lovely very good with the dogs, highly recommend 🐶🐶
Katrina was absolutely brilliant with our cat Sparkie! She came to meet him beforehand, and left brilliant visit cards while we were away. Nothing was too much bother and it was so reassuring knowing she was looking after him. I would highly recommend - thank you so much Katrina!
Thanks to Katrina for taking really good care of Freya. We received regular photos and updates on how Freya was getting on. This was really reassuring, and meant that we could relax in the knowledge that she was safe and being well looked after.
Poppy hasn’t been to Katrina’s since last October but she definitely remembered and was really happy to go again. Lots of updates throughout the day which is very reassuring.
Katrina looked after our working cocker and she exceeded all expectations! She provided regular ‘pupdates’ including pictures of him out having fun! The little guy had such a great time and actually looked sad when we got him in the car to leave! Thank you so much and I know chef can’t until his next sleepover - can’t recommend highly enough!
Katrina was great. She kept me up to date every day with photos and was very flexible with times and even asked about things like leaving the dog by himself for an hour. Her daughter also did some training with my dog. Clearly Katrina had a lot of love and respect for dogs and I’d recommend her to anyone

Schedule
I currently work full time so don’t really want a dog full time as not fair on them even though I can work from home sometimes :-) a friend recommended this app so seems like the next best thing to help others

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fully enclosed back garden with 6ft fence, grass and yard areas. I live on a cul de sac so safe when first take the dogs out. Dogs won’t be allowed on my bed but can go on the living room furniture and will as my own dog would. I attended dog training classes for agility and obedience for a long time then helped out at the classes so I can carry on with any training you may be doing with your own dogs. I’ve cared for family and friends pets when the need arises, they vary in size and temperament. I have also had a springer, working cocker and boxer of my own, sadly no longer here.
A typical day
They would be treated as one of my own would be so can chill in/out of the house safely, walks and play time. We can meet friends with their dogs but would be kept on a lead / flexi whichever is your preference
