About: I have my own fox red labrador who we have raised since a puppy to be a very lovely and well mannered dog, I am very proud of her (and myself!) I attended puppy classes with her so have some basic skills in training and understanding of dog behaviour. This has sparked a passion for all dogs (yes I am the annoying woman that talks to them all!) I have walked dogs including a big bouncy golden retriever and a nervous collie mix. I am a registered volunteer with an animal charity for dog walking/pet sitting and am first aid trained. I now have time during the week and some weekends and evenings and would like to dedicate them to your dogs and other pets. I can sometimes be available at short notice. Ideally I would want a free meet and greet first to make sure your dog and I are going to be best mates :) I have at least one week day off per week and some working from home days which will allow me to do some dog walks during the week. I also have some weekends. My own dog is very socialised if you wanted a friend for yours I'd be happy to arrange a meet to see if they could be walked together. I care for pets according to your instruction and their routine. Dog walks are always on lead in the first instance, if you are happy for your dog to be off lead I will only do this once we have build trust and a bond that means this is safe.

About: I've had dogs of varying breeds my whole life, and so I'm comfortable looking after any dog. I regularly look after dogs for friends and family with the help of my friendly Cavapoo, Nellie. I treat all dogs like I would my own, with full access to the house and garden and a lot of love. I love walking and so am always keen to exercise dogs and give them a rewarding day. I work from home three days a week (Tues/Weds/Thurs) and so can be flexible throughout the week as well as on weekends. Dogs fit into our lives seemlessly and so we are always happy to have them in the house. I have a fenced garden and a friendly Cavapoo, Nellie who is always happy to share toys and keep dogs company whilst with us. I treat other's dogs as if they were my own; with a lot of love, attention and walks.

About: I have recently completed my final year studying Animal Management at university, where I’ve gained a strong understanding of dog behaviour, training, health, and welfare. This allows me to provide more than just basic care—I can recognise body language, support positive behaviour, and tailor each dog’s routine to suit their individual needs. I have experience caring for dogs of different breeds, sizes, and temperaments, including more nervous or anxious dogs who may need extra patience and reassurance. I’m also confident reinforcing basic training such as lead manners and general obedience during their stay if needed. Another key difference is that your dog will rarely ever be left alone. Between me and my partner, someone is typically always home, so your dog will have constant supervision, companionship, and attention throughout the day. We are also both insured outside of Rover! I also provide a calm, spacious home environment and keep my bookings limited to a maximum of 2 dogs (as long as both owners are informed and have agreed prior), so each dog receives focused care rather than being one of many. Combined with regular updates and photos, I aim to give owners complete peace of mind while their dog is with me. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I work in the pub downstairs (Thursday-Saturday evenings - can change depending on your booking!), but between me and my partner, one of us is always at home—so your dog will never be left alone. This allows me to provide consistent supervision, regular walks, playtime, and companionship throughout the day. I’m also able to be flexible with routines, whether your dog prefers early walks, multiple shorter outings, or a more relaxed schedule. Because I’m in my final year of studying Animal Management, pet care is a central part of my lifestyle, not just something I do occasionally. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I provide a calm, secure, and spacious home environment in our private upstairs living area, away from noise and distractions. I always take the time to understand each dog’s routine, behaviour, and any specific needs before their stay. With my background in Animal Management, I’m confident reading dog body language, managing different temperaments, and ensuring a safe, stress-free environment. I keep bookings limited so each dog receives plenty of attention and space. I also carefully manage introductions and interactions if there are multiple dogs, always prioritising safety. Regular updates and photos are provided so you can feel confident and reassured while your dog is in my care.

About: Hi everyone, I am Hannah and I live with my boyfriend Ben, we love all animals and we had a rescue dog, Kali in my picture who sadly passed away in December and we really miss her company, especially when I work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays and on the weekends when we are indoors. We would love to get another dog but are not ready to yet so would love to start dog walking and dog sitting to have the company and friendship of a dog. Kali was a difficult dog and we struggled to find dog sitters for her so we are very patient an understand how rescue dogs can be. I work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays and would love to look after a dog when I am at home. I would be able to take them for an hour walk at lunch time and they would get lots of cuddles treats and belly rubs! We are also at home a lot on weekends so if we have no plans we are more than happy to dog sit and even have the dog stay at ours overnight I have a fenced garden. I will be here all day, I may have to pop out for a maximum of one hour but I will make sure that I take the dog for a walk beforehand

I have many years experience with my own and other peoples dogs, having lived with dogs from 6 years old and having my first dog walking business at 13. As every dog is different I will listen to you and be guided by how you would like me to take care of your dog and try to ensure that they have a safe, loving and fun experience. I currently work part-time from home with flexible hours, so will have plenty of time to play with and care for your dog. We have many beautiful areas to enjoy walks nearby. We have a fenced garden and a friendly loving dog to keep your dog company. I am confident with crating your dog if needed and am happy with administrating medicines if required.

About: I work from home and have always had a passion for caring for animals, so pet care allows me to combine both. I absolutely adore both cats and dogs and take great pride in providing a safe, loving environment for them. I’ve grown up with pets and have personally owned two dogs, including a Romanian rescue with reactivity and guarding behaviours, whom I successfully trained. This experience has given me a strong understanding of different temperaments, body language and the patience needed to care for each dog as an individual. I currently own a greyhound and regularly dog sit, walk, and board for friends, giving me hands on experience with a wide range of breeds and personalities. I’m fortunate to live right next to a park, which allows for plenty of long walks and I also have a fully secure garden where dogs can relax and play safely. My home is a comfortable two bedroom house, offering a calm and welcoming space. Your pet will receive plenty of love, attention, and care while staying with me, and their safety and happiness are always my top priorities. I also enjoy animal photography, so I’ll be sure to keep you updated with regular photos during their stay. I work full time at home. I can take your dog out for lovely long walks with my dog or on its own as I’m right next to the park! And give all the fuss as though they were my own dog I have a fully secured garden so your dog can go in and out whenever needs to go to the toilet. About: Claire’s Canines started in 2021, but the idea and planning for it began way back in 2018 and 2019 when I was living in Spain. I often walked my friends' dogs to help when she was at work, and dog sat for her when she had to work overtime. Upon my return to the UK, I missed the experience and decided to start up my own company full time. I cater for all dogs of all breeds and ages and understand some dogs love a good run, while others prefer a slow simple walk. Every walk is bespoke to your dog's needs, for example, if you have a young dog who needs good daily exercise, we will give them a chance to exercise off-leash (with owners permission). Older dogs or dogs with health problems will be provided with shorter more local walks, less strenuous, but still getting that crucial exercise needed. I hope that your dogs will be able to join us on our adventures and don’t worry if your dog is not particularly sociable. I can cater for solo walks too. Best paw forward! Love from Claire Morning walks between 7 and 11. Midday walks between 12 and 2. Afternoon walks 3 and 6. All walks last an hour unless otherwise arranged. All dogs are walked and returned to your property, given clean fresh water, and treats (if allowed) are left contented and happy. I do not include any driving time in the session, so your dogs get their full allotted timescale of fun!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 14. At home there is myself husband and our mature dog savvy daughter. We have both of our sister dogs regularly - which you will see in our pics. My friends and family have relied on us to show affection and cuddles as well as life necessity of walking, feeding and bathing their furry friends. My husband and myself both have experience with rescue dogs too. We don’t currently have a dog of our own because we work 2 late days. But the other 5 days we are available for doggy day care and for boarding. We have a large garden and a huge field about a 3 minute walk away so your pets will always get what exercise they need, depending on what they need. We have a large downstairs with a comfy sofa. We will follow the rules you set, when it comes to where your pet is allowed. The same as if we are in your home, we will follow your pet rules.

She has arrived a little before start of booking to give little pup time to adjust and always with a bright attitude got on with what she needed to do, gave Ace a little time as he quite nervous and has toilet accident, she has given me such a great reassurance on his first walk with someone outside the family. Pictures with updates have been great. Tia has great manner and during our meet and greet she had already filled me with confidence that she would know how to handle a puppy and this weekend proved that with a triple walk!
