About: I'm a huge dog lover with experience caring for dogs of different sizes and personalities. Over the years I've regularly dog sat and walked dogs for friends, including overnight stays in owners' homes and welcoming dogs into my own home for day care and overnight stays. One of my favourite walking companions is Milo, a friendly Cockapoo who loves long walks and is wonderful with my children. I enjoy getting outdoors and making sure dogs have the exercise, stimulation, and attention they need. I'm based in Rochford and love exploring the local area with dogs. Some of my favourite routes include walks along the River Roach, through Magnolia Park, and around the local green spaces nearby. I also live close to "Teletubby Land", a popular area where dogs can enjoy plenty of space to run and play. My current availability is Monday to Friday between 9:30am and 2:45pm, making me ideal for daytime walks while owners are at work or busy during the day. I can also offer some weekend availability. I understand how important it is to know your dog is safe, happy, and well cared for, and I will always treat them as if they were my own. My availability is currently Monday to Friday between 9:30am and 2:45pm, which fits perfectly with daytime dog walks, pet visits, and check-ins while owners are at work or away from home. I can also offer some weekend availability, depending on the date and requirements. As a local Rochford resident, I'm familiar with the surrounding area and can be flexible with walks and visits nearby. I aim to provide dependable, caring support for pets and their owners, and I'm always happy to discuss individual needs and schedules where possible. Your pet's safety, wellbeing, and happiness will always be my top priority. I take the time to get to know each pet's individual needs, routines, and personality so that they feel comfortable and secure while in my care. Whether it's a dog walk, a home visit, or a day stay, I'll ensure your pet receives plenty of attention, exercise, affection, and care. I live in a safe, family-friendly area in Rochford with a small garden and easy access to local walking routes and open spaces. My children are used to being around dogs and are always taught to be calm, gentle, and respectful around animals. One of our regular canine visitors, Milo the Cockapoo, gets on wonderfully with them and enjoys joining us on long walks. For cats, I understand that many prefer the comfort and familiarity of their own home and routine. During visits, I'll make sure your cat has fresh food and water, a clean litter tray, and as much attention—or personal space—as they prefer. Whether your cat is sociable and playful or more independent, I'll adapt to their needs and help them feel relaxed and cared for while you're away. I understand how important trust is when leaving your beloved pet with someone else, and I'll always treat your pets and your home with respect. I'm happy to provide updates and photos during visits or stays so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is safe, happy, and well looked after.

About: I’ve always had a genuine love for dogs. Whilst I was at university, I began dog walking as a hobby — helping my neighbours care for their dogs during the day while also giving myself a reason to get outdoors and do something that truly made me happy. What started as a small pastime quickly became something I looked forward to every day. Since then, my love for dogs has only grown, and I’m now the proud owner of a cockapoo called Peggy. She’s incredibly friendly, loves meeting new furry friends, and is always happiest when she’s surrounded by other dogs. I currently work remotely, which means I have plenty of flexibility and time to give your pups the attention, play, and exercise they deserve. Having a dog of my own means I’m always ready for an adventurous walk, rain or shine! I’m also available for house sitting during the week or at weekends, and I’m happy to work around your needs to make sure your dog feels comfortable and well cared for. With plenty of experience caring for dogs in their own homes, I’m more than happy to stick closely to your dog’s usual routine to keep them calm, comfortable, and settled. If your pup enjoys playing and socialising, they’ll have a wonderful time spending the day with my friendly cockapoo, Peggy — she loves the company of other dogs! Above all, I’m always happy to follow your lead and care for your pet in the way that suits them best.

Wendy was lovely and we're really happy with her walking Albie. I highly recommend her and would ask her again if she were available in the future if we need to use a dog walking service. It gave us peace of mind that Albie was getting his usual walk and sticking to his normal routine while we were away. Thank you Wendy.

About: I am currently transitioning from a professional corporate career to dedicate myself fully to my passion for canine care. As a mother and a lifelong dog owner, I understand that your dog is a cherished member of your family. I bring a high level of organisation, reliability, and professional integrity to my work, ensuring your pet is safe and well cared for while you are away. My experience is built on years of personal ownership and caring for the pets of friends and family. I am experienced with a wide range of breeds, but I have a particular love for Jack Russell Terriers. I enjoy their spirited personalities and the unique energy they bring, and I am very comfortable managing the "terrier attitude" with patience and consistency. To ensure I provide the best possible care, I am currently studying for my Level 3 in K9 Care and Welfare (VTQ). I believe that a consistent, predictable routine is essential for a dog's well being. During a typical home visit or walk from your home, I start with a thorough safety check of your dog’s lead and harness. We will head out to local spots for exercise and mental stimulation. After our walk, I ensure paws are wiped, ticks are checked for, and fresh water is provided. If I am sitting at your home, I strictly follow your dog's feeding, walking and garden schedule to keep their stress levels low. Your dog’s safety and your home's security are my absolute priorities. Vetted and Insured: I am fully DBS checked and operate with comprehensive pet-sitting insurance. Emergency Prepared: I am VTQ K9 First Aid trained (and I carry a pet specific first aid kit on all walks. I pride myself on clear, professional communication and will provide you with regular photos and updates throughout our time together so you have total peace of mind. Pet care is a core part of my daily routine, and I’ve structured my day to ensure I’m available when dogs need me most. I dedicate two primary blocks of time to my furry clients: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM for morning and midday exercise, and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM for late afternoon walks. By keeping these windows consistent, I can provide reliable, on time visits that fit perfectly around my family commitments while ensuring your pup stays active and happy throughout the day. I believe trust is built through professional knowledge and genuine care. As a current student of the Level 3 Canine Care and Welfare qualification, I bring an academic understanding of dog behaviour and welfare to every walk. This helps me read body language effectively, ensuring your dog is always comfortable, happy, and stress free in my care. Your pet’s safety is my absolute priority: Emergency Preparedness: I am VTQ First Aid trained (in-person), meaning I have the practical skills to handle unexpected situations calmly and effectively. Home Security: I treat your home with the utmost respect, following all security protocols, ensuring gates are locked, and double-checking that your dog is settled and hydrated before I depart. Attentive Walking: I maintain full focus on your dog during our time together, staying alert to the environment and avoiding potential hazards or stressful encounters. I provide detailed updates and photos after every session, so you can have total peace of mind knowing your pup is in the hands of someone who truly understands and prioritises their well being.

About: I have been working at a kennels for over 2 years with a variety of different dog breeds, and friends and family’s can always rely on me when needing a pet sitter or carer. I am currently working 2-3 days a week and therefore have sufficient amounts of time for dog sitting and walking throughout the week when needed. Within the owners home I would ensure I am familiar with the environment making sure it is kept safe and secure. I would learn the personality and behaviour of the pet and know their routine for walking and feeding as well as administering any medication if needed when in my care. I would also keep an eye out for any signs of illness or distress, and have the owners contact details and their vet services information to hand. Whilst out walking I would ensure that the pet is kept on a lead and be aware of the surrounding area including traffic, other pets, people and cyclists to name a few.

About: From a young age i have always loved all kinds of animals (more than humans🤭) We had cats, rabbits, hamsters at home from a young age then when i married my husband we homed a beagle cross from a puppy who we had till sadly we had to rehome at the age of 7 years. We as a family love animals including my son who was really gentle with our dog and played with him whilst letting him have his own space. I love going to different places for walks, the woods, beach & country parks so having a dog to take with me would be lovely company after rehoming ours. If your searching for a pet sitter who loves animals and will give them lots of love and attention look no further! I offer flexible and customizable pet sitting services to meet the needs of both you and your pets. Please get in touch. Thankyou Victoria I am currently a stay at home mum and have lots of time & love to give an animal. I also drive i have an estate with a large boot big enough for dogs, also available for drop in pet visits play, feed, etc. After rehoming my dog i really miss taking him for walks, finding new places to explore and giving an animal that love and attention they deserve. When we had our dog we would go out everyday somewhere new for a long walk exploring and meeting other dogs which he loved. We live in a spacious 2 bedroom flat with a communal garden area. Pets are allowed on the bed and sofas, our dog used to sleep in bed with us so its not problem if they wanted to. I can administer flee and worming tablets if needed. I dont have a crate as we got rid of ours as it distressed our dog but can use yours if your dog is happy & content in a crate. Our dog had severe separation anxiety so I couldn't leave him he came everywhere with me, so if your dog suffers with this please be assured I will not leave them alone and fully understand how anxious it makes them. I can also come to your house for check ins, walks, play and feed.
