About: We have been around dogs our whole lives and have been helping care for family, friends' and neighbours' pets. We understand the importance of keeping pets happy, safe and comfortable while their owners are away. Whether it's feeding, walking, playtime, administering basic care, or simply providing companionship, we treat every dog as if they were my own. Pet care fits naturally into our daily routine. Elicia works from home during the day, while Jack works during the day and is home in the evenings, meaning there is usually someone available to provide care, attention and companionship. We already enjoy taking two walks each day, so regular exercise and outdoor time are part of our routine. Your dog would be treated as part of the family, with plenty of opportunities for walks, playtime, affection and relaxation throughout the day. We are committed to maintaining your pet's usual routine as closely as possible to help them feel comfortable and settled while in our care. We provide a safe, caring and comfortable environment for every dog in our care. We live in a flat with access to a secure garden, giving dogs space to relax and enjoy outdoor time throughout the day. Dogs staying with us will receive at least two walks a day, alongside plenty of attention, playtime and companionship. We are happy to accommodate crate-trained dogs and will follow their normal routine to help them feel settled and secure. We will cater to your dog's feeding schedule and any specific care requirements, ensuring their needs are met while they are with us. Regular toilet breaks are provided throughout the day, and we ask that dogs are house-trained. We will send regular updates for what your doggy is up to!

“Ria and Greg had been amazing dog sitters for our Gem. I was anxious because I was leaving Gem for first time for 5 days. They put me at ease and assured me they will take care of him and make him comfortable. The moment I left their home they started sending me photos and videos of Gem settling in . Throughout I got regular updates about Gem from morning to night. They took him on regular walks and he also had the company of their lovely dog Nala. I would definitely use them in future. Ria and Greg are really welcoming and easy to communicate with. Thank you Ria and Greg.”

She kept me updated with messages and photos, which gave me real peace of mind while I was away. My dog came back happy, healthy and clearly very well looked after. It’s obvious Rita pays close attention to each dog’s needs and treats them like her own. I would absolutely trust her again for long stays and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and responsible sitter. Thank you, Rita!”

About: My extended family have always had dogs and I've got experience with many breeds from great danes to yorshire terriers through all stages of their lives. From a youngster we had German shepherd's in the family and I was raised knowing that dogs are not pets, they are beloved family members with complex needs. I've volunteered at a number of animal rescues over the last two decades, driven by my love of animals and skill in dealing with a wide range of species. I'm the proud dad of a large rescue staffy x who is the centre of my world. You can be assured I will treat your companion with the utmost kindness and respect. I'm flexible depending on your dogs needs, I really enjoy long walks but if your dog prefers a slower, more sniffy walk, I'm happy to amble along at their pace. I'm at home most of the day as I don't leave my dog alone for longer than 2/3 hours. I'm an electrician by trade but am currently on an extended sabbatical. I'm in a ground floor flat with an 80 foot long, secure back garden with a 6ft fence. We have a friendly rescue dog, a young male bulldog x staffy. He's well socislised and enjoys the company of other dogs, he's neutered but particularly loves the ladies. We're a 20 minute walk from parks and the sea front. I'm trustworthy, respectful and have a recent DBS check if you require me to attend your home.
“Max had a fab time at Rebecca’s. He was taken out for a walk and a swim and I got lots of regular updates. Would definitely book in again and highly recommend Rebecca for looking after your dog. A real animal lover!”

“Daniel looked after Daisy and Chester for a trial overnight and we are so pleased that it went well. Regular updates showed that both dogs settled quickly and easily. They were comfortable and at home and when we picked the dogs up afterwards it was very obvious how well they had both taken to Daniel. Will be booking again.”

“Dean was an excellent Dogsitter. He very kindly provided daily updates and our dog was clearly very happy with him. Loved seeing her chilling and playing at his home and will definitely be using him again Thanks Dean!”

“We were so happy we found Sheila to look after Alfie he was very well looked after and he slept for the whole afternoon and night when we got him back he obviously had a lot of fun and by chance there was another boxer dog there and were told they played constantly together. Would defiantly use Sheila again when I need a sitter and would recommend her.”

“Beverley was absolutely wonderful looking after our dog, Lola. From the moment we met her, we felt completely at ease knowing Lola would be in safe and caring hands. She was friendly, reliable, and went out of her way to make sure Lola was happy and well looked after. We could tell Beverly genuinely loves animals, and that gave us such peace of mind while we were away. We would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy pet sitter.”

“David is calm and welcoming and you feel confident that your doggy is in good hands with him. This is the first time Lenny has stayed with David but we got lots of updates and photos which was very reassuring and gave us peace of mind that he had settled in well. Lenny seemed very happy and content when I picked him up. Thank you to David and the family for taking care of Lenny for us 😊🐾”

“Donna looked after our dog Charlie while we were on holiday, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for anyone better. From the moment I met her and her husband , it was clear how caring, professional, and genuinely passionate they both are about animals. Charlie absolutely adored both Donna and her husband, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Donna kept us regularly updated with messages and photos, which meant so much and allowed us to fully relax knowing he was happy, safe, and well cared for. It was obvious he wasn’t just being “looked after” — he was being loved and treated like part of her family. When we returned, Charlie was calm, content, and clearly had a wonderful time. Donna went above and beyond in every way, and we are so grateful for the exceptional care she gave him. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Donna to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, kind, and reliable to care for their pet. She is absolutely fantastic, and we will definitely be booking her again.”

About: Having grown up with dogs my whole life, and getting my own a few years ago, i know how uncomfortable it can be leaving them behind. No need to worry, i can ensure you you dog wont be getting bored or stressed with my Beagle, Molly around them. I currently work full time with a very flexible office/work from home schedule. I cant change my days around frequently but usually work from home on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I can work from home the entire week if needed for longer term stays. Dogs will be at least 45 minute walk per day, unless you request otherwise. My dog stays on a long line lead as her Beagle nose stops her ears working frequently. It is your preference if you want your on or off lead when walking. My usual routine is feed in the morning and evening. Happy to continue any routine you already have in place to ensure your pets are made to feel as comfortable as possible.

About: I'm a huge dog lover with experience caring for dogs of different sizes and personalities. Over the years I've regularly dog sat and walked dogs for friends, including overnight stays in owners' homes and welcoming dogs into my own home for day care and overnight stays. One of my favourite walking companions is Milo, a friendly Cockapoo who loves long walks and is wonderful with my children. I enjoy getting outdoors and making sure dogs have the exercise, stimulation, and attention they need. I'm based in Rochford and love exploring the local area with dogs. Some of my favourite routes include walks along the River Roach, through Magnolia Park, and around the local green spaces nearby. I also live close to "Teletubby Land", a popular area where dogs can enjoy plenty of space to run and play. My current availability is Monday to Friday between 9:30am and 2:45pm, making me ideal for daytime walks while owners are at work or busy during the day. I can also offer some weekend availability. I understand how important it is to know your dog is safe, happy, and well cared for, and I will always treat them as if they were my own. My availability is currently Monday to Friday between 9:30am and 2:45pm, which fits perfectly with daytime dog walks, pet visits, and check-ins while owners are at work or away from home. I can also offer some weekend availability, depending on the date and requirements. As a local Rochford resident, I'm familiar with the surrounding area and can be flexible with walks and visits nearby. I aim to provide dependable, caring support for pets and their owners, and I'm always happy to discuss individual needs and schedules where possible. Your pet's safety, wellbeing, and happiness will always be my top priority. I take the time to get to know each pet's individual needs, routines, and personality so that they feel comfortable and secure while in my care. I live in a safe, family-friendly area in Rochford with a small garden and easy access to local walking routes and open spaces. My children are used to being around dogs and are always taught to be calm, gentle, and respectful around animals. One of our regular canine visitors, Milo the Cockapoo, gets on wonderfully with them and enjoys joining us on long walks. For cats, I understand that many prefer the comfort and familiarity of their own home and routine. During visits, I'll make sure your cat has fresh food and water, a clean litter tray, and as much attention—or personal space—as they prefer. Whether your cat is sociable and playful or more independent, I'll adapt to their needs and help them feel relaxed and cared for while you're away. I understand how important trust is when leaving your beloved pet with someone else, and I'll always treat your pets and your home with respect. About: I’ve always had a genuine love for dogs. Whilst I was at university, I began dog walking as a hobby — helping my neighbours care for their dogs during the day while also giving myself a reason to get outdoors and do something that truly made me happy. What started as a small pastime quickly became something I looked forward to every day. Since then, my love for dogs has only grown, and I’m now the proud owner of a cockapoo called Peggy. She’s incredibly friendly, loves meeting new furry friends, and is always happiest when she’s surrounded by other dogs. I currently work remotely, which means I have plenty of flexibility and time to give your pups the attention, play, and exercise they deserve. Having a dog of my own means I’m always ready for an adventurous walk, rain or shine! I’m also available for house sitting during the week or at weekends, and I’m happy to work around your needs to make sure your dog feels comfortable and well cared for. With plenty of experience caring for dogs in their own homes, I’m more than happy to stick closely to your dog’s usual routine to keep them calm, comfortable, and settled. If your pup enjoys playing and socialising, they’ll have a wonderful time spending the day with my friendly cockapoo, Peggy — she loves the company of other dogs! Above all, I’m always happy to follow your lead and care for your pet in the way that suits them best.

“Wendy was lovely and we're really happy with her walking Albie. I highly recommend her and would ask her again if she were available in the future if we need to use a dog walking service. It gave us peace of mind that Albie was getting his usual walk and sticking to his normal routine while we were away. Thank you Wendy.”

About: I am currently transitioning from a professional corporate career to dedicate myself fully to my passion for canine care. As a mother and a lifelong dog owner, I understand that your dog is a cherished member of your family. I bring a high level of organisation, reliability, and professional integrity to my work, ensuring your pet is safe and well cared for while you are away. My experience is built on years of personal ownership and caring for the pets of friends and family. I am experienced with a wide range of breeds, but I have a particular love for Jack Russell Terriers. I enjoy their spirited personalities and the unique energy they bring, and I am very comfortable managing the "terrier attitude" with patience and consistency. To ensure I provide the best possible care, I am currently studying for my Level 3 in K9 Care and Welfare (VTQ). I believe that a consistent, predictable routine is essential for a dog's well being. During a typical home visit or walk from your home, I start with a thorough safety check of your dog’s lead and harness. We will head out to local spots for exercise and mental stimulation. After our walk, I ensure paws are wiped, ticks are checked for, and fresh water is provided. If I am sitting at your home, I strictly follow your dog's feeding, walking and garden schedule to keep their stress levels low. Your dog’s safety and your home's security are my absolute priorities. Vetted and Insured: I am fully DBS checked and operate with comprehensive pet-sitting insurance. Emergency Prepared: I am VTQ K9 First Aid trained (and I carry a pet specific first aid kit on all walks. I pride myself on clear, professional communication and will provide you with regular photos and updates throughout our time together so you have total peace of mind. Pet care is a core part of my daily routine, and I’ve structured my day to ensure I’m available when dogs need me most. I dedicate two primary blocks of time to my furry clients: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM for morning and midday exercise, and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM for late afternoon walks. By keeping these windows consistent, I can provide reliable, on time visits that fit perfectly around my family commitments while ensuring your pup stays active and happy throughout the day. I believe trust is built through professional knowledge and genuine care. As a current student of the Level 3 Canine Care and Welfare qualification, I bring an academic understanding of dog behaviour and welfare to every walk. This helps me read body language effectively, ensuring your dog is always comfortable, happy, and stress free in my care. Your pet’s safety is my absolute priority: Emergency Preparedness: I am VTQ First Aid trained (in-person), meaning I have the practical skills to handle unexpected situations calmly and effectively. Home Security: I treat your home with the utmost respect, following all security protocols, ensuring gates are locked, and double-checking that your dog is settled and hydrated before I depart. Attentive Walking: I maintain full focus on your dog during our time together, staying alert to the environment and avoiding potential hazards or stressful encounters. I provide detailed updates and photos after every session, so you can have total peace of mind knowing your pup is in the hands of someone who truly understands and prioritises their well being.

Can home a happy tired pooch. Her home is clean, tidy and very dog friendly. Would definitely use Catriona in the future.”

This is the first time Lenny has stayed with David but we got lots of updates and photos which was very reassuring and gave us peace of mind that he had settled in well.

“When we first met Deb we knew straight away that she and Freddie would be a good fit. Freddie has had a day stay and recently overnight for 2 nights. Deb treats Freddie as her own, going for long walks and enjoying each other's company. I would definitely recommend. Paula”

“We can’t rate Lauren highly enough! Our Bella loved her time with Lauren and the kids. Trying to pick Bella up to bring her home and she curls up next to Lauren, which I’m taking as the dog equivalent of “I want to live here now”. We’ve already rebooked with Lauren for the next trip away”

About: I had my own labradoodle from a puppy and have cared for friends and families pets since he passed away 8 years ago. Myself and my husband have 2 children (10 & 7) and they love playing with the animals too. We love going for walks as a family and happy for the dogs to tag along! I am currently working part time (flexible days) so am able to change my days if needed to look after your pets. I will be mainly at home during the week so can take on lots of walks/play/toilet breaks. I live in a detached house with a large fenced garden so it’s safe for animals. I don’t have any pets (just the 2 children!) and happy to just care for one at a time (or pets from the same family). I don’t have a crate but have the space for one if you wanted to provide.
“Mylo loved this stay & it was so nice for us to know Mylo was having a nice time whilst we were away! We loved the updates, photos and that Mylo was involved with the family activities. We would 100% recommend.”

“Catherine was great, we did a meet and greet and our pups were happy to spend time together. It was easy to drop off and pick up and Catherine and pup allowed Maggie the whole sofa while they sat squashed into an armchair - what more could I want for my little princess haha :)”
