About: I moved in with my partner from my family home nearly 3 years ago, where I cared for my family dog for over 18 years and continue to do on a regular basis. I now also have two 3 year old dogs of my own, pugs Nellie and Nala! I have cared for a variety of dogs via Rover since January 2024, and also for friends and family’s dogs over the years, of all sizes and ages. I work from home 3/5 days of the working week, with a fair amount of flexibility in my schedule. Because of all of this, I am able to care for your fur babies when I am home in the week. I am available for dog walks or drop-ins for your pets throughout the day in the week. I drive and I am happy to have your pets in the car strapped in with a bed or blanket (or a cage if this is your preference and what they are used to) if required. For walks, my preference is to remain on a long lead regardless of if they have a good recall or not. Please do drop me a message if you would like more details on my experience with dogs, or if you have any questions about how I can cater to your fur baby 😊 I work from home Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and I can be available on weekends with a relatively flexible schedule throughout all of these days. If you would require me to visit your home to care for your dog, it would be great to visit, or have a video call, beforehand so I can familiarise myself with the space and where everything is to care for your pet.

About: I’ve always had a genuine love for dogs. Whilst I was at university, I began dog walking as a hobby — helping my neighbours care for their dogs during the day while also giving myself a reason to get outdoors and do something that truly made me happy. What started as a small pastime quickly became something I looked forward to every day. Since then, my love for dogs has only grown, and I’m now the proud owner of a cockapoo called Peggy. She’s incredibly friendly, loves meeting new furry friends, and is always happiest when she’s surrounded by other dogs. I currently work remotely, which means I have plenty of flexibility and time to give your pups the attention, play, and exercise they deserve. Having a dog of my own means I’m always ready for an adventurous walk, rain or shine! I’m also available for house sitting during the week or at weekends, and I’m happy to work around your needs to make sure your dog feels comfortable and well cared for. With plenty of experience caring for dogs in their own homes, I’m more than happy to stick closely to your dog’s usual routine to keep them calm, comfortable, and settled. If your pup enjoys playing and socialising, they’ll have a wonderful time spending the day with my friendly cockapoo, Peggy — she loves the company of other dogs! About: Hi, I’m Michelle. I’m new to Rover, but not new to caring for animals. I’ve been looking after pets for around 15 years through private clients and recommendations, and I’m now looking to take on more pet-care clients and spend more of my time doing the work I really enjoy - being around animals. I live on my own, so when I’m caring for your pet or pets, they’ll have my full attention, with no other household members involved in their care. I originally got to know several of my pet-care clients through cleaning for them, and from there I also started looking after their pets, walking their dogs and house sitting while they were away. I’ve cared for both cats and dogs and understand how important it is to follow each animal’s individual routine. I’m dependable, caring and very attentive to instructions. I’m also very observant and naturally safety-conscious, particularly when walking dogs - I’m always aware of traffic, other dogs, what’s around us and anything on the ground they might try to eat or get into. I treat people’s homes and pets as if they were my own and always make sure their home is left clean, tidy and secure. I’m very security-conscious too - I’m the person who checks the door is locked and then checks it again just to make absolutely sure! I offer dog walking, puppy sitting, house sitting, cat sitting and drop-in visits for both cats and dogs, including feeding, toilet breaks, medication where required, playtime and plenty of fuss. I’m also happy to simply keep an animal company and give them the kind of attention they’re used to at home. I can also do home check-in visits if you’re away, even if your pets are with you, for things like checking everything is secure, picking up post, opening or closing curtains, turning lights on or off, or simply giving you peace of mind that someone has checked on the property. My availability can vary, so please feel free to message me with the dates and care you need, even if you’re not sure whether I’ll be available. I’m flexible and can often accommodate last-minute bookings. If you already have someone you normally use but they’re unavailable, I’m also very happy to provide occasional or last-minute cover. I don’t charge cancellation fees, even for last-minute changes. Plans change, and I’d rather make things as easy as possible for owners. I’m very flexible and can usually fit pet care around my day, including morning, daytime and evening visits. I can often accommodate last-minute bookings too and I’m happy to work around your pet’s usual routine. I’m very respectful of people’s homes and always follow the owner’s instructions carefully. I make sure pets are safe and settled, doors and windows are secure, keys are kept safe, and the home is left clean, tidy and secure. I’m also very happy to follow feeding, medication, exercise and other routines as requested.

About: I have grown up around pets and animals. I have my own miniature dachshund who is a loving and needy character. I am the girl that will go up to dogs at a party and stay there. I live with just Luna at a house so would love to open my home to help look after others dogs! It sounds like a dream and I work from home so will be here at all times. I will give regular updates via pictures and messages if requested as wouldn’t want to hassle you unless you wanted to! I used to have a childhood dog which was a Shih Tzu called Stanley that I would look after at home. I look after my Nans dog which is a Yorkshire terror when she goes on holiday. All rounded take them for walks play with them clean them, etc… I currently have an office job where I work from home so will be home majority of the time to provide the care needed for a dog and give them the attention they need! My house is a safe home nothing is lying around and my dog is a loving character just barks at the door at new people haha she’s only small though and wouldn’t do anything shes so loving! Takes her a min to adjust to a new dog but she will play after they have bonded.

About: Having had animals from a young age, I have always loved being around and caring for cats and dogs. I had a Sprocker spaniel growing up and enjoyed the energy and walks, and wanting to continue being around animals without my own at this time. I'm currently looking for a part time role and this fits perfectly around this, improving my physical health and my ambitions to make this full time! We would enjoy walks in the park with play time in the garden/ local areas. Within the next few months I will have a fenced garden close to fields, local parks and the sea within driving distance.
