“The best review I can leave is how much Bertie loves being out with Kathy. He can be quite nervous on lead and that makes him a little reactive, but with Kathy he has moved forward leaps and bounds, even happy to walk with her dog. We did originally just book Kathy for a short term but now Bertie goes out with her regularly. Couldn’t be happier ☺️”

“Sheila walked Benji while we were on holiday. We met in advance and introduced Benji. Sheila walked Benji on time and gave him a decent length walk. Benji loved it! Sheila was a great communicator and kept in touch with messages and photos. Thanks Sheila!”

“Thank you to Francesco for walking my Labrador for the first time today! Francesco arrived with plenty of time for me to hand Nia over. He clearly loves dogs, knows how to handle an excitable lab and how to put them at ease - Nia loved him straight away. Would 100% ask Francesco to walk Nia again. Thanks again!”

I offer 5k walks throughout the day, home visits and drop ins and also a quick spin around the block if required. I am a professional athlete and now have a lot more free time around my training hour. I can offer long walks, short walks or house drop ins at short notice. I love spending our Saturdays & Sundays down the seafront and would be great to have a little company from time to time on weekends. I ensure that pets are taken care of at the same level I would have cared for my own dogs. I’ll keep to their usual routines, and make sure they have lots of engaging fun during my time with them.

About: I have always loved dogs and wanted my own one for many years. I finally adopted a tiny little pup in 2018. I’d like to use Rover to help others with small dog care as I know you want to leave your dog with someone who cares as much about them as you do. I'm fairly easy going and patient. I often take care of my friends dogs when they go away so have experience taking care of 2-3 small dogs at a time, though my preference would be just to have one other during the day when I’m working from home and at weekends. Happy to walk any size dog as long as they are good walking on a lead. Will only care for small dogs in my own home as I have a small dog. I work from home 4 days a week and can be available short notice for local walks in Leigh On Sea. Ideally walks before 9am, around lunchtime and after 6pm weekdays. Weekends available on an adhoc basis I have a small secure fenced garden with a metal staircase that leads down to it, so your pup will be safe to roam freely in the garden.
About: I’ve grown up with dogs & absolutely adore them! I’ve dog sat for friends and family members in the past. Care for very old and very lively dogs and all in between! I work from home 2 days a week so can bring my laptop with me to your home on these days. I don’t have too many meetings and have time to care and play with your dog throughout the day. I also have flexible starting and finishing times within reason and an hour for lunch to pay your dog full attention! On the weekends, I’d love to get out more walking and fill the time with caring for some gorgeous pooches! Predominantly offering care at your home. Being a dog mum & caring for various dogs in the past I can follow any instructions given to care at your home. I also have a gorgeous friendly retriever who can come on dog walks where appropriate and keep your dog company!

About: As I grow older (and hopefully wiser!) I find myself constantly wanting to learn more and more about dogs. I’m still finding my feet 🐾 but I know for sure that my purpose is working with dogs and now I’m on a path which has lead me to creating a wonderful outlet for ALL dogs called The Zoom Room Mobile Dog Gym as well as going into dog training and hopefully GRC too! Growing up in this area and welcoming all ages and sizes of your furry friends. I left my job to fulfill my dream of working with animals full time because I am so passionate, so much so I am always learning new skills. I will always do my best to work around dates and times needed. I am transparent about what I do as I value honesty, as a pet owner myself, is all we can ask for with people looking after our babies🥹🐶 I would also like to add I am fully DBS checked and fully insured (separate from ROVER) and first aid trained (humans & dogs) 🥰
About: I’ve taken care of my dogs for over 10 years. I am reliable, caring and have plenty of knowledge and experience with things like walking, feeding, playing, bathing etc. I have also done dog sitting for my sister in law for a puppy and absolutely love it! I currently work Full time, and have my rota in advance so will have plenty of time to play / walk / dog sit / whatever you’d like! I have a fenced off garden and a safe home environment for my dogs so that they are safe and comfortable to roam about freely.

You only have to say Holly to Rory and he gets super excited, he loves their walks together! I always know Rory is being well looked after and having a great time, Holly is always understanding and accommodating if I am running late for our scheduled times or when changes need to be made because of weather etc. Super friendly person, and amazing with the doggies!
