“Our first 2 training walks with faith have been amazing. She has so much patience and I. Can highly recommend her. Training a reactive dog is so lonely and hard and faith is giving us hope for the future”

“Terry is consistent, kind and very professional. His timekeeping is excellent and Terry is very reliable. Loki loves his walks with Terry and knows when he arrives just by the car door closing now! Thank you so much Terry - we appreciate all that you do for our Loki!”

About: I’ve always lived with dogs - childhood pets, dog sitting when studying and now having my own dogs. Currently we have a young setter whom we trained from a puppy. I have experience in looking after a range of dogs but the majority of my experience is with spaniels (my previous dog was a springer spaniel), retrievers and Labrador’s and their needs. I’m used to high energy dogs who need lots of walking and game playing. I have experienced first hand the transformation in a dog once it has sufficient exercise and stimulation, so will always look to ensure that your dog has enough walking and play. Our setter has suffered from separation anxiety, so I very aware of the challenges of this & the resulting behaviour. We have worked hard to overcome this & with the right routine in place can now leave him for a couple of hours. We are also working very hard with his recall & making progress, I have honestly found training a ongoing personal achievement and has strengthened our bond hugely. With active dogs, in and out of puddles etc. I am very aware regular brushing is essential to keep their coat untangled and clean. Personally I think this is a lovely way to spent sometime with your dog when they are calm in the evening and happy to spend time with your dog in this way. I’m work from home part time supporting my partners carpentry business. I have two children (4&7) so have school runs twice a day. I’m around the majority of the day otherwise. I walk our dog after school drop off for at least an hour, we go to local open spaces or drive to the country parks. I will take him for another shorter walk either before pick up or later in the day once my partner is home. I'm happy to take additional walks if this is needed for your dog or play scent games in the house & when I'm home they are always free to go in the garden. I have a two year old friendly neutered male English Setter in my home. He likes all dogs and if they are energetic he will play with them. If they are senior he respects this and is gentle. I walk with him for over an hour a day and often go for runs. I can walk other dogs with or without him. If your dog was in our home, they would be in the same space as him on the ground floor and in the garden. Dogs are not allowed upstairs in the bedrooms but provide beds in each room, so they are able to to be with me throughout the day & are not left alone. Whilst the dog will never be left alone around the children (and my children have been around dogs all their lives), it will need to be happy to be in a family environment. Our setter (like a Labrador) is happy to try and eat anything! During mealtimes, our dog and any visiting dogs will be put in a different room. He is a counter surfer and so surfaces and tables are clear of food aside from mealtimes, so they do not get anything that might upset their tummies. I'm very vigilant on keeping any non dog friendly foods well away (raisins, chocolate etc.)

About: For the past 6 years I lived with my partners family who included 10 dogs, 20+ guinea pigs, 3 chickens, a hamster and a pig. Safe to say I love animals! I now live with my partner and our little corgi Liz. The 10 dogs were dachshunds, chihuahuas, Pomeranian, pekingese, French bulldog and an Afghan hound. I worked from home so was one of the primary carers for the dogs and I absolutely loved it. I have cared for them through all the good times and the bad. I have experience with a range of their healthcare issues including slipped discs, seizures, administering medications and partial paralysis. This has made me learn a lot about the dogs and given me insight into how to manage the unexpected. I’m currently on maternity leave until April 2027 so have great availability. Once back at work I work 3 days in an office and the rest from home so would be able to easily fit in your besties around my schedule. I have a securely fenced garden and the friendliest corgi to keep any friends company. She gets along with every dog she meets and loves to play. I have separation gates so if needed I can keep your furry friend separated from my dog, if they prefer to be alone for any reason. Pet safety and happiness is my priority, so I always have lots of water bowls, cool mats and stimulating toys for them available. I also have crates available if this is what makes you and your furry friend feel safe and happy.
About: I've grown up with dogs, my dog as a teen was my best friend. We went everywhere together and she was always by my side, so I truly know how much a dog becomes part of a family and how much they mean to you. I've also had multiple rescue cats over 20 years, my current cat i found at 6 weeks old and hes now 10. Im always nervous to leave him so completely understand if you are too. 4 years ago I started looking after other people's dogs and soon gained regular dog sitting. I also took on 2 dogs as a temporary foster care while the owner was unwell. Taking care of dogs isn't just a job, it's a passion. At the moment im at home so can provide care for your pets majority of the day. Unfortunately due to having an elderly cat i can't accommodate any animals in my own home, but im more than happy to pet sit in the pets own home. I also have 2 children who loves animals just as much as i do, they've been taught how to take care of animals and know how to respect an animals boundaries. I currently have availability between 9 and 2 on weekdays without my children but if your pets are good with kids then these hours can be extended later and during weekends. My children absolutely adore animals and know how to care for them. Unfortunately due to having an elderly cat, I can't accept dogs into my home. I will follow any routine that your pet needs in your home, follow any guidance on how your dog is walked, personalities, etc. And I will take care of them just like I would my own.

As a freelance worker, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to every pet in my care. About: I’ve had family dogs for many years, and since purchasing my own property, I have looked after friends and family pets on a regular basis which includes walks, dog sitting and over night stays. I am now been working with Rover for 18 months and loved every second of it! Check out my reviews for my information I work from home 5 days a week with a very relax working schedule therefore will be able to take your dog on day walks and play time when needed. I own my flat in Rochester which it is very close to a huge park and lots of lovely walking routes. I have enough space to crate your pet if necessary.
About: I have taken care of dogs since I was little. My family and friends always rely on me to help out with their pets. I would absolutely love to own a dog myself but with being a teacher 4 days a week I feel that it wouldn’t be fair. I’m a primary school teacher working 4 days a week and would be available in the evenings and all day on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday I have a secure fenced garden for any dogs that come to my house. I am also willing to come and spend time at your house.
About: I have had at least one dog in my life ever year since I was born due to being raised in a family of dog owners. Only up until recently when my jack russell, Molly passed away, have I been without a dog. Unfortunately my role as manager within the civil service means my work schedule does not allow me the time to care for a dog of my own full time. However I have two-three work from home days a week and often spend my weekends reading, writing or going for walks in the local area so I thought it be a good opportunity to offer my services to those who may need short term dog sitting. I have often dog and cat sat for family members and friends over the years, making it a little side hussle from the age of 18. My friends would often joke saying I prefer the company of a pet over humans, and I can say they are probably correct. I would welcome each pet into my home with love and care, ensuring they feel safe and have the best sleepovers they could possibly wish for. Also always happy to update with lots of pictures! I work at least 2 days from home a week but can be more on occasion and also have most weekends free. These dates do change depending on work schedule. I live in a spacious two bed flat, that has a shared fenced garden. However, I love going on walks so I will walk your dogs as often as you require them too. I will keep them stimulated with toys and provide them with a comfortable place to sleep. I wish to provide a space for your dogs to feel safe, happy and cared for.
About: have a very friendly environment for your fur ball at my place. I will make myself available to get very often for walk, as per needs. have a fenced garden for easy access as much as needed and I have a park nearby where we can enjoy frequent walks. My local park has a large field as well as woodlands. I manage my own diary working part-time and can be flexible for different lengths of stays or day care. I can allocate lots of time to meet your pets needs. At owner request. I provide food for them if is necessary But most of the time the owner bring me the food and the schedule for Dog.

About: Hello! I’m a lifelong animal lover with a special soft spot for dogs. I grew up with a beautiful poodle who was part of my life for 15 wonderful years, so caring for animals feels completely natural to me. I adore dogs, cats, and all animals, and I truly enjoy giving them affection, attention, and a calm, safe environment. I would love to have a dog of my own again one day, but with two young children (4 and 3 years old), I know that now isn’t the right moment for full‑time ownership. However, my kids absolutely love dogs, and welcoming pets into our home part‑time feels like the perfect balance. It gives us the joy of having a furry friend around, while giving your dog a warm, family‑oriented experience. Our home is gentle, caring, and full of positive energy. Your dog will receive plenty of affection, playtime, and calm companionship throughout the day. What I Offer ✔ Daytime Dog Sitting - perfect for owners who work long hours or need someone trustworthy to keep their dog company. I provide: - A safe, loving environment - Consistent routines - Plenty of affection and reassurance - Flexible drop‑off and pick‑up times I’m currently a stay‑at‑home mum, and my days are very flexible. My children are at school for three hours every afternoon — they start at 12 pm and finish just after 3 pm — so I have plenty of quiet time during the day for walks, play, and one‑to‑one attention with your pet. After school, we usually head to the park and stay outdoors for as long as the weather allows. My kids absolutely love animals, and they’re always gentle and respectful with visiting pets. As a family, we have lots of time, space, and love to offer your furry friend, whether it’s for daytime care, walks, or a cosy overnight stay. I care for every pet as if they were my own, and I always follow the owner’s routines, preferences, and instructions to make sure each furry friend feels safe, relaxed, and loved. When your dog stays with us, they become part of our family for the day (or night). Your dog can expect: - Lots of cuddles, companionship, and gentle interaction - A predictable routine that follows their usual feeding, walking, and nap schedule - Daily walks and outdoor time, including fun trips to the park as we live very close to the Great Lines Heritage Park and we have a big, fully fenced and safe back garden. - Quiet time during the afternoon while my kids are at school - A clean, cosy space where they can rest, play, or have alone time if they prefer I can provide a regular photo updates, so you always know how your pup is doing. My home is clean, warm, and welcoming, and I make sure every dog feels comfortable from the moment they arrive. I understand that every pet has their own personality, needs, and comfort levels. Whether your dog is energetic, shy, cuddly, or independent, I adapt to them. My goal is always to create a positive atmosphere and to give your pet a loving home‑from‑home experience so you can feel completely at ease while you’re away.
“Eleni is an amazing dog walker! My frenchie Rosie can get very anxious with new people but Eleni was so patient and gentle and managed to get Rosie to calm down and warm to her too! I received constant updates and pictures during their walk which really helped ease my mind! Would definitely recommend and would absolutely use her services again!”

About: I've had dogs and cats all through my childhood as my family are all huge animal lovers. The dog that we had for most of my childhood was an English Pointer with epilepsy. We gave her long walks and soothed her and made sure she was safe when she went into convulsions. I absolutely adore the happiness and companionship and loyalty that dogs give and combined with being a big fan of walking, It is probably the reason why dogs have awarded me the best dog walker title year in and year out. I am caring, fun, happy and energetic-just like dogs! I am studying for a Creative Writing PhD-writing a novel which features a large cast of dogs of course! The life of a writer is all from home, so I have a lot of freedom and flexibility to walk and care for dogs and other animals. As I said I have cared for an epileptic dog, as well as a dog that is on 'heat'. I have also cared for timid pets with trauma as well as big dogs with boundless energy and have trained all my dogs to sit and lie down. I am respectful to the owner's individual instructions of how they specifically want you to handle and look after their pet.

For the last three months, Faith has been a great dog walker for Brooks. Calm, kind, and very approachable. Always quick to reply! If anything changes I’ve been given plenty of notice, and she’s always happy to fit in an extra walk when my plans have changed. Most importantly, Brooks is so excited seeing her, he’s clearly happy and well looked after. The photos and little updates after each walk are a lovely touch and getting the pick up alerts give real peace of mind. Really reliable and thoughtful 🐾

Eleni is absolutely incredible! I had her as a regular walker every week to drop in and help break up my Frenchie’s day with a walk while I’m away at work. My dog can be very anxious with new people but she took to Eleni immediately and grew to love her more and more with every walk. I always felt completely comfortable and safe knowing Eleni was with her, and I received updates and pictures so I could see the fun they got up to while on the walks! I would definitely recommend to anyone needing someone reliable and caring, as Eleni has been amazing throughout the many months I used her.

Ive not used a dog walking service before and was anxious about someone walking my two Staffs. I need not have been. Amelia was great, reliable and very good with my two. She walked them an hour a day for 8 days, one of my dogs is a puller and very strong. Without a doubt id have no hesitation in re booking her. Thanks Kate
