About: I have had at least one dog in my life ever year since I was born due to being raised in a family of dog owners. Only up until recently when my jack russell, Molly passed away, have I been without a dog. Unfortunately my role as manager within the civil service means my work schedule does not allow me the time to care for a dog of my own full time. However I have two-three work from home days a week and often spend my weekends reading, writing or going for walks in the local area so I thought it be a good opportunity to offer my services to those who may need short term dog sitting. I have often dog and cat sat for family members and friends over the years, making it a little side hussle from the age of 18. My friends would often joke saying I prefer the company of a pet over humans, and I can say they are probably correct. I would welcome each pet into my home with love and care, ensuring they feel safe and have the best sleepovers they could possibly wish for. Also always happy to update with lots of pictures! I work at least 2 days from home a week but can be more on occasion and also have most weekends free. These dates do change depending on work schedule. I live in a spacious two bed flat, that has a shared fenced garden. However, I love going on walks so I will walk your dogs as often as you require them too. I will keep them stimulated with toys and provide them with a comfortable place to sleep. I wish to provide a space for your dogs to feel safe, happy and cared for.

About: I've grown up around dogs since I was a toddler my parents always had three dogs in the home and I used to sit in their beds with them. I had my dog for 13 years and unfortunately he passed away from natural causes miss him so much. To have an opportunity to look after your dog would be my pleasure. I've done a small dog training course and I'm halfway through but me and partner miss long walks with our dog and just the company of having a dog. After we take our children to school we have some hours spare as I work evenings so we are more then happy to have your dog or walk your dog. We have a house with an enclosed garden but we also enjoy getting out and about to big fields and woodland letting your dogs socialise as that's important. If your dog does not like to socialise that's also fine as we can just go on a short walk or use the garden. I do have two cats but they get along with any animals as they are used to dogs etc I also have a safe space for my cats if needed and most of the time my cats are outside playing with other cats but if you have any concerns or worried about booking us to look after your pets please contact us.

About: I provide compassionate, attentive care for pets of all ages whilst nurturing playful puppies and kittens. I also support senior pets with gentle, loving routines tailored to their needs. My entire life I have been surrounded by animals big and small, raised at my Grandads farm in Kent, so I’m used to getting mucky on big walks and hiking. It’s a great way to create happy memories and appreciate nature. I have a lot of time and love for animals, I provide as much care as I needed and then more for each furry friend. I currently work in Publishing but as I’m mainly a remote worker, I’m regularly out for walks early mornings and during the day As a remote worker, I have plenty of time and flexibility to care for your pets. Pet sitting and walking fits perfectly into my schedule. I have a fenced garden with two cats so the pets will be safe. This is a plain garden with lots of room to roam

About: I’ve always lived with dogs - childhood pets, dog sitting when studying and now having my own dogs. Currently we have a young setter whom we trained from a puppy. I have experience in looking after a range of dogs but the majority of my experience is with spaniels (my previous dog was a springer spaniel), retrievers and Labrador’s and their needs. I’m used to high energy dogs who need lots of walking and game playing. I have experienced first hand the transformation in a dog once it has sufficient exercise and stimulation, so will always look to ensure that your dog has enough walking and play. Our setter has suffered from separation anxiety, so I very aware of the challenges of this & the resulting behaviour. We have worked hard to overcome this & with the right routine in place can now leave him for a couple of hours. We are also working very hard with his recall & making progress, I have honestly found training a ongoing personal achievement and has strengthened our bond hugely. With active dogs, in and out of puddles etc. I am very aware regular brushing is essential to keep their coat untangled and clean. Personally I think this is a lovely way to spent sometime with your dog when they are calm in the evening and happy to spend time with your dog in this way. I’m work from home part time supporting my partners carpentry business. I have two children (4&7) so have school runs twice a day. I’m around the majority of the day otherwise. I walk our dog after school drop off for at least an hour, we go to local open spaces or drive to the country parks. I will take him for another shorter walk either before pick up or later in the day once my partner is home. I'm happy to take additional walks if this is needed for your dog or play scent games in the house & when I'm home they are always free to go in the garden. I have a two year old friendly neutered male English Setter in my home. He likes all dogs and if they are energetic he will play with them. If they are senior he respects this and is gentle. I walk with him for over an hour a day and often go for runs. I can walk other dogs with or without him. If your dog was in our home, they would be in the same space as him on the ground floor and in the garden. Dogs are not allowed upstairs in the bedrooms but provide beds in each room, so they are able to to be with me throughout the day & are not left alone. Whilst the dog will never be left alone around the children (and my children have been around dogs all their lives), it will need to be happy to be in a family environment. Our setter (like a Labrador) is happy to try and eat anything! During mealtimes, our dog and any visiting dogs will be put in a different room. He is a counter surfer and so surfaces and tables are clear of food aside from mealtimes, so they do not get anything that might upset their tummies. I'm very vigilant on keeping any non dog friendly foods well away (raisins, chocolate etc.)

About: I’ve got 2 years experience with being a sitter but I love all animals! They’re fun and safe to be around and they are like a personal best friend ! My main job is being a support worker for adults with learning disabilities and I love the job but I’m also looking for more work else where to help people out sewell I care for every dog the same way I would care for my dog, dogs are like your own personal best friend but in a animal version that needs loving and attention all the time

I would absolutely love to own a dog myself but with being a teacher 4 days a week I feel that it wouldn’t be fair. About: I have grown up around dogs since I was 5 years old. I am an animal lover so I have decided to use my spare time to care for your lovely dogs. I respect owners wishes to how they want me to handle their dog e.g sleep on the bed / no sleeping on the bed / furniture / diet. About: I’ve had family dogs for many years, and since purchasing my own property, I have looked after friends and family pets on a regular basis which includes walks, dog sitting and over night stays. I am now been working with Rover for 18 months and loved every second of it! Check out my reviews for my information I work from home 5 days a week with a very relax working schedule therefore will be able to take your dog on day walks and play time when needed. I own my flat in Rochester which it is very close to a huge park and lots of lovely walking routes. I have enough space to crate your pet if necessary.

About: I've had dogs and cats all through my childhood as my family are all huge animal lovers. The dog that we had for most of my childhood was an English Pointer with epilepsy. We gave her long walks and soothed her and made sure she was safe when she went into convulsions. I absolutely adore the happiness and companionship and loyalty that dogs give and combined with being a big fan of walking, It is probably the reason why dogs have awarded me the best dog walker title year in and year out. I am caring, fun, happy and energetic-just like dogs! I am studying for a Creative Writing PhD-writing a novel which features a large cast of dogs of course! The life of a writer is all from home, so I have a lot of freedom and flexibility to walk and care for dogs and other animals. As I said I have cared for an epileptic dog, as well as a dog that is on 'heat'. I have also cared for timid pets with trauma as well as big dogs with boundless energy and have trained all my dogs to sit and lie down. I am respectful to the owner's individual instructions of how they specifically want you to handle and look after their pet.

About: We’re Toby and Fuzz, recently married and just missing that furry friend in our lives. Having grown up around cats and dogs and often caring for our friends animals. We’re flexible and friendly 🐾 Fuzz has grown up with a varied breed of dogs from an alsation, rottweiller, greyhound, hungarian sheepdog, and a chi-poo (chihuahua/ toy poodle). Toby has had Labrador’s, Yorkshire terriers and grown up around a spaniel. We’ve also had house cats growing up, a mixture of indoor and outdoor as well as rescue. We often care for our friends Pomeranian who comes to ours for holidays, and who we love like our own. We’ve also cared for our families furry jug friend (Jack Russell/ pug). As well as cat sit for friends and family. A lot of our friends also have animals so we’re used to the training, habits and behaviours of a variety of different cats and dogs. One day we’d love to have our own pets, but we like to travel a lot - so for now we’re keen to care for others animals instead 🤍 We both work from home, so have the flexibility for morning, lunchtime or after work walks or drop-ins! Walking is part of our everyday routine, and we’d love to have a furry friend with us for company. We can care for your pup in your home, wherever they’re most comfortable and happy. Our own home is animal free with a good sized garden.

About: I've had dogs in my life since I was 10. My mum travels alot and I always look after her and mums friends dogs. Big and small dogs, even puppies. We play with new toys, go on walks in different parks and nap on the sofa. I work nights from 6pm- 4.30am Sunday to Wednesday. I am available 12pm to take your doggies for walkies, drop in for food and play everyday. I'm open to take dogs for walks, bring them to my house. My mum has a miniature dutchhound for your dog to have a play date and a fence in the garden. What ever you need me to do I'm all ears.
