“Bella had a fabulous time with Gary and his partner Anita.during her stay. Bella was taken for very long walks by Gary, which being a highly energetic Patterdale , was perfect as she absolutely loves her walks! Gary kept me updated everyday with how Bella was and sent me photos with updates, which kept me completely reassured that she was ok and was having great fun! She loved playing with lots of toys and also received lots of cuddles, which she loved and Gary & Anita treated her as if she was part of the family and she really loved being there with them both. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gary and will definitely be booking Bella in to stay there again in the future!”

“We boarded Cody with Chelsea for a couple of days over New Yrs Eve. She went above and beyond and did so much to make sure our dog was comfortable and happy including stick to his training. We were updated with pictures and messages throughout his stay and from the pictures, we could tell he was happy and felt safe. We would highly recommend and will definitely board Cody with her again!”

“Piper is a very nervous dog and Hannah and Patrick dealt with him beautifully. He usually is very fussy with his food and he ate all the while he was there. I was sent updates of videos and pictures whenever I asked how he was getting on. I will definitely have Hannah and Patrick sit for Piper again. He came back a very happy dog.”

“Phil kindly agreed to look after my 16 month year old shepherd dog at very last minute notice due to a sudden, unexpected change in travel plans. As it turned out I could have not left my dog Atlas in better, calmer and more experienced hands. Phil is a genuine dog lover, down to earth, sensible and practical. He looked after Atlas with great care and love. He was taken on walks twice a day with his own dog Monty and sometimes with other similar dogs. He sent lovely videos where it looked like my dog was having a wonderful time. I will happily send Atlas back to phil should the need arise and would highly recommend him to others.”

“Both dogs loved Ian and his family. They were looked after so well and given their meds when needed. We had regular updates and photos which really put our minds at ease. Would definitely use Ian again”

“I’d happily book with Bonny again: she was really friendly, ensured Juno had ample space to play around in, took her for walks, provided lovely pics and was just all around really helpful (and at short notice)! Juno seemed to have a great time!”

“We couldn't be more thrilled with the care Sean provided for our Vizsla, Coco. From the moment we dropped her off, Shaun was professional, attentive, and clearly passionate about dogs. Throughout Coco's stay, Sean kept us updated with numerous pictures and messages, which reassured us that she was in great hands. It was wonderful to see Coco having such a good time, and it truly made our time away from her much more enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend Sean to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog sitter. His dedication and love for dogs are evident in every interaction, and we will definitely be using his services again in the future. Thank you, Sean, for taking such fantastic care of Coco!”

“A big thank you to Danielle D. Wilf came home a happy dog and I would have no hesitation with leaving Wilf with Danielle and her girls in the future. I received lots of photos showing how relaxed Wilf was when in her care.”

“Gemma and family have been able to accommodate our cockapoo and puppy cavapoochon at short notice a couple of times now - even on Boxing Day! They have been welcoming from the start and clearly have a love for dogs. Our dogs were very excited to go back to Gemma the other day. They were clearly well cared for and we were updated throughout their stay. I would 100% recommend Gemma and will be using her again ☺️”

About: Hello, I am Tracey and I have had dogs all my life and can’t imagine a home without one! I have lots of years of experience caring for them and my main aim is to make them feel like what I offer is a home from home experience when you can’t be with them. I offer a calm, loving home where your dog is treated as family and as one of our own pets. With my 3 grown up daughters and partner living at home this can be a busy household especially at weekends but there are enough rooms for quiet zones if your pet needs some time alone and there is certainly the opportunity for lots of attention and those all important walks, playtime and cuddles. Your pet will have the company of our family dog Winnie who is a 3 year old Lhasa Apso – she looks like a teddy bear – who will love the company and companionship of a new friend to visit every now and then! If you did want to consider us, then I would suggest a meet and greet to see if our furry friends are comfortable with each other. I only host one household at a time so your furry friend will enjoy a safe and exclusive stay with the use of a safe enclosed garden. I work from home everyday so I am always around to give them my attention. They will never be fully left alone without prior arrangement with yourself. Where we live is full of green fields and places to explore on walks. There is plenty of space downstairs in our house for your dog to be kept at night either with their own bedding or crated and off course before booking with us we would go through all of your dogs requirements and routine. I offer one offs and regular day care and overnight boarding. Please just get in touch to discuss what it is you are looking for… I currently work full time at home so I have plenty of time to play with your dogs and adjust to their needs when needed. I have a big fenced garden and my friendly dog to keep your fur baby company, I can easily crate your dog if needed/suit to their needs.
“Shara was brilliant, looking after our 2, 6 months old jack Russells for a day and night. We were quite nervous as this was the first time we left the dogs with another person. But Shara was really nice, gave regular updates and photos whilst we were away. Our dogs, Loki and Crowley seemed to have a great time. Will definitely book again and definitely recommend.”

“Gabriele and her partner have been incredible with Priscilla, so accommodating and sent regular updates, I would look no further for pet stays for our girl from now on. If you are looking for a real “home from home” experience then this is your lady 💗”

“Our two mini dachshunds Cosmo and Max had a fabulous five nights with Zoe. They enjoyed a lovely home, and a secure back garden to wander around - and regular walks on the nearby Heath. We knew instantly they would be well cared for and it was clear from the amazing photos and kind messages (sent daily) that they bonded straightaway with Zoe and her partner. Zoe provided great updates, photos and communication. The photos were amazing and plentiful of their activities during the day and in the evening. Zoe really cared for our two fur babies and we would not hesitate in recommending her services.”

“From our first meeting, we felt completely reassured that our two cats would be in excellent hands. Mandy is very thorough and organised, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. She kept us updated daily while we were away, which gave us such peace of mind. Highly recommend Mandy and will book her again for future trips.”

“Eleni is very attentive and very communicative. Since meeting her we have felt very happy with her service and her treatment of our French Bulldog. Would highly recommend to anyone!!”

I have also provided trusted in-home cat sitting for neighbours, friends, and families, following each cat's routine and sending regular photo and video updates. I am patient, reliable, and passionate about making every cat feel safe, comfortable, and loved.
About: Hi! I grew up with dogs in Spain and have been caring for them since I was 11 walking, training, feeding, you name it. I’ve also looked after friends’ and family’s pups for years, and earlier this year I adopted my own mini sausage dog. She’s well trained, gentle, and loves company once she’s had an intro. If boarding, I ask for 2–3 meet-ups so both dogs can get comfortable. My partner also works from home full-time, so someone is always around to give your dog care and attention. I’m happy to help however I can, being around dogs is genuinely the best part of my day! 🐾 Typical 9-5 girl. Working from home most days along with my bf . We live in a house with garden and love finding friends for Nina. I will follow any instructions you give me and give the love and guidance to your little or big ones. If you want me to take your dog in for a few nights, we need to discuss that a bit futerh and make them to meet nina prior so everyhting goes smothly
About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life. Friends, family and colleagues have trusted and relied on me to dog sit and walk their dogs while they go on holiday. I love it so much that I would like to make a career out of it. I currently work full time but am flexible. I'm available for boarding on weekends and may be able to do the occasional week days if given enough notice. I do live in a flat but it is very spacious. I have plenty of fields near by and grassy areas outside for them to go to the toilet.

“Shenika was a fantastic cat sitter. Great communication throughout and always gave us videos and pictures of our boy at every sit. Clouse absolutely loved spending time with Shenika and we really appreciated the time spend with him and did everything we asked of her, and more. She followed all our instructions. Will definitely book her again. ”

About: I have over five and a half years of hands-on experience caring for cats and dogs, both in my own home and in owners’ homes. I come from a strong rescue background; we cared for over 30 cats at a time, rehomed cats internationally, and regularly rescued cats from the streets. For more than two years, I personally managed to feed almost 50–60 stray cats every evening, ensuring food, clean water, hygiene, and regular monitoring of their health and wellbeing with a friend's help, who was providing food. This taught me responsibility, consistency, and deep compassion for animals. I have also provided trusted in-home pet sitting for many families. Owners regularly chose me when travelling because they wanted their pets to stay comfortable in their own environment. I stayed in their homes for short and long periods, caring for cats and dogs, following routines, administering food, walking dogs, playing, and providing companionship. I always send daily photo and video updates so owners feel reassured and connected. I understand how emotionally difficult it can be to leave a pet behind, and I take that trust very seriously. I am calm, patient, observant, and genuinely passionate about animal welfare. My goal is to give pets love, safety, routine, and comfort, and to give owners complete peace of mind. I’m a university student with morning classes on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. I’m free most evenings and other days, flexible, reliable, and always prioritise pets’ safety. I had many cats back home and took care of the dogs of my neighbors and people from social media. I follow each pet’s routine exactly, learn their food, walks, and habits beforehand, arrive on time, and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved.
“Ruxandu was absolutely amazing! She helped me out last minute and took such good care of my puppy!❤️ Got plenty of updates and adorable photos where I could see he had made himself completely at home 😅 I was very happy about this as it was his first time being looked after by someone else. Highly recommend her ☺️”

About: I love animals, growing up I would watch every documentary I could find and then try to teach my friends and family about whatever I had learned, I would be around animals whenever I had the chance. I had pets growing up but we couldn’t keep them as we moved around a lot. I absolutely adore spending time with animals and my friends will even say I only visit for them for their pets more than anything. I work part time so I have a lot of time on my hands during the week, day time works best for me but I am very flexible. I will be focusing on dog walking primarily. On the occasion of visits and stays I am very aware of all the safety precautions and actively do research so that I can be equipped for all situations as best as possible - keeping in mind that every pet has unique requirements too. With Chewie (my bunny) I have done extensive research regarding healthy diet and behavioural cues. I believe our pets deserve the best lives they can possibly have and choosing someone you can trust is very important.
“Loki had a great day with Shara, her communication was great, she kept me updated throughout the day and was really good with Loki, she even let him bring home a toy he had been playing with all day! Highly recommend:)”

“Our first 2 training walks with faith have been amazing. She has so much patience and I. Can highly recommend her. Training a reactive dog is so lonely and hard and faith is giving us hope for the future”

“Eleni is an amazing dog walker! My frenchie Rosie can get very anxious with new people but Eleni was so patient and gentle and managed to get Rosie to calm down and warm to her too! I received constant updates and pictures during their walk which really helped ease my mind! Would definitely recommend and would absolutely use her services again!”

“Terry is absolutely fantastic, he is an amazing dog walker who is punctual, attentive and very caring. Terry has never let us down, and it's a shame we no longer need dog walking services as we would have loved to continue using Terry as I now work from home. If you need a dog walker, Terry is your man.”

About: I have had at least one dog in my life ever year since I was born due to being raised in a family of dog owners. Only up until recently when my jack russell, Molly passed away, have I been without a dog. Unfortunately my role as manager within the civil service means my work schedule does not allow me the time to care for a dog of my own full time. However I have two-three work from home days a week and often spend my weekends reading, writing or going for walks in the local area so I thought it be a good opportunity to offer my services to those who may need short term dog sitting. I have often dog and cat sat for family members and friends over the years, making it a little side hussle from the age of 18. My friends would often joke saying I prefer the company of a pet over humans, and I can say they are probably correct. I would welcome each pet into my home with love and care, ensuring they feel safe and have the best sleepovers they could possibly wish for. Also always happy to update with lots of pictures! I work at least 2 days from home a week but can be more on occasion and also have most weekends free. These dates do change depending on work schedule. I live in a spacious two bed flat, that has a shared fenced garden. However, I love going on walks so I will walk your dogs as often as you require them too. I will keep them stimulated with toys and provide them with a comfortable place to sleep. I wish to provide a space for your dogs to feel safe, happy and cared for.
About: I’ve had family dogs for many years, and since purchasing my own property, I have looked after friends and family pets on a regular basis which includes walks, dog sitting and over night stays. I am now been working with Rover for 18 months and loved every second of it! Check out my reviews for my information I work from home 5 days a week with a very relax working schedule therefore will be able to take your dog on day walks and play time when needed. I own my flat in Rochester which it is very close to a huge park and lots of lovely walking routes. I have enough space to crate your pet if necessary.
About: I have taken care of dogs since I was little. My family and friends always rely on me to help out with their pets. I would absolutely love to own a dog myself but with being a teacher 4 days a week I feel that it wouldn’t be fair. I’m a primary school teacher working 4 days a week and would be available in the evenings and all day on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday I have a secure fenced garden for any dogs that come to my house. I am also willing to come and spend time at your house.

About: I’ve always lived with dogs - childhood pets, dog sitting when studying and now having my own dogs. Currently we have a young setter whom we trained from a puppy. I have experience in looking after a range of dogs but the majority of my experience is with spaniels (my previous dog was a springer spaniel), retrievers and Labrador’s and their needs. I’m used to high energy dogs who need lots of walking and game playing. I have experienced first hand the transformation in a dog once it has sufficient exercise and stimulation, so will always look to ensure that your dog has enough walking and play. Our setter has suffered from separation anxiety, so I very aware of the challenges of this & the resulting behaviour. We have worked hard to overcome this & with the right routine in place can now leave him for a couple of hours. We are also working very hard with his recall & making progress, I have honestly found training a ongoing personal achievement and has strengthened our bond hugely. With active dogs, in and out of puddles etc. I am very aware regular brushing is essential to keep their coat untangled and clean. Personally I think this is a lovely way to spent sometime with your dog when they are calm in the evening and happy to spend time with your dog in this way. I’m work from home part time supporting my partners carpentry business. I have two children (4&7) so have school runs twice a day. I’m around the majority of the day otherwise. I walk our dog after school drop off for at least an hour, we go to local open spaces or drive to the country parks. I will take him for another shorter walk either before pick up or later in the day once my partner is home. I'm happy to take additional walks if this is needed for your dog or play scent games in the house & when I'm home they are always free to go in the garden. I have a two year old friendly neutered male English Setter in my home. He likes all dogs and if they are energetic he will play with them. If they are senior he respects this and is gentle. I walk with him for over an hour a day and often go for runs. I can walk other dogs with or without him. If your dog was in our home, they would be in the same space as him on the ground floor and in the garden. Dogs are not allowed upstairs in the bedrooms but provide beds in each room, so they are able to to be with me throughout the day & are not left alone. Whilst the dog will never be left alone around the children (and my children have been around dogs all their lives), it will need to be happy to be in a family environment. Our setter (like a Labrador) is happy to try and eat anything! During mealtimes, our dog and any visiting dogs will be put in a different room. He is a counter surfer and so surfaces and tables are clear of food aside from mealtimes, so they do not get anything that might upset their tummies. I'm very vigilant on keeping any non dog friendly foods well away (raisins, chocolate etc.)
About: I've grown up with dogs, my dog as a teen was my best friend. We went everywhere together and she was always by my side, so I truly know how much a dog becomes part of a family and how much they mean to you. I've also had multiple rescue cats over 20 years, my current cat i found at 6 weeks old and hes now 10. Im always nervous to leave him so completely understand if you are too. 4 years ago I started looking after other people's dogs and soon gained regular dog sitting. I also took on 2 dogs as a temporary foster care while the owner was unwell. Taking care of dogs isn't just a job, it's a passion. At the moment im at home so can provide care for your pets majority of the day. Unfortunately due to having an elderly cat i can't accommodate any animals in my own home, but im more than happy to pet sit in the pets own home. I also have 2 children who loves animals just as much as i do, they've been taught how to take care of animals and know how to respect an animals boundaries. I currently have availability between 9 and 2 on weekdays without my children but if your pets are good with kids then these hours can be extended later and during weekends. My children absolutely adore animals and know how to care for them. Unfortunately due to having an elderly cat, I can't accept dogs into my home. I will follow any routine that your pet needs in your home, follow any guidance on how your dog is walked, personalities, etc. And I will take care of them just like I would my own.

About: For the past 6 years I lived with my partners family who included 10 dogs, 20+ guinea pigs, 3 chickens, a hamster and a pig. Safe to say I love animals! I now live with my partner and our little corgi Liz. The 10 dogs were dachshunds, chihuahuas, Pomeranian, pekingese, French bulldog and an Afghan hound. I worked from home so was one of the primary carers for the dogs and I absolutely loved it. I have cared for them through all the good times and the bad. I have experience with a range of their healthcare issues including slipped discs, seizures, administering medications and partial paralysis. Once back at work I work 3 days in an office and the rest from home so would be able to easily fit in your besties around my schedule. I have a securely fenced garden and the friendliest corgi to keep any friends company. She gets along with every dog she meets and loves to play. I have separation gates so if needed I can keep your furry friend separated from my dog, if they prefer to be alone for any reason. Pet safety and happiness is my priority, so I always have lots of water bowls, cool mats and stimulating toys for them available. I also have crates available if this is what makes you and your furry friend feel safe and happy.

About: I've had dogs and cats all through my childhood as my family are all huge animal lovers. The dog that we had for most of my childhood was an English Pointer with epilepsy. We gave her long walks and soothed her and made sure she was safe when she went into convulsions. I absolutely adore the happiness and companionship and loyalty that dogs give and combined with being a big fan of walking, It is probably the reason why dogs have awarded me the best dog walker title year in and year out. I am caring, fun, happy and energetic-just like dogs! I am studying for a Creative Writing PhD-writing a novel which features a large cast of dogs of course! The life of a writer is all from home, so I have a lot of freedom and flexibility to walk and care for dogs and other animals. As I said I have cared for an epileptic dog, as well as a dog that is on 'heat'. I have also cared for timid pets with trauma as well as big dogs with boundless energy and have trained all my dogs to sit and lie down. I am respectful to the owner's individual instructions of how they specifically want you to handle and look after their pet.

About: Hello! I’m a lifelong animal lover with a special soft spot for dogs. I grew up with a beautiful poodle who was part of my life for 15 wonderful years, so caring for animals feels completely natural to me. I adore dogs, cats, and all animals, and I truly enjoy giving them affection, attention, and a calm, safe environment. I would love to have a dog of my own again one day, but with two young children (4 and 3 years old), I know that now isn’t the right moment for full‑time ownership. However, my kids absolutely love dogs, and welcoming pets into our home part‑time feels like the perfect balance. It gives us the joy of having a furry friend around, while giving your dog a warm, family‑oriented experience. Our home is gentle, caring, and full of positive energy. Your dog will receive plenty of affection, playtime, and calm companionship throughout the day. What I Offer ✔ Daytime Dog Sitting - perfect for owners who work long hours or need someone trustworthy to keep their dog company. Your dog will enjoy: - Lots of cuddles and attention - Playtime and stimulation - A calm, family environment - Regular updates and photos ✔ Dog Walking - I love being outdoors and would be happy to take your dog for relaxing or energetic walks—whatever suits their personality and needs. ✔ Overnight & Holiday Care - if you’re travelling or away for a few nights, your dog can stay with us and feel completely at home. I provide: - A safe, loving environment - Consistent routines - Plenty of affection and reassurance - Flexible drop‑off and pick‑up times I’m currently a stay‑at‑home mum, and my days are very flexible. My children are at school for three hours every afternoon — they start at 12 pm and finish just after 3 pm — so I have plenty of quiet time during the day for walks, play, and one‑to‑one attention with your pet. After school, we usually head to the park and stay outdoors for as long as the weather allows. My kids absolutely love animals, and they’re always gentle and respectful with visiting pets. As a family, we have lots of time, space, and love to offer your furry friend, whether it’s for daytime care, walks, or a cosy overnight stay. I care for every pet as if they were my own, and I always follow the owner’s routines, preferences, and instructions to make sure each furry friend feels safe, relaxed, and loved. When your dog stays with us, they become part of our family for the day (or night). Your dog can expect: - Lots of cuddles, companionship, and gentle interaction - A predictable routine that follows their usual feeding, walking, and nap schedule - Daily walks and outdoor time, including fun trips to the park as we live very close to the Great Lines Heritage Park and we have a big, fully fenced and safe back garden. - Quiet time during the afternoon while my kids are at school - A clean, cosy space where they can rest, play, or have alone time if they prefer I can provide a regular photo updates, so you always know how your pup is doing. My home is clean, warm, and welcoming, and I make sure every dog feels comfortable from the moment they arrive. I understand that every pet has their own personality, needs, and comfort levels. Whether your dog is energetic, shy, cuddly, or independent, I adapt to them. My goal is always to create a positive atmosphere and to give your pet a loving home‑from‑home experience so you can feel completely at ease while you’re away.

About: I have been around dogs since I was 12, I have extensive dog sitting experience for 4+ years now with upwards of 4 dogs at a time. My home is very often a doggie hotel, I have a Dalmatian, so daily walks are a must over here! I am well versed with both dog sleepovers and lengthy stays and adult dogs upwards to senior are more than welcome here. I am working from home often so pet care fits perfectly with my routine. I am available in easy access for pet care at anytime. I have a fenced garden that is perfect for running and playtime, we live very close to two lovely parks and have an open floor for the dogs to move around.
“My girls had the best time with Sophie! Such a lovely lady, with a lovely little doggy herself. Can’t wait for my girls to go back for another play date. Highly HIGHLY recommend Sophie!”

“Dorota was Amazing! I was really worried as it was our pup Cody's first time staying overnight away from us but Dorota made me feel so at ease. I knew Cody was going to be absolutely fine. Dorota kept us updated with photos and videos throughout the night and took the time to understand his current routine. Cody had so much fun with Dorota. Will definitely go back to Dorota when we need someone to look after Cody again!”
