He was so well looked after and treated like part of the family. He’s already excited to go back and play with Maple again! Would definitely recommend Caroline to anyone looking for a caring and fun home-from-home for their dog.”

“I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for Leo than Melissa! 🩵 From the moment I left him, I felt completely reassured that he was in the best hands. Melissa sent me regular, thoughtful updates, photos and videos throughout his stay, and it was so lovely being able to see how happy and settled he was. She took such amazing care of him, plenty of lovely walks, playtime, enrichment, cuddles and attention, and she clearly treated him like one of her own. It was obvious from every update how comfortable Leo was with Melissa and her family, and seeing him playing and bonding with them absolutely melted my heart. Melissa also went above and beyond by collecting Leo and bringing him home, which I appreciated so much. She is incredibly kind, caring, reliable and genuinely wonderful with dogs. I was able to enjoy my time away without worrying about Leo because I knew he was being so well looked after. Leo came home happy, relaxed and very clearly having had the best little holiday of his own! 🐶🥰 I genuinely cannot recommend Melissa highly enough, and I would trust her with Leo again in a heartbeat. About: Hi there! We’re Leia and Dan, a young couple who loves animals. We’re currently in a flat, so we’re looking to share our space with your furry friends to get a flavour of what it’d be like for us in the future. We live in a comfortable space with a balcony for fresh air throughout the day. Both working hybrid work patterns so one of us will be at home throughout the day to have cuddles, belly rubs and walks. Having grown up with cats, and regularly looked after my parents cats, we know they have their boundaries, but love to have attention (on their terms) and have that perfect chin scratch. When boarding cats, we wouldn’t have the balcony open to ensure they are kept safe. We naturally love to be outside, whether that’s walking or camping. So, if you decide to board your pooch, trust they will be taken on many walks (it keeps us healthy!) to explore local routes. Whether it’s a walk, a day, a weekend, a week, or more, we’re happy to discuss looking after your pet.

About: I’ve had cats throughout my life and have always loved caring for them. I have experience looking after my own cats, I have 3 babies at the moment! As well as caring for friends’ and neighbours’ cats over the years. I’m confident with feeding, playtime, cuddles, litter trays and giving cats the attention they need while their owners are away. I understand that every cat has their own personality and routine, and I’m happy to give them space if they prefer, while making sure they feel safe, comfortable and cared for in their own home.

“Look! Don't even think twice! Michael is your guy! From a very worried owner to a very jealous one 🤣 he was an absolute star, keeping me updated after every single visit, cute pics and videos! Karma absolutely loved him. I've never seen my cat doing "biscuits" with anyone else apart from me and on day 2, I was sent a video of her doing it with him! Oh and kisses... She gave him kisses! He's definitely a "cat whisperer" and I'll obviously book again with him!!!”

“Tia is extremely polite and communicative. She did everything she said she would do and everything we asked of her and our outdoor cat that we wanted to stay inside for a week whilst we were away was looked after superbly well and we will 100% be calling on Tia’s services again. 5 star service from start to finish.”

“Would definitely recommend Susan. She’s been great with my cat, really loved the service and responsibility she has showed. My cat is very shy but she’s managed to become friends with her which is quite an achievement!”

About: Hello! I'm Vincent, and I've been sharing my life with cats for over 18 years. Our two beloved family cats, Sugar and Creamy, taught me that every cat has its own personality, preferences and way of showing trust. Some cats love attention, while others simply appreciate having someone calm and reliable looking after them. I genuinely enjoy both. I understand how important it is for cats to stay relaxed in their own environment, so I always take a gentle and patient approach. Whether it's feeding, refreshing water, cleaning litter trays, brushing, administering simple care or simply sitting quietly to keep them company, I will always work at your cat's pace. I'm naturally calm, reliable and detail-oriented, and I'll always follow your cat's usual routine as closely as possible to minimise stress while you're away. As a professional photographer, I also enjoy capturing natural moments during my visits, so you'll receive lovely photo updates alongside messages to let you know how your cat is getting on. My goal is simple, to care for your cat with the same kindness, patience and respect that I'd want someone to show my own pets. Requested Information About Your Pet Before our first visit, I'd love to learn a little about your cat so I can provide the best possible care. It would be helpful to know their usual feeding routine, favourite treats or toys, any medical conditions or medication, whether they enjoy company or prefer their own space, and anything that helps them feel safe and comfortable. Every cat is unique, and the more I understand about their personality and routine, the more relaxed and enjoyable the experience will be for them. During the Stay During every visit, your cat's comfort and wellbeing will always come first. I'll make sure fresh food and water are provided, litter trays are cleaned, and your cat receives the level of interaction they enjoy, whether that's playtime, gentle companionship or simply respecting their personal space. I'll send regular updates with photos, so you can relax knowing your cat is happy and well cared for while you're away. I hope every visit leaves your cat feeling comfortable, secure and looking forward to seeing me again.

About: Dogs have always been a big part of my life, and I genuinely love having them around. I’m a dog mum to a friendly, social Maltipoo, and I regularly look after other dogs with different personalities, ages and energy levels. I treat every dog as I would my own and adapt to what makes them happiest and most comfortable🥰 I work from home, so I’m around throughout the day for company, playtime, walks and regular toilet breaks. I’m also flexible with drop-off and collection times and will always try to work around your plans where I can. I know how much trust it takes to leave your dog with someone, so their safety and happiness are always my priority. I live in a dog-friendly apartment complex with a large communal green space directly outside, and Chelmsford Central Park is just moments away. My Maltipoo is very friendly and loves having other dogs around, so visiting pups are welcomed as part of our little family. I’ll also send regular photos, videos and updates so you know how they’re getting on.
“Honestly, I want to gatekeep Hannah but I know that isn't fair! I have two different cockapoos (one Velcro, one Independent) and both absolutely LOVED Hannah! It was my first time leaving the girls with someone outside of family and I'm so glad I chose Hannah. She had everything set up for them and was very good at giving me updates during their stay, even took them on a long walk! Both dogs loved her and they all enjoyed lots of snuggles, something my eldest dog doesn't do with strangers. There are absolutely no complaints and I'm sure Hannah will see both dogs again soon!”

“Georgia and Joe were absolutely fantastic looking after my toy poodle, they helped at short notice and kept me regularly updated which was really reassuring. My boy had a brilliant time and I highly recommend Georgia and Joe who clearly love animals and are very caring. Thank you both!”

“Riley had a great day with Hannah. She was very much at home from home. Hannah was very good with her - Riley took to her immediately. I couldn’t ask for better communication from Hannah throughout the day - she got it that I was nervous new pup mum and kept me up to date with photos. Great stuff.”

“Karen was very accommodating with a last minute request to look after Ernie, and responded straight away to our request. Ernie had a great time and we wouldn’t hesitate to use Karen again.”

“Rizzle had a brilliant stay, before the stay Charlotte ensured she knew Rizzles routines and house rules, he settled so quickly and Charlotte provided regular updates, we have already booked again! Thank you!”

“If you are nervous of leaving your fur babies with someone new, I can highly recommend Susan. She is calm, patient, loving and treats your pet in a home from home experience in a safe environment. My dog lucca has just had the best three days with Susan. Games, cuddles and walks, all in one day and regular photos and video’s sent to me throughout the day. Super service and such a lovely person, you will not be disappointed. I will be booking again.”

“Thank you so much for having Judge last minute for me. When I came to collect him he didn’t want to leave! Love all the information on the report card also. Thanks again!”

Suzanna was thorough in ensuring she knew all that Ralph needed to enjoy his stay and kept me updated throughout his stay. A wonderful family who gave my pup a lovely day, a big thank you to them!”

About: I am a kind, caring and experienced pet sitter. I have looked after my family's dogs and cats for 5+ years. I pride myself on being a conscientious, caring and attentive dog and cat sitter. We have two beautiful boys in our home who are comfortable around small dogs and cats. We have a secure garden, no pets and do not smoke. We ask that any dogs or cats are comfortable and safe around young children. I’m currently on maternity leave so I am home full time. We are up early with two young boys and spend lots of time outdoors. I have a fully secured garden so your dog can go in and out whenever needs to go to the toilet. I am available to care and give affection as I am based at home full time.
“Nicole was absolutely amazing with my Golden Retriever, Quaver. She sent lots of pictures and it was clear that he had an amazing day! He will definitely sleep well tonight. Thank you again & hopefully he can come and hang out with you again soon ❤️”

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and currently have a friendly 6 year old Cockapoo who is a much loved member of our family. Growing up, I cared for my Irish Setter, Yorkshire Terrier, Dalmatian and German Shepherds, giving me experience with a range of breeds, sizes and personalities. I understand that every dog is different and I always take the time to make them feel safe, comfortable and loved. I offer a home for dogs who don’t like being left alone. My own Cockapoo has severe separation anxiety, so I completely understand how stressful it can be to find someone who truly understands their needs. Because of this, we made the decision years ago that he is never left alone. Not even for a quick trip to the shops or to pop out for a few minutes. Your dog will be treated like one of the family, with free access to our home, plenty of love and attention, and constant companionship. If your dog struggles with separation anxiety, you can relax knowing they will never be left on their own while in my care. I work full-time from home, so your dog will have company throughout the day and won’t be left alone. My flexible schedule allows plenty of time for toilet breaks, walks, playtime, enrichment and cuddles. Your dog will become part of our daily routine and receive lots of love and attention while you’re away. Your dog’s safety, comfort and happiness are my top priorities. I have a fully fenced, secure garden for safe outdoor time, and my home is a dog-friendly environment where pets are treated like family. I have a friendly 6 year old Cockapoo who enjoys the company of other dogs. Because he has separation anxiety, I understand how important routine, patience and reassurance are, so dogs in my care are never left alone. I’ll follow your dog’s usual routine as closely as possible and keep you updated with regular photos and messages for complete peace of mind.

About: I have my own fox red labrador who we have raised since a puppy to be a very lovely and well mannered dog, I am very proud of her (and myself!) I attended puppy classes with her so have some basic skills in training and understanding of dog behaviour. This has sparked a passion for all dogs (yes I am the annoying woman that talks to them all!) I have walked dogs including a big bouncy golden retriever and a nervous collie mix. I am a registered volunteer with an animal charity for dog walking/pet sitting and am first aid trained. I now have time during the week and some weekends and evenings and would like to dedicate them to your dogs and other pets. I can sometimes be available at short notice. Ideally I would want a free meet and greet first to make sure your dog and I are going to be best mates :) I have at least one week day off per week and some working from home days which will allow me to do some dog walks during the week. I also have some weekends. My own dog is very socialised if you wanted a friend for yours I'd be happy to arrange a meet to see if they could be walked together. I care for pets according to your instruction and their routine. Dog walks are always on lead in the first instance, if you are happy for your dog to be off lead I will only do this once we have build trust and a bond that means this is safe.
About: I've had dogs of varying breeds my whole life, and so I'm comfortable looking after any dog. I regularly look after dogs for friends and family with the help of my friendly Cavapoo, Nellie. I treat all dogs like I would my own, with full access to the house and garden and a lot of love. I love walking and so am always keen to exercise dogs and give them a rewarding day. I work from home three days a week (Tues/Weds/Thurs) and so can be flexible throughout the week as well as on weekends. Dogs fit into our lives seemlessly and so we are always happy to have them in the house. I have a fenced garden and a friendly Cavapoo, Nellie who is always happy to share toys and keep dogs company whilst with us. I treat other's dogs as if they were my own; with a lot of love, attention and walks.

About: I have recently completed my final year studying Animal Management at university, where I’ve gained a strong understanding of dog behaviour, training, health, and welfare. This allows me to provide more than just basic care—I can recognise body language, support positive behaviour, and tailor each dog’s routine to suit their individual needs. I have experience caring for dogs of different breeds, sizes, and temperaments, including more nervous or anxious dogs who may need extra patience and reassurance. I’m also confident reinforcing basic training such as lead manners and general obedience during their stay if needed. Another key difference is that your dog will rarely ever be left alone. Between me and my partner, someone is typically always home, so your dog will have constant supervision, companionship, and attention throughout the day. We are also both insured outside of Rover! I also provide a calm, spacious home environment and keep my bookings limited to a maximum of 2 dogs (as long as both owners are informed and have agreed prior), so each dog receives focused care rather than being one of many. Combined with regular updates and photos, I aim to give owners complete peace of mind while their dog is with me. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I work in the pub downstairs (Thursday-Saturday evenings - can change depending on your booking!), but between me and my partner, one of us is always at home—so your dog will never be left alone. This allows me to provide consistent supervision, regular walks, playtime, and companionship throughout the day. I’m also able to be flexible with routines, whether your dog prefers early walks, multiple shorter outings, or a more relaxed schedule. Because I’m in my final year of studying Animal Management, pet care is a central part of my lifestyle, not just something I do occasionally. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I provide a calm, secure, and spacious home environment in our private upstairs living area, away from noise and distractions. I always take the time to understand each dog’s routine, behaviour, and any specific needs before their stay. With my background in Animal Management, I’m confident reading dog body language, managing different temperaments, and ensuring a safe, stress-free environment. I keep bookings limited so each dog receives plenty of attention and space. I also carefully manage introductions and interactions if there are multiple dogs, always prioritising safety. Regular updates and photos are provided so you can feel confident and reassured while your dog is in my care.
“Alys is so lovely and has been so caring, understanding and attentive for my little dachshund who doesn’t typically like strangers, especially in our house. Alys has really taken the time and effort to understand his personality. Thank you so much.”

“Karen was friendly reliable had a good understanding and connection with Pablo. She walked Pablo for a week whilst we were away on holiday. She sent pictures and kept us updated. Would highly recommend, she’s brilliant!”

“Tilly was a great help in walking our whippet Henry over the last week. She provided us with excellent communication about the walks, sending photos and updates on Henry's behaviour and interaction with other dogs. Henry took an immediate liking to Tilly and was always very keen to go out on his walk with her. I would highly recommend Tilly and will be very happy to use her services again.”

About: I’ve grown up with animals, dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, hamsters! I have two cats of my own which I’ve had since they were kittens and currently have 2 family dogs, I used to support my mum with her dog walking business and often help out neighbours or friends with pet sitting! I work from home most days in the week so would be happy to support during lunch times or if needed all day support I can work from home at your location! I am very easy going and as long as your animal is friendly or learning to be I can fit to however your schedule looks
“Couldn’t recommend Tanya enough, she’s always on time and reliable, and gives me lots of updates whenever she walks Annie, Annie sleeps for the rest of the day until I get home after too which shows she’s walked properly! Will be using her as my regular”

About: Hi everyone, I am Hannah and I live with my boyfriend Ben, we love all animals and we had a rescue dog, Kali in my picture who sadly passed away in December and we really miss her company, especially when I work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays and on the weekends when we are indoors. We would love to get another dog but are not ready to yet so would love to start dog walking and dog sitting to have the company and friendship of a dog. Kali was a difficult dog and we struggled to find dog sitters for her so we are very patient an understand how rescue dogs can be. I work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays and would love to look after a dog when I am at home. I would be able to take them for an hour walk at lunch time and they would get lots of cuddles treats and belly rubs! We are also at home a lot on weekends so if we have no plans we are more than happy to dog sit and even have the dog stay at ours overnight I have a fenced garden. I will be here all day, I may have to pop out for a maximum of one hour but I will make sure that I take the dog for a walk beforehand

About: About Me Hello! I'm Vincent, and I'd love the opportunity to care for your dog. Animals have always been an important part of my life. Living alongside them taught me that every pet has their own unique personality, routine and way of communicating. I'm naturally calm, patient and reliable, and I genuinely enjoy spending time outdoors with dogs of all ages and personalities. Whether your dog loves long walks, gentle strolls or simply enjoys taking their time to sniff everything along the way, I'll always make sure they feel comfortable and relaxed. Alongside my love for animals, I'm also a professional photographer. I enjoy capturing natural moments during our walks, so you'll often receive lovely photos as part of your updates. My goal is simple, to provide the same level of care and attention that I'd want for my own pets. I hope to become someone your dog is always excited to see at the front door. About My Services Every dog is different, so I always adapt my care to suit their individual needs and routine. Whether it's a fun walk, a drop-in visit or spending quality time together, I'll make sure your dog receives plenty of attention, exercise and affection in a safe and positive environment. I believe communication is just as important as great pet care, so I'll always keep you updated with messages and photos throughout the booking, giving you complete peace of mind while you're away. I treat every dog with kindness, patience and respect, and I hope to build long-term relationships with both pets and their owners. Requested Information About Your Pet Before we meet, I'd love to know a little about your dog so I can make them feel as comfortable as possible. Things that are helpful to know include: • Their personality and usual routine • Favourite toys, treats or activities • Any medical conditions or allergies • Anything they particularly love or dislike The more I know beforehand, the easier it is to give your dog a happy and relaxed experience. During the Stay Your dog's safety, happiness and wellbeing will always be my priority. I'll follow their usual routine as closely as possible, making sure they have plenty of exercise, fresh water, rest and, of course, lots of attention. I'll send regular updates during our time together, including photos, so you'll always know how your dog is getting on. As photography is one of my passions, I enjoy capturing beautiful, natural moments whenever possible. From time to time, I also like to surprise regular clients with a small collection of timeless portraits as a personal thank-you for their trust. My aim is that every visit ends with a happy dog and a relaxed owner. I'm currently building my pet care services and have a flexible schedule, allowing me to provide reliable dog walking and drop-in visits throughout the week. I always aim to be punctual, communicate clearly with owners, and make sure every pet receives the time, care and attention they deserve. My availability may vary slightly, but I'll always do my best to accommodate your needs whenever possible. Your pet's safety and wellbeing will always be my highest priority. I carefully follow your instructions regarding routines, feeding, medication and walking preferences. During every walk, I pay close attention to each dog's behaviour, surroundings and comfort, ensuring they feel safe and relaxed. After every visit or walk, I'll send you updates together with beautiful photos, so you can feel confident your pet has been well cared for.

Previously a long-term volunteer at Dogs Trust Basildon, where I assisted with the feeding, care, and exercise of rescue dogs, helping to ensure their safety and wellbeing throughout their journey. I work 3 days from home, 2 days in office (not set but I update my calendar weekly). I live centrally and can drive or walk to most places with ease. Your pet’s safety and wellbeing are always my top priority. With my extensive experience caring for animals, you can feel confident they’ll be in safe and capable hands! About: I work from home and have always had a passion for caring for animals, so pet care allows me to combine both. I absolutely adore both cats and dogs and take great pride in providing a safe, loving environment for them. I’ve grown up with pets and have personally owned two dogs including a Romanian rescue with reactivity and guarding behaviours, whom I successfully trained. This experience has given me a strong understanding of different temperaments, body language and the patience needed to care for each dog as an individual. I currently own a greyhound and regularly dog sit, walk and board for friends and clients, giving me hands on experience with a wide range of breeds and personalities. I’m fortunate to live right next to a park which allows for plenty of long walks and I also have a fully secure garden where dogs can relax and play safely. My home is a comfortable two bedroom house offering a calm and welcoming space. Your pet will receive plenty of love, attention, and care while staying with me and their safety and happiness are always my top priority. I also enjoy animal photography so I’ll be sure to keep you updated with regular photos during their stay. I work full time at home. I can take your dog out for lovely long walks with my dog or on its own as I’m right next to the park! And give all the fuss as though they were my own dog. If the forecast says rain please just ensure you provide a raincoat otherwise I don’t walk dogs in the rain without one. I have a fully secured garden so your dog can go in and out whenever needs to go to the toilet. I am available to care and give affection with my flexible job
“Susan is brilliant. 🤩 she picked up Cass at short notice after my dog walker couldn’t take her. She popped round to see me first so we could all meet. She is very loving and clearly loves animals. She kept me fully updated with how things went. I would have no hesitation in recommending her.”

About: I have many years of experience in caring for dogs both through having my own dogs and regularly caring for those of friends and families. My house is really welcoming to other dogs and a safe place for them to come and stay. My labrador Alba is as chilled as they come and we enjoy some lovely daily walks in the surrounding area. Recently semi retired so primarily based at home. Will get out for a walk every day and love to interact with dogs throughout too. All people living in house are dog lovers. I have a fenced garden and a super friendly 9 year old lab for added companionship. I enjoy getting out daily for walks. The house is a busy one with 3 teenage children, all who have been brought up around dogs.
