About: I’ve had dogs my whole life. Previous one had several behavioural issues due to being a rescue. Former dog walker for RSPCA. Recently dog sat/ house sat an incredibly energetic springer spaniel for 3 weeks. I have also helped friends with their rover dogs. I am a full time teacher. I can offer over night care and care in the half terms/ weekends. I have a great park near by and a car to transport. There is a walking trail behind my flat and an outside area for the dog to be can be let off but as it is not completely fenced they can also be on lead depending on comfort level. Pets are treated like family. The care instructions are followed to the letter. They will be taken out for at least 2 walks and given regular breaks in the outside part. Ground floor flat so no stairs for any dogs that may struggle.

About: I am attentive, loving and will treat your fur baby as if they were my own - with kindness and respect. I've grown up with dogs of all sizes and owned 3 doggies of my own. I want to share my love and experience to help others out when they need a pet sitter. My history - I volunteered in an animal shelter for 8 years when I left school. My first dog was a boxer X staff, she was my best friend growing up, and lived for a very happy 16 years. We then rescued an ex police dog who was a beautiful Rottweiler. Despite his size and needs, he was a privilege to grace my family and I for 8 years. Due to the heartache of losing them being so tough, we decided to start fostering. I've had experience with Chihuahuas, Padencos, Rotties, Sausage Dog, Boxers, Dobermanns, Pug, Retrievers and various mix breeds - until they found their forever homes. Mostrecently fostered a 2 year old female Rottweiler for 5 months who has just left, so now I have some space to fill and love to give again ❤️ I live in Canterbury very close to the river and woodlands so there are plenty of walking spots, I have a secure front and back gated garden with high fences so no chance of canine escape artists! I am confident in administering any medications and preparing the meal of choice for the hounds. As I have experience with small and very large dogs - any breed or size is fine for me - as long as they are safe and not a danger to myself or others. If your fur baby isn't comfortable with other humans or being in different environments - that's ok... I will come to you and be best buddies with your pet whilst you are away. I am DBS checked and 100% respectful/trustworthy. My daily routine fits around the pet care! I have no other commitments other than my 2 legged babies school drop offs and pick ups I live very close to the river and woodlands in a cul-de-sac so there are plenty of quiet walking spots. About: I've had pets ever since I was as young as age 7. I started out with goldfish in a small aquarium. Owning pets when I was young helped me to grow into a more empathetic and compassionate person. I also used to have pet guinea pigs, and now I have a cat. Having these mammals has allowed me excellent opportunities to form bonds with animals early on, and practice for bonding with future pets. I also attended Hadlow College Canterbury for 3 years and did animal care courses. I worked with goats, sheep, chickens, rabbits and guinea pigs in their outside yard. In their indoor area, I also worked with small rodents, reptiles and even amphibians. For all of those animals, I was given training on how to clean them out, how to handle them, give them the right amount of food, and how to perform a health check. Qualifications acheived: •Foundation in animal care •Level 1 diploma in animal care •Level 2 diploma in animal care I am highly flexible and can fit pet care around my normal daily routine. This is throughout both weekdays and weekends. I am able to to late evenings or early mornings should you request. I have cat toys and scratching posts that are provided for my cat to be stimulated. I feed him twice a day, once in the morning with nuggets and once in the evening with a sashe.
